We needed to be the one to call them and went to the clinic twice. After wasting my time going through their process, I was eventually told that my insurance was not accepted at the clinic. It took us one week, calling them, going to the clinic and they couldn't get a straight answer. All we needed was just a prescription for a maintenance medication. This should have been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of making patients go through unnecessary steps. Poor communication, inefficient processes, and a complete disregard for patients' time. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I used to have Kaiser and wait months for appointments. By the time I was seen, I was already "cured" of my illnesses because I tried home remedies or ended up in urgent care. With D. Ho, I have called when I need to be seen quickly and his professional staff has always accommodated me, despite his schedule being packed all the time. During my visits, he quickly remembers how my health has been during prior visits to determine how I am in comparison today. He makes sure to give me a quick follow-up visit to see if my condition worsens or improves, and he is quick to give me any referrals I may need. Dr Li takes very good care of me and my family, and gives us great advice including when I needed tests or health requirements done for certain things like TB blood test for work, filling out forms or getting physicals done for it. She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip. First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being. I can now say I have found a provider who is knowledgeable, competent, up to date with society and current medical trends. Knowledgeable of Diabetes, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. If your looking for a doctor who cares about his patient's, current on medical knowledge, doesn't rush you during appointments, listens, there is no need to go further.
