I've been a patient of Dr Li since 2024, and my family has been going there since we resided in Eastvale for years. Dr Li takes very good care of me and my family, and gives us great advice including when I needed tests or health requirements done for certain things like TB blood test for work, filling out forms or getting physicals done for it. She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip. Superb service and very clean office, doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding of patients. I will continue to go to this clinic as an IE resident ! read more

She is very knowledgeable and always willing to find different ways to help. Avoid this office at all costs for your wellbeing, and if you or a family member are current patients of Dr Karin Li, please find a new doctor ASAP. Medical malpractice out the window, awful bedside manner and zero genuine care or professionalism from anyone who works here. My parents were patients of Dr Karin Li, including my father who was a cancer patient in remission. Over the course of nearly 3 months, my father's cancer came back in the form of a cough. Instead of following through with my parents persistent requests to be referred for basic additional tests such as CT Scans, Dr Karin Li prescribed him antibiotics for the entirety of the THREE MONTHS, ignoring the clear abnormalities of a chest X-Ray and his history with cancer. By month 4, my parents went overseas for care, immediately got my father a CT scan, and discovered the cancer had re-entered stage FOUR, spreading rapidly and aggressively. He passed away two months later. A few weeks later, my mother simply shared with Dr Karin Li the CT scans and the news that my father, one of her patients, had passed away. Almost immediately, Dr Karin Li responds, not with condolences or any response or regard at all for my father, but to simply inform her that she would be terminating her care for my mother immediately, with the exception of a month of "emergency care" only, claiming "limited hours" and "downsizing practice". At a time of extreme loss and grievance, instead of offering any sympathy, simply dropping my mom as a patient with nowhere to turn and no answers. A few months later, I asked Dr Karin Li for answers - regarding how she treated my father and dropping my mother as a patient. I emailed her multiple times before receiving an extremely generic and cold response, claiming she could not share patient information without proper authorization, even though I was not asking for any specific medical information, not to mention these are my elderly patients we are talking about. I tried calling the office and speaking with her directly, and the receptionist was rude, sarcastic and unhelpful, stating Dr Karin Li "does not speak with patients over the phone". Zero genuine care for her patients. And based on other reviews that I'm now seeing of her practice, I can't say I'm surprised. Anyone who is genuine and non-maliciously makes Dr Karin Li even remotely for a minute second-guess her intuition as a medical "professional" will be immediately terminated as a patient with no real explanation, options or answers. Dr Karin Li and her entire office should be ashamed and should be avoided like the plague. read more

Doctor Li was nice, but her staff is so rude. Came in for my appointment and was greeted with, "Your name?" instead of a hello and welcome. No bedside manners from the guy who took my blood pressure and vitals. The girl at the front desk put the wrong birthdate when giving me my testing papers. I walked all the way back and told her. I first called in November last year, asking if they accepted new patients, and I was told no. I called again in January this year, and was still told no but Dr. Li plans to accept some new patients at an unspecified time this year. I then called three times throughout February and March, in the morning, noon, and afternoon (all within their normal business hours), but no one ever picked up the phone. I left a voicemail and no one ever got back to me. If this practice is no longer operational, please update the voicemail message. Quite dissapointed. read more

My wife had her annual physical and she expressed to me how hard it is to find a primary care physician that embodies all that you can ask for. She told me, Dr. Li truly cares in her well being and takes the time to address all of her concerns. Dr. Li is also the primary care provider for our daughter. My interactions with the front desk staff have always been positive. I have found them to be pleasant and courteous as well as flexible within reason. I understand there are different personalities with different needs that health care offices have to deal with but our personal experiences have always been consistent and professional. If we had one wish, it would be for Dr. Li to be available in the Limonite office more frequently. I love Dr Li and her NP. They actually listen to you when you go in for an appt. All too often MDs are rushing from patient to patient and busy taking notation of what they think you are saying and not really listening bc they just want to be in and out in 5 min. This office is not like that. Her front office staff are all very polite and diligent. They call back, they follow up and they send referrals out in a timely manner. Beware of this doctor. Once upon a time I would have recommended her. Recently she has become unreliable and difficult to communicate with in person. Recently switched my primary care provider to Dr Li's office. Her schedule is very limited and I ended up seeing the nurse practitioner, Mrs. Carter. I had a really positive experience with my visit. First of all, I didn't have to wait long to get called in for my appointment. I was called probably within 5-10min of my appointment. My previous doctor's office always overbooked and I still waited about 30min-1hr even WITH an appointment. Mrs. Carter was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt like she didn't rush to get out of there like some doctors do. She refilled my meds and the staff was able to send the order to my local pharmacy electronically. The front staff seems very friendly and competent. A doctor is only as good as their nursing and office staff since they are the ones that submit authorizations and insurance approvals. I'm really glad I came across this doctor's office and have already referred my mother in law to them. She also saw Mrs. Carter and had an equally positive experience thus far. My only complaint would be that I wished they could draw blood at the office so I didn't have to drive to another location for labs. My last doctor's office did that and it was extremely time saving for the patient. However, I know this is pretty rare as most of my friends tell me they've never heard of that before..lol read more

I just moved to Corona a year ago and I was scared changing PMD for the first time in 15 years. I choose Dr Li just bec she was closed to where I live. I went to see her for the first time and she was very nice, the office are friendly which is a plus for me. I hate going to doctors office with very rude and unfriendly staff but her staff are very nice!! Dr Li was AMAZING and I have been referring her to colleague that's looking for PMD. They don't accept any new patient; but ask you if you have any family members are patients there; so does it means if one of my family member is their patient, they will accept me as a new patient.
