I don't love going to the dentist, but I never mind going every 6 months to Serenity. Dr. Baht, Jody, and the whole gang are awesome. It feels like home, they always turn on one of my favorite shows to watch while getting my teeth clean, and they generally just make the whole experience painless. Also, I don't know if Jody has a photographic memory or a lots of notes in my patient file, but she always remembers social details about me and asks how things are going. Like I said, it feels like home. Kind of like Cheers. . ."Sometimes you want to go. . .where everybody knows your name. . .and they're always glad you came. . ." Seriously, give these good folks a shot--you won't be disappointed. read more

I can't say enough about this practice. I broke an old crown on Sunday afternoon (eating Goldfish; who knew?) I called the office Monday morning, and was given a Tuesday morning appointment with Dr Bhatt. They called me Tuesday morning to tell me they had a cancellation, and would take me early if I wanted. I rushed over, and I have to say, the entire team was as professional and efficient as I have ever experienced. I was in and out in a little over an hour with a temporary crown that fits perfectly, for an extremely reasonable price. Try Serenity. You will be pleased. read more

Staff is great! Friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The best dental service and experience I ever had. Been there a few times and they are very consistent. Dr. Bhatt is the best dentist I've ever had, very good and very friendly. The office staff and hygienists are great! read more

It's been a while since my last review, and what better way to break out of retirement then this place! I love writing reviews about places I can gush over... and this place deserves every kind word it gets! Every single person in that office is beyond helpful and friendly, from my first interaction over the phone to the last hand shake good bye, I was treated like a close friend or family member. (And not in a fake, forced way, it truly felt genuine). Besides just being really awesome people, I like that they are dedicated to patient education for the patients sake, conservative with their treatment approach and up front with any costs that may come your way. Open, honest and friendly... just how any business should be, and I'm lucky to have found them as my dentist. read more

My whole family and I have been going to Serenity Dental for over 11 years now. The staff (especially Dr. Bhatt and Jody) are incredibly caring and compassionate towards each patient. Even though I only see them twice a year, they remember details about my family and it truly feels like you become friends with these amazing people. In addition to how the staff treats you, they do an incredible job cleaning and taking care of your teeth. I could not ask for a better dentist team to take care of myself and my family. I love them all so much, this office is AMAZING! read more

Great experience. Although not afraid of the dentist, trips are not a hobby of mine. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, it was nice to feel welcome. Getting to watch a show on hulu while they work is a great way to pass the time whether you get anxious or not. Office is inviting and having them greet you by name when you enter is a nice touch. Highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough great things about this office! EVERYONE in this office is fantastic. They are beyond friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Everyone is very professional and Dr. Bhatt and staff make you feel like family. You can tell they truly care for their patients. The office is clean and relaxing as well. My whole family switched from a previous office to this one because I couldn't stop raving about it, and they are all glad they did. Very grateful for an office and Dr. who clearly value their patients and professionalism. HIGHLY recommend this office and would give more stars if I could! *********** read more

I would give Serenity Dental a 10 star. I am always made to feel so welcome from the moment I walk in the door. I had X-rays by Deann and my teeth cleaned by Alli. I was impressed how they help each other and were so kind to me. Would recommend Serenity to everyone. read more

Dr. Bhatt is fantastic! The staff is wonderful! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and they are consistently putting you first. I am definitely a person who gets anxious at the dentist between needles and drills and getting prodded with the tools. But my experiences here have made going to the dentist much easier. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Do NOT go here! They are dishonest! During my appt, I was told that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. They were unable to do all 4 during that appt, so they filled 2 and I scheduled a follow-up for the other 2. Something came up and I couldn't get to their office for the follow-up and they couldn't reschedule me soon enough so I just went to my husband's dentist. When I went to that appt, he said that I did NOT have 2 cavities that needed to be filled! He's a very experienced dentist and said my teeth looked fine. I don't know if I even actually needed the first 2 fillings that Serenity did, but obviously it was too late. My husband's dentist said it's relatively common for dentists, especially new ones with brand new fancy everything in their brand new fancy offices, to do procedures that aren't necessary just for the money. I can't say for sure that's what Serenity did with the 2 fillings they did for me since they were filled when I saw the second dentist, but I can say for sure that I did NOT need the other 2 fillings they said I needed. Don't be fooled by the beautiful office (and yes, it's great...love the TV's at each chair). Go to an honest dentist who knows what they're doing, NOT Serenity. read more

Still extremely happy with my dentist, hygienist and the office staff! Absolutely love this place and they will never get rid of me!!!! I try to refer as many people as I can because I cant say 1 bad thing about Serenity Dental! Jody and Dr. Bhatt are caring, nice, professional, fun, great people! Amazing dentist as well as the staff. I enjoy visiting the dentist. They have also just recently added an orthodontist to the practice. I am currently going for my normal dentist visit and now my orthodontic work. read more

Although the dentist is not a fun place to go, they make it as pleasant an experience as possible. I should know, I've spent plently of hours here getting my teeth cleaned, drilled and filled. Sit back and relax in an easy chair, watch a dvd of your choice and go numb on novacaine. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I can actually say I have never been treated better at a dentist in my entire life. Judy was an absolutely amazing pleasure to have work on me and the entire staff was so polite and attentive. I am so happy with my new bridge from Serenity Dental! I feel like I was very well taken care of by Dr. Bhatt's friendly staff. Dr. Bhatt is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure the patient feels comfortable and is educated about the process along the way. I am currently pregnant, and Dr. Bhatt was in touch with my OB Dr. to make sure everything was approved for the dental procedure. The procedure I had was a four visit procedure. Each time I went in I felt updated about what was happening and what to expect. I appreciate everything they did and love my new smile :) Great location, great staff, I am very happy. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Dr. Bhatt and staff! read more

Love my check up with Dr Bhatt. Staff is very nice. Love Jody my hygenist. We have been clients for 8 years & plan to continue!

Decided to give this office a try after having not a great experience at another local office and I'm so glad I did! The Front office staff and the Hygienist were beyond friendly!! Such great office atmosphere! The Dr. was so friendly, very attentive, and willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns!! So glad I found Serenity Dental! read more

Dr. Bhatt and his team of professional hygienists, Jodi and Suzanne, are the best! The office is calm, on time and super friendly. They go above and beyond in making the patient comfortable. I have sensitive bottom teeth and Jodi always uses a topical numbing agent to be sure she can clean those teeth without causing me pain. Also, the billing office is great and has above-board billing practices. You'll never visit another dental office once you've experienced Serenity Dental and I've been a patient for at least 5 years. read more

I have had severe anxiety of the dentist ever since I was little. I was the child who had to be in the papoose to get her teeth cleaned. When coming to Dr Bhatt's (my mom referred me) all I could think of was "fancy office means tons of problems with my mouth". When I finally got back, Dr Bhatt's hygienists took the best care of me! They helped me find a fun topic to take my mind off the anxiety, and the TV show chairs help a lot too! I would recommend Dr. Bhatt to anyone who has trouble with the dentist. They are very patient, and helpful! read more

Dr. Bhatt at Serenity Dental came highly recommended and after making my appointment and showing up I was highly disappointed in their ability to schedule appointments. Originally I was told a teeth cleaning was almost 3 months out, so I told Nanette (I believe that was her name) that I would talk to my husband and see if we wanted to wait. After telling Nanette that, she said she could get me the following week for X-rays and a checkup so I agreed. When I arrived that morning to check in I noticed there was 2 Drs name on the door. Thinking I would be seeing Dr. Bhatt I checked in at the front desk and asked Nanette which Dr. I would be seeing and she said Dr. Nutakki, which was fine since I would not be having any work done, just a check up and xrays. I was then given 5 pages of paperwork to fill out, once that was completed I took the forms to the front desk only to be told they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment afterall. Nanette stated that they didn't have me scheduled due to fact they were waiting to hear back from me. I find that completely absurd due to the fact I was given a check in time and told I was scheduled with Dr. Nutakki after asking upon arrival and given the paperwork to fill out. I was extremely frustrated to say the least after wasting part of my morning and filling out paper work only to hear I wasn't scheduled. Instead of admitting there was a mistake on their end with scheduling they put the blame on me. I then talked to my friend whom had recommended them and she said Dr. Bhatt was a great dentist but she too had scheduling issues with them 3 times in the past. The following day I called the office manager hoping to get the issue resolved. I explained the situation only to have her place the blame on me and wishing me luck at finding a dentist to meet my needs. I have worked in health care for years and this is not how I have ever seen business done! read more

I have been going here for over ten years now. They have friendliest staff and dental technicians! I usually have Jodi and so do my parents. She is like part of our family now. They offer their own insurance plans which makes getting my biannually cleanings really affordable. They offer Netflix, chair massagers, and all the water and coffee you can drink. I live in California now and they are always helpful about getting me in last minute when I am in town due to cancellations. They really go above and beyond. Dr. Bhatt is the best! read more
