Beau Roper arrived at our property on time, introduced himself politely, and gave us a quick overview of what to expect -- how long things would take and when we'd get the report back. We walked the property together so I could point out any issues and he could ask questions. He then got to work, explaining that the inspection would take about an hour to an hour and a half since he needed to be thorough and photograph everything on the property. We ran some errands and came back just as he was finishing up. He walked us through everything he'd done and made sure my wife felt comfortable with the findings before leaving the property clean and orderly. Moving forward, Groundworks kept us updated on the status of the report and what to expect next. Everything arrived exactly on time. I can't thank them enough -- this was an exceptional experience compared to other contractors I've dealt with. Groundworks provided a very thorough report, complete with the licensed engineer's information, which made a real difference. Quick note for anyone in Texas: there's no state license or requirement to be a foundation contractor here -- all you need is a shovel. It's a pretty wide-open, unregulated space. That's what made Groundworks' transparency stand out even more. As it turned out, our house didn't need any foundation work, so we don't know firsthand how they'd handle an actual repair. But if we ever do need one, it'll be with Groundworks -- because of how Beau Roper handled everything, start to finish.

It was difficult to pull on to one side of the driveway because it was extremely cracked. The seams between the pieces were gone. Our house was gorgeous with an ugly driveway. Jesus & Thomas came out and did an amazing job leveling and even got the small pieces on the edge to match up. They did a thorough job and sealed everything. They made sure we were happy before they left and made sure we know all we have to do is call if anything shifts. This is Texas afterall. We wish we had them do the walkway and will have them back to do it. All our neighbors have stopped to comment how great it looks. We had quotes for replacing the worst sections and the quotes were as much as Baird charged for the entire driveway and the work is amazing.

Level Pro's work left my home with extreme foundation damage. The warranty Level Pro provides is worthless, they refuse to fix the damages even after numerous attempts to contact them. Three of the top foundation companies in Houston came and looked at my home and confirmed the work that Randy Rose said I needed to repair the damages HIS company caused was incorrect and over priced. Level Pro quoted me a price of $6245 and way more piers than required. Jericho Foundation is repairing my foundation for almost half the price quoted by Level Pro. A civil suit is being filed against Level Pro to recover the money lost I have lost due to this horrible company's negligence. Left a previously underground cable now exposed 5 ft long. After receiving the quote and agreeing on a project solution, they made it back out to the house the next morning to fix, sending pictures throughout the process. He recommended using expanding foam to fill the hole, which not only worked but was relatively inexpensive, while still doing the job. Working with them was great. Not only did they send frequent updates through my preferred method of communication, but he was able to recommend a fix that worked for the problem at hand and solve it quickly. Would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking for contracting work in or around their home.
