Asked to speak with the doctor she said he also just works here. Then she proceeded to help others that walked in after this conversation and take calls and wouldn't check me in. I asked if she could check me in and she said she was busy helping other patients. This is the type of service you will receive if you decide to come here. Btw called the other office to try to log a complaint with the manager and they told me they did not have a Vanessa that works at their offices. I finally went to the clinic to talk to them directly only to be given the run around and still they didn't send my prescription refill to my pharmacy. Seeing how frustrated I was, the front desk person said to me that it's nothing personal and they treat every patient the same. If true, then I think this is a red flag for all their patients. The staff didn't really care and wouldn't go out of their way to help you. The prescriptions I needed filled were for my diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm lucky that I didn't go into a diabetic coma or have a stroke for going without my prescriptions for a couple of days. I filed a grievance with my insurance against this clinic. I wasn't about to go through this again with them when I need my prescription refilled next time. So I contacted my former PCP and ask if they were back with my medical group.
