My son loved the Huli Huli chicken it definitely had the Hawaiian barbecue flavor, was tasty! The drinks were strong all around the table! The parking is never an issue we always park on the street and it's steps away from the restaurant. I did use the restroom the restroom was tidy. The Ambiance definitely a welcoming bar atmosphere the people that we encountered there were friendly and personable as well. Representing Q2 of 2021 is Longboards. My friend who lives on the West Coast had a Naval training in Norfolk. I came down there to visit him May 1-2, 2021 weekend. That night of Saturday, May 1, 2021, we took the ferry from downtown Norfolk to downtown Portsmouth. We ate dinner by the water and then walked down the main street of Portsmouth, High Street. We got to Longboards Bar, which was nice neighborhood bar. We sat outside on their patio area, which was pretty spacious, on the nice evening with our beer enjoying the debauchery on that Saturday night. The one exception was Michelle. She was GREAT -- truly great! We actually wished we had her every time. Otherwise, we regularly end up sitting with appetizer plates, dinner plates, and other dishes stacked on the table throughout the meal. It's gotten to the point where we joke about it among ourselves because it happens so consistently. For the price of dining here, the service should include something as basic as clearing finished plates. I've honestly never experienced another restaurant where this was such a consistent issue. We enjoy coming here and will likely continue because we live nearby, but please, please train the serving staff to clear dirty dishes throughout the meal.
