Last year, I had made an appointment for a specific vaccine. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

It makes me sick to my stomach that somebody would post a picture that I'm sure she didn't know you were taking of the most sweetest front employee saying she was trashy! You should be ashamed of yourself. She is one of the reasons that I continue to go after a spinal cord injury to this group. She is a definite asset to this company and her physicians. Addressing this process could help improve efficiency and reduce confusion for patients. I was also concerned about patient privacy. The walls seem very thin, and conversations from nearby exam rooms were easy to hear ( very loud), which may be an issue for patients who value confidentiality. Dr Li takes very good care of me and my family, and gives us great advice including when I needed tests or health requirements done for certain things like TB blood test for work, filling out forms or getting physicals done for it. She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip. Superb service and very clean office, doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding of patients. I will continue to go to this clinic as an IE resident !

I went in 3 weeks ago because I had an extremely sore throat and couldn't speak. Had to call off…read morework and went here to get a note for my manager. My entire visit took about 5 minutes. The female nurse that saw me basically shined a flashlight down my throat and told me I had some sort of viral infection and gave me Amoxicillin. Finished my entire course and eventually my body broke out in extreme rashes and hives. Went back here again and this time a male nurse saw me-- super rude, impatient, and seemed to be in a rush to get off work as he was at the front desk chatting with the receptionists and complaining about his job. My visit was also somewhere around the 5 minute mark. He immediately gave me Prednisone and sent me off. Prednisone didn't do anything. Went to AFC Urgent Care in Chino Hills instead and they asked me if I had been examined properly and had any tests/labs been done and I said no. They suspected I had mononucleosis and that prescribing me Amoxicillin causes the type of rash I am experiencing. Basically all of my struggles with this skin reaction could have been avoided had the nurse that originally saw me for my 'sore throat' properly examined me. TLDR; the front desk receptionists are kind and patient in my experience. There is a lady doctor that works here that is also very kind and patient. All the other NPs they have treating urgent care patients are rude and unprofessional and always in a rush to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Called Monday 7 times ...at 9:58am 11:10am 1215pm 1:22pm 1:58 pm1:59pm and again at 2:30pm then drove there to se if they went out of business. Walked in and was greeted. I asked if they're phones are down? The lady at the counter with (with a smirk on her face said that they go to lunch at 12 and I told her ive calling since 9 th8s morning. She'd said that they are short staffed. M8nd you I saw 3 ladies up front like usual. She said she will send a message to the practioner on duty. And told me its been awhile since they had seen me that they need to see me so I made an appointment on Thursday just need a few pills to get me by. Said they would let me know. No call Monday called them today Tuesday with much higher blood pressure and they said they pass it through seeing I have an appointment in two days. Called cvs and nothing has been placed. Called them back and they said they can't prescribe me anything. They dont care and dont try to take care of situations that is life threatening. Will not spend another dollar there again. First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being. Again he was able to recite all my previous complaints from the past appointments. ((He really Listens). Today, I had my fourth appt. I can now say I have found a provider who is knowledgeable, competent, up to date with society and current medical trends. Knowledgeable of Diabetes, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Seems he has a passion for his profession. When he took his Oath to be a doctor to care for patients he did it because he wanted to see a change in people and he care about people's health. If your looking for a doctor who cares about his patient's, current on medical knowledge, doesn't rush you during appointments, listens, there is no need to go further. Dr. Rishi Majithia is an excellent choice!
