Finding a PCP who truly…read morelistens can be difficult, but Dr. Hajal took the time to address all of my concerns and thoroughly explain my lab results and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The office is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. Scheduling and follow-up have been smooth, and I never felt rushed during my visit. I'm very happy I chose Dr. Hajal as my primary care physician and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and thorough PCP.

About a month ago I received an email from this office saying I needed to get a new medical card…read moreshowing Doctor Hajal needed to be listed as my primary doctor on my medical card. First of all, I never saw Dr Hajal. I saw Dr Khaleel and was very happy with my visit to her last year. I call the office and the one time I got someone on the line who said yes, our office needs to be listed on your card for you to continue to come here. I call anthem and they dispute that saying I can go to any providers and there's no reason to issue me a new medical card. Since then I have called La Vista multiple times and received no answer. I have left two messages, and gotten no call back. I emailed on the app, No response so I booked an appointment on the app only for it to be canceled today without a reason why. Maybe if someone from their office staff answered the phone, I'd have an answer. Fuck this place and thank you for making me go through the whole process of looking for a doctor again.

Dr Wu is a good dr! He spent enough time with his patient and is willing to listen. I also referred…read moresome of my closed friends to him. , but for some reason they don't want to go back. I've seen him many years at his other clinic. More than 1 year ago. I changed my insurance co so l need to go to his main clinic. I saw his front desk girl named Jennifer was kinda rude and impatient on the phone talked to the patient when my first day walked into the office. So I was very careful talking to her. Last month, after seeing dr Wu, I forgot to ask him to apply an ab ultrasound, so l called the office and spoke with Jennifer on the next day. She said I need to make another appointment to see dr Wu in order to get the ultrasound. But it takes long time to see dr Wu so she said I can do phone appointment. I know they don't want to do it for free, so I made a phone appointment a week later. After the phone appointment. I explained my situation with dr Wu, he gave me an ab ultrasound so I went 2 weeks ago. When I went to the place, the nurse told me the ultrasound I have is only for the lower ab. she suggested to ask dr to write another latter for me to do upper and too. So I called the office and talked to Jennifer and told her what nurse said. Jennifer told me I need to make another appointment again! I was very frustrated and asked her please ask dr since I am one of his old patients. She said: I am not his old patient at this office! She was very cold and no mercy and not kind at all! I decided to switch my family dr to another has very good reputation next day. When I went last week, they had a full house patient in the lobby, but the front desk lady and all other employees were all very friendly and patient. I was really impressed and glad my decision to switch the dr. I feel sorry for dr Wu didn't train his front desk person to be friendly, nice and professional. I guess lot dr they are busy, they might know how to take care of their patients, but forgot their employees specifically the front desk need to take extra care to the patient too since they work as a whole team.

Both doctors are courteous, professional, and do not rush my appointment. The office staff is kind. Often, I have to be squeezed in or make an appointment last minute and they try their best to accommodate since I work 12 hour shifts and it is hard to make an office visit except on my days off. I am excited for them to move to another newer building as the building they are currently in has bad parking and is not renovated so it will be great to see them when they move to the brand new office! The office staff is good about calling me back as well regarding insurance related referrals or letting me know a follow up result, which I am very thankful for as some other offices can forget about their patients in their hectic schedules. They do very well with following up! Which is important because I imagine if you have abnormal tests or results you would want to them to make that a priority so you could get appropriate care or follow up as needed. I do my annual physicals with the doctors and usually only come for something like evaluation if I have a horrible lingering cough that has been around for 1-2 weeks. The doctors will prescribe antibiotics if it is appropriate. My husband usually visits for the same reasons. The wait time could be improved as my appointment times sometimes stretch out to 30-1 hour waits. I understand some other patients may have many questions and both doctors are nice enough to answer them thoroughly. I often cannot complain about the wait time as they have squeezed me in several times when I desperately needed to see the Dr! Overall great doctors! :)

Only after consulting other doctors did we realize how inappropriate the situation was. Watching a loved one deal with the aftermath has been extremely difficult and could have been avoided with proper care and oversight. Patients trust doctors to act responsibly and communicate honestly. That did not happen here. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for care.
