Neither happened, we had been with them for three years. The office manager Carla said she was to busy and referred us to another company for septic inspection. We were fined 35.00 by Waller County. I do not recommend this company to provide a good sound inspection. I was given advise from them to get my septic emptied when it was only 40% full. This causes you to empty the septic more frequently and the pump out is in the hundreds. The inspection is required by Waller County and I am off to find another provider. What has happen to good business practices.
