First time he got sick but didn't notify me he wasn't coming. I called the company # and they notified me about him being off. He also called and apologized. Understandable, things happen. We scheduled another visit a week later (two times I've taken off of work) and he no showed me again. This time because he had a doctors appointment. Was not notified of this.. Company called and apologized but it was very poor on his behalf as he is representing this company. I appreciate the apologies but I cannot recommend based off of this experience.

The quality of the team's work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. We enjoyed our experience with Tico Home Remodeling so much that we used them soon after the bathroom for another smaller project in our kitchen to replace old lighting as well. Having our house foundation repair is a big investment after doing some research online on the…read moreprocess and costs. We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Star Techn Foundation Repair ensured that our door locks and sprinkler system worked after leveling and the completion. We are very happy and satisfied with Star Techn Foundation.

We first reached out to Star Techn to help us with the inspection of the home we planned to purchase. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. I have to admit that the perimeter around the house looked even better than before they started work. In other words, this company ensured things looked the exact same way or better than before they started construction. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. You should not hesitate to get a quote from this vendor even if you are shopping around. We are so grateful for all the care and attention to detail this family-run business exhibited. We called Shaun at Legacy, and he immediately gave us a great price. He handled all the permits and had the generator installed within a matter of days. Everything works perfectly, and his quote was about $4K less than any other bid we received. Our next big project was our kitchen countertops. We had Shaun come back out to give us a price. It took some time for us to save up while completing other small projects ourselves, and almost a year had passed. When we called Shaun again, he honored the exact same price he'd given us the previous year. It has been pretty dry in Houston the last few months, but we finally got a couple of drenching rains over the last weekend. I'm pleased to report that, as best we can tell, his repairs did the trick and we have not experienced any rain/water coming through the ceiling. What a relief! Looking forward to having our ceiling repaired and keeping the outside weather outside. Thank you, Michael, for sticking with us to solve this problem.

There is no such thing as perfect. However, this company really had a high margin of errors. The…read morevenato marble shower you see they uploaded is my bathroom. The grout wasn't properly mixed, and my tiles and schluter are lifting 8 months after it is installed. I had my floor redone from tile to wood , they didn't float the floor properly, you can see gaps in the baseboard and see many area that had hump which cause the floor to crack. Electrical wiring for my dishwasher wasn't properly installed, even best buy didn't want to touch it. The only good thing I can really say is window installation was done well. It's excuses after excuses. Whenever I asked to get it fixed, it seems like David was doing my a favor. I would steer clear.
