I can't say enough about this practice. I broke an old crown on Sunday afternoon (eating Goldfish; who knew?) I called the office Monday morning, and was given a Tuesday morning appointment with Dr Bhatt. They called me Tuesday morning to tell me they had a cancellation, and would take me early if I wanted. I rushed over, and I have to say, the entire team was as professional and efficient as I have ever experienced. I was in and out in a little over an hour with a temporary crown that fits perfectly, for an extremely reasonable price. Try Serenity. You will be pleased. read more

Just moved to Gilbert AZ from New Jersey. After being with great dentist in New Jersey for last 19 years, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new dentist here in Gilbert. My wife did little research, we tried a dentist in Chandler area and we were not impressed at all. Then we went Serenity Dental. I have to say that they are amazing. Great people, fantastic doctor super friendly and super honest. It's been a while since my last review, and what better way to break out of retirement then this place! I love writing reviews about places I can gush over... and this place deserves every kind word it gets! Every single person in that office is beyond helpful and friendly, from my first interaction over the phone to the last hand shake good bye, I was treated like a close friend or family member. (And not in a fake, forced way, it truly felt genuine). Besides just being really awesome people, I like that they are dedicated to patient education for the patients sake, conservative with their treatment approach and up front with any costs that may come your way. I don't love going to the dentist, but I never mind going every 6 months to Serenity. Dr. Baht, Jody, and the whole gang are awesome. It feels like home, they always turn on one of my favorite shows to watch while getting my teeth clean, and they generally just make the whole experience painless. Also, I don't know if Jody has a photographic memory or a lots of notes in my patient file, but she always remembers social details about me and asks how things are going. Like I said, it feels like home. Kind of like Cheers. . ."Sometimes you want to go. . .where everybody knows your name. . .and they're always glad you came. . ." My whole family and I have been going to Serenity Dental for over 11 years now. The staff (especially Dr. Bhatt and Jody) are incredibly caring and compassionate towards each patient. Even though I only see them twice a year, they remember details about my family and it truly feels like you become friends with these amazing people. Do NOT go here! They are dishonest! During my appt, I was told that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. They were unable to do all 4 during that appt, so they filled 2 and I scheduled a follow-up for the other 2. Something came up and I couldn't get to their office for the follow-up and they couldn't reschedule me soon enough so I just went to my husband's dentist. When I went to that appt, he said that I did NOT have 2 cavities that needed to be filled! He's a very experienced dentist and said my teeth looked fine. I don't know if I even actually needed the first 2 fillings that Serenity did, but obviously it was too late. My husband's dentist said it's relatively common for dentists, especially new ones with brand new fancy everything in their brand new fancy offices, to do procedures that aren't necessary just for the money. I can't say for sure that's what Serenity did with the 2 fillings they did for me since they were filled when I saw the second dentist, but I can say for sure that I did NOT need the other 2 fillings they said I needed. Don't be fooled by the beautiful office (and yes, it's great...love the TV's at each chair). Go to an honest dentist who knows what they're doing, NOT Serenity. read more

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I have had a lot of dental work throughout the years and they are by far the best! Last year my insurance switched so I was unable to continue at serenity last year and had to go to another office which was not great. This year I made sure that they were in my new insurance plans network. I will always make sure I have access to them. I am so happy with my new bridge from Serenity Dental! I feel like I was very well taken care of by Dr. Bhatt's friendly staff. Dr. Bhatt is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure the patient feels comfortable and is educated about the process along the way. Dr. Bhatt at Serenity Dental came highly recommended and after making my appointment and showing up I was highly disappointed in their ability to schedule appointments. Originally I was told a teeth cleaning was almost 3 months out, so I told Nanette (I believe that was her name) that I would talk to my husband and see if we wanted to wait. After telling Nanette that, she said she could get me the following week for X-rays and a checkup so I agreed. When I arrived that morning to check in I noticed there was 2 Drs name on the door. Thinking I would be seeing Dr. Bhatt I checked in at the front desk and asked Nanette which Dr. I would be seeing and she said Dr. Nutakki, which was fine since I would not be having any work done, just a check up and xrays. I was then given 5 pages of paperwork to fill out, once that was completed I took the forms to the front desk only to be told they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment afterall. Nanette stated that they didn't have me scheduled due to fact they were waiting to hear back from me. I find that completely absurd due to the fact I was given a check in time and told I was scheduled with Dr. Nutakki after asking upon arrival and given the paperwork to fill out. I was extremely frustrated to say the least after wasting part of my morning and filling out paper work only to hear I wasn't scheduled. Instead of admitting there was a mistake on their end with scheduling they put the blame on me. I then talked to my friend whom had recommended them and she said Dr. Bhatt was a great dentist but she too had scheduling issues with them 3 times in the past. The following day I called the office manager hoping to get the issue resolved. I explained the situation only to have her place the blame on me and wishing me luck at finding a dentist to meet my needs. I have worked in health care for years and this is not how I have ever seen business done! read more

I have had severe anxiety of the dentist ever since I was little. I was the child who had to be in the papoose to get her teeth cleaned. When coming to Dr Bhatt's (my mom referred me) all I could think of was "fancy office means tons of problems with my mouth". When I finally got back, Dr Bhatt's hygienists took the best care of me! I have been going here for over ten years now. They have friendliest staff and dental technicians! I usually have Jodi and so do my parents. She is like part of our family now. They offer their own insurance plans which makes getting my biannually cleanings really affordable. They offer Netflix, chair massagers, and all the water and coffee you can drink. We decided that we needed to find a new dentist and of course this would be the time that my front tooth decided to crack! I researched several dentist offices and decided to try out Serenity Dental. The entire process from scheduling to seeing the dentist was easy and everyone is friendly. My front tooth looks better than it did prior to the crack.
