They speak to you like they couldn't be bothered when you ask questions. Overall, they are extremely rude. She called me a b**ch and when I asked for the manager she said there was none. Asked to speak with the doctor she said he also just works here. Then she proceeded to help others that walked in after this conversation and take calls and wouldn't check me in. I asked if she could check me in and she said she was busy helping other patients. This is the type of service you will receive if you decide to come here. Btw called the other office to try to log a complaint with the manager and they told me they did not have a Vanessa that works at their offices. So who knows who's in the front taking their patients in.

Asked the doctor to call me back regarding concerns for my blood results for 2 weeks, after multiple calls to the office she finally responds to me via their online portal and tells me to schedule an appointment if I want to discuss my blood results. This Dr does not care about patients and is an absolute joke. She has ADHD (she made that statement herself) during my annual check up. Annual check up was also a joke and she is not qualified to perform a simple pap smear so you will be referred out to a specialist if you need one. This has got to be the worst doctor I've visited in my 30 years of existence.

My daughter had an appointment and we were told she needed an X-ray. Got the order in hand, and went downstairs. Checked in (as a walk-in), and was called in about ten minutes later. My husband got up to pay the copay at the front desk while I walked my 7 year old to the back. They sat her down, took a pic of her hand, and walked us out. I walk out, and my husband was still in the middle of paying the copay! That's how fast this was! In and out.

I have a family history of breast cancer. Today at 3:15 pm I get a call asking me what kind of mammogram I am approved for! Am I a dr? No. They wanted ME to call my dr immediately to find out! Why am I doing YOUR job and why wait until Closing time, when I scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning? Very poor consideration for their patients, they finally agreed to call my dr themselves but of course I never heard back. Long story short, if you think you have a lump AND a family history.. do NOT go here. They don't care. I was incredibly upset and frustrated with this clinic. It took them 8 days to send my prescription refill to my pharmacy. My pharmacy tried to contact them every day electronically, fax and even personally called them a couple of times to get my prescription filled. I also called them everyday to no avail. I finally went to the clinic to talk to them directly only to be given the run around and still they didn't send my prescription refill to my pharmacy. Seeing how frustrated I was, the front desk person said to me that it's nothing personal and they treat every patient the same. If true, then I think this is a red flag for all their patients. The staff didn't really care and wouldn't go out of their way to help you. The prescriptions I needed filled were for my diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm lucky that I didn't go into a diabetic coma or have a stroke for going without my prescriptions for a couple of days. I filed a grievance with my insurance against this clinic. I wasn't about to go through this again with them when I need my prescription refilled next time. So I contacted my former PCP and ask if they were back with my medical group. They said yes and I quickly called my insurance to switch back. Never again will I got to Family Health Care Clinic.

My daughter was sick and on a Saturday we were able to get right in. The PA was getting ready to go on lunch so they were very upfront with the weight which wasn't that bad at all. The female nurse that saw me basically shined a flashlight down my throat and told me I had some sort of viral infection and gave me Amoxicillin. Finished my entire course and eventually my body broke out in extreme rashes and hives. Went back here again and this time a male nurse saw me-- super rude, impatient, and seemed to be in a rush to get off work as he was at the front desk chatting with the receptionists and complaining about his job. My visit was also somewhere around the 5 minute mark. He immediately gave me Prednisone and sent me off. Prednisone didn't do anything. Went to AFC Urgent Care in Chino Hills instead and they asked me if I had been examined properly and had any tests/labs been done and I said no. They suspected I had mononucleosis and that prescribing me Amoxicillin causes the type of rash I am experiencing. Basically all of my struggles with this skin reaction could have been avoided had the nurse that originally saw me for my 'sore throat' properly examined me. TLDR; the front desk receptionists are kind and patient in my experience. There is a lady doctor that works here that is also very kind and patient. All the other NPs they have treating urgent care patients are rude and unprofessional and always in a rush to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

They treat him with patience, professionalism, and kindness, which means the world to me. He's showing some signs of early-onset dementia, and as anyone who's been through that knows, it's not always easy -- he sometimes forgets appointments or prescriptions (like his brain scan from six months ago), but the staff never make him feel bad about it. They handle it with empathy and good humor. That's something you can't put a price on. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. The front desk team keeps things running smoothly, and every visit feels like he's in good hands. In a world where medical care can feel cold or rushed, this office actually takes the time to listen. Doctors who take their time and genuinely care about outcomes. Chino Hills Family Medical Group is a place where quality care meets humanity. They've been great with my dad, and that kind of professionalism mixed with patience is something rare. Highly recommend -- especially if you're looking for a team that's not just competent, but compassionate.
