My partner came with me to the appointment, as we were both excited and, given our previous pregnancy experiences, had some questions and concerns. During the visit, Dr. Cropper asked only a few brief questions and performed a quick ultrasound simply to confirm the pregnancy. The ultrasound photo we were given was blurry and off-center, but what disappointed us most was the interaction. When my partner brought up concerns based on our prior pregnancies, they were dismissed with brief, cold responses. Throughout the appointment, I also felt that Dr. Cropper barely acknowledged my partner or made us feel comfortable discussing our concerns. When the office later called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I explained that I was still upset about the care I had received and shared my concerns about how the appointment had gone. The front desk staff told me they would call me back to schedule the follow-up. Instead, I received a letter informing me that Dr. Cropper would no longer be seeing me due to "patient-doctor differences." As a newly pregnant woman, this was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to improve communication, I was dismissed from the practice. I found the way the situation was handled to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Every patient deserves to feel heard, especially during such an important and vulnerable time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Cropper.

During our ultrasound, he literally said, "I'll show you real quick," which felt dismissive and took away from what should be a meaningful moment for expecting parents. There was no effort to explain what we were seeing, no reassurance, and we weren't offered any ultrasound printouts of our baby at all. The entire visit felt transactional, like he was trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. He also asked me in front of my partner if I had an std in the past. Granted me and my partner share everything with eachother, the doctor doesn't know our dynamic . Typically, doctors ask these questions in private, either on forms or one on one time, to respect patient privacy and reduce embarrassment or discomfort. Pregnancy is an emotional and important time, and bedside manner matters. Unfortunately, this provider comes across as rushed, dismissive, and lacking compassion. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for attentive, patient-centered prenatal care. Safe to say, we are searching for a new doctor. Also, the front desk girl is very rude. She doesn't greet you at all. She rudely said " name?".. THAT was my greeting. So cold and rude.

Here, appointments are honored, and your time is genuinely respected.  He was incredibly thorough, even drawing a diagram to help me understand. After seeing four other OB-GYNs, he was the first to clearly explain my condition and help me easier to weigh the pros and cons. He is extremely patient, listens carefully and takes the time to answer every single question without rushing. Honestly, he's a rare find. I was also surprised and impressed that the clinic accepts credit cards and provides receipts in digital format. It's a very modern and up-to-date practice. They even have a well-designed website where I can view my appointment details and ask simple medical questions online. The fact that they've invested in making things more convenient for patients shows how much they care. Dr. Wood and his clinic truly stand out.

My patient also heard the MA that was in her room get called out for her behavior by someone else and the MA just laughed it off. My patient also heard the doctor tell her that she can go to lunch when all patients were done but the MA or nurse said no I'm going now. My patient felt rushed and that they didn't get the proper care they should have received. when we made a follow up appointment the receptionist was still very rude and snapped have a nice day like it was an inconvenience to help us. I work in the medical field and this was one of the worst places. My patient is going to ask to be referred elsewhere.

He is located in the PVMC building 2nd floor (confusing since it says he's in suite 101). The front staff is friendly and the nurse who helped me, Coral (if I remember correctly), was nice as well. Dr. Elsharkawy introduced himself and made the effort to try to get to know me, which I appreciated as a first time patient with him. He has a very calm and friendly demeanor and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam, and was able to do a full well woman visit that day (I thought I was only getting a consult meeting as a first time patient). I don't plan on having any more babies, but I'm sure he'd be great if that's what you need. I found out he's actually a family doctor as well, so I can see him as my primary care physician also! I'm so glad I found him and am happy to have him as my new doctor!

Today we walked in for her 6 week postpartum appointment and they had no record that we had scheduled the appointment. She ran into the exam room and quickly, as she was trying to walk out of the door, gave single word answers to the questions my wife was asking. She was dismissive and wanted the appointment over as soon as humanly possible. I've also been trying to get her office to complete some insurance paperwork since March, and they continue to not fill out the paperwork that I've requested - as such, my insurance hasn't paid and a lab company wants nearly $4,000 for a test that should be covered under my plan. As we were leaving, we found out she is retiring TOMORROW and couldn't be bothered to end her patient relationships she spent so much time building with dignity and professionalism. I've been with her since my first pregnancy and have had the best experience. (I developed preeclampsia towards the end of my pregnancy, which was scary, but Dr. Fuller reassured me and made sure that my baby was delivered safely!) It is often times difficult to find doctors like her nowadays so definitely recommend her to anyone needing an OBGYN! Also, office is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming when you come in.

In my first visit with Dr. Fuller, she found a solution that stopped my nausea and vomiting nearly overnight. I went from having a terrible time in pregnancy to getting to actually enjoy it! Dr. Fuller always made my partner and I feel cared for, heard, and like an actual priority to her. No question is too dumb and no request too annoying for her...she was always willing to take the time to make sure we felt comfortable and armed with knowledge and resources. She was supportive and respectful of my pregnancy and birth/delivery wishes, even when they changed. She was quick to adapt to continue to support my needs at every point. Seeing her throughout my pregnancy felt like hanging out with a friend who also happened to be a medical expert! I have recommended multiple friends to start seeing Dr. Fuller and they've all loved her as well. In my postpartum care, she makes check-ups and annuals feel like a breeze. For the first time in my life, I don't dread going to my OBGYN. Aside from Dr. Fuller, the office is always clean and welcoming. The staff are beyond lovely and helpful. They've put out lavender oil diffusers that give the office a spa feel, and provide cloth hospital gowns instead of the paper vests and cloths for when you disrobe. I came in for a mass, possible polyp that was found in my uterus by my fertility team. This coupled with excessive uterine bleeding for over 20 days. Dr. Cuellar entered the room and explained that he was going straight to the point and started to ramble about the normalcy of what was occurring to me, without actually asking why I was there. He explained and provided a plethora of solutions for problems I did not have. I completed the extensive records review prior to my visit and included photos of the ultrasound I was given, did he review them prior to speaking with me ? No. Didn't care to ask about my history. I have dealt with infertility for over 2 years and have never felt this helpless. He made me feel stupid for showing up. Women out there, you deserve better care and to be heard, actually heard.
