First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being. Again he was able to recite all my previous complaints from the past appointments. ((He really Listens). Today, I had my fourth appt. I can now say I have found a provider who is knowledgeable, competent, up to date with society and current medical trends. Knowledgeable of Diabetes, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Seems he has a passion for his profession. When he took his Oath to be a doctor to care for patients he did it because he wanted to see a change in people and he care about people's health. If your looking for a doctor who cares about his patient's, current on medical knowledge, doesn't rush you during appointments, listens, there is no need to go further. Dr. Rishi Majithia is an excellent choice!

I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. But not these ladies they still are as nice as Georgia pie and probably don't get the KUDOS they all deserve! I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. I've called multiple times (8 times) and spoken to the receptionist on 3 occasions who informed me she was present, but she still refuses to upload the documentation. I've contacted QTC Leidos who scheduled the exam and they were equally upset stating they've reached out multiple times and she has not responded as to why she could not upload the small (approx 4 pages) that the VA needs to progress his claim. A little tricky to enter the parking at first because of the double street off Foothill Blvd., but very easy to find and plenty of parking and signage to help you find your way. My appointment was for 2:30pm, so I arrived about 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. Copay must be paid by either Cash, Zelle, or Check - FSA is also accepted. Within 10 minutes of my appointment time, I had my vitals checked and was placed in a room to wait for Dr. Nina Chan. It was another 10 minutes or less before Dr. Chan entered and began our first wellness visit. I had such a great first impression. Dr. Chan took her time to go over each of the intake documents I filled out, addressing every concern and going in depth to fully understand me as a patient. She had great body language and eye contact the entire time, making me feel valued and important, which I cannot express enough how impactful this is given the state of our medical system as a whole. I feel I've truly found a gem of a doctor and that makes me incredibly relieved and happy. Dr. Nina Chan, thank you for seeing me today, taking your time, and addressing my concerns.
