I was incredibly upset and frustrated with this clinic. It took them 8 days to send my prescription refill to my pharmacy. My pharmacy tried to contact them every day electronically, fax and even personally called them a couple of times to get my prescription filled. I also called them everyday to no avail. I finally went to the clinic to talk to them directly only to be given the run around and still they didn't send my prescription refill to my pharmacy. Seeing how frustrated I was, the front desk person said to me that it's nothing personal and they treat every patient the same. If true, then I think this is a red flag for all their patients. The staff didn't really care and wouldn't go out of their way to help you. The prescriptions I needed filled were for my diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm lucky that I didn't go into a diabetic coma or have a stroke for going without my prescriptions for a couple of days. I filed a grievance with my insurance against this clinic. I wasn't about to go through this again with them when I need my prescription refilled next time. So I contacted my former PCP and ask if they were back with my medical group.
