Dr Li takes very good care of me and my family, and gives us great advice including when I needed tests or health requirements done for certain things like TB blood test for work, filling out forms or getting physicals done for it. She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip. Superb service and very clean office, doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding of patients. I will continue to go to this clinic as an IE resident !

In that time we liked dealing with him but found his staff to be unfriendly, discourteous, and unhelpful. But we kept seeing him because we liked him. We ultimately changed doctors because on two occasions (one for each of us) he prescribed a medication without discussing the long-term effects of the medication and treatment (my husband's case) or stating that the medication would not cause the harmful side-effects associated with other meds in that class and being wrong (in my case). In both cases we have suffered long-term negative effects from these treatments. We should have been informed this was a possibility (in my husband's case) and a definite (in my case). I recommend finding a different doctor. You have to be able to rely on what your health care provider tells you.

She is not only a general practitioner but and OB GYN so occasionally there have been waiting issues over the years due to a delivery, but I have never had to wait more than about 10 minutes in several years. When I became eligible for Medicare, I did more research and was careful to make sure that the plan I selected included her.

My daughter was sick and on a Saturday we were able to get right in. The PA was getting ready to go on lunch so they were very upfront with the weight which wasn't that bad at all. The office was clean and the physicians assistant was very efficient and did not do any unnecessary tests. We were in and out so fast with exactly what we needed. It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. Called Monday 7 times ...at 9:58am 11:10am 1215pm 1:22pm 1:58 pm1:59pm and again at 2:30pm then drove there to se if they went out of business. Walked in and was greeted. I asked if they're phones are down? The lady at the counter with (with a smirk on her face said that they go to lunch at 12 and I told her ive calling since 9 th8s morning. She'd said that they are short staffed. M8nd you I saw 3 ladies up front like usual. She said she will send a message to the practioner on duty. And told me its been awhile since they had seen me that they need to see me so I made an appointment on Thursday just need a few pills to get me by. Said they would let me know. No call Monday called them today Tuesday with much higher blood pressure and they said they pass it through seeing I have an appointment in two days. Called cvs and nothing has been placed. Called them back and they said they can't prescribe me anything. They dont care and dont try to take care of situations that is life threatening. Will not spend another dollar there again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
