For now however the office experience was decent the ladies were friendly. As far as being efficient not so much at all, unsure of it's the office environment, lack of efficiency expectations but it's something. There is a lack of efficiency in customer service in public spheres but since we are locked in until open enrollment we will make the best of it.

Hollenbeck has not uploaded the DBQ/examination. I've called multiple times (8 times) and spoken to the receptionist on 3 occasions who informed me she was present, but she still refuses to upload the documentation. I've contacted QTC Leidos who scheduled the exam and they were equally upset stating they've reached out multiple times and she has not responded as to why she could not upload the small (approx 4 pages) that the VA needs to progress his claim. Care Quality = poor.
