Where sweet meets savory * September Cafe might just be one of the cutest aesthetic cafe spots in OC right now. From the cozy decor to the bright natural lighting, every corner is literally made for Instagram pictures, study sessions, or just hanging out with friends for hours. What I love most is how big their menu is~ they have everything from matcha, coffee, smoothies, fruit teas, and so many food options to choose from, so there's honestly something for everyone. Their drinks were not only super pretty but actually refreshing and flavorful too. And you NEED to add the little ice bear on top of your drink It's only an extra $1 and honestly so worth it because it makes every drink look 10x cuter for pictures. Such a small detail but it really adds to the whole experience. The vibe here feels super welcoming and relaxing with plenty of seating and space for studying or getting work done without feeling cramped. Definitely one of those cafe spots you'll want to keep coming back to whether you're craving drinks, food, or just a cute place to spend the day
Craving dessert randomly late one Tuesday night and stumbled upon this nice dessert cafe while on the area. It's a nice sized store with plenty of tables inside and some stool seating that faces out to a busy street which is always nice to watch cars drive. The vibe was very chill and mellow at the time i went, great for reading a book or bringing your laptop to study. This place offers a variety of teas, coffees, ice creams, cakes, and croffles on their menu to name a few. I went with a single scoop of their Pandan Ice Cream which costs $5.50, but you get 5% off if you pay by cash or venmo. The service was very quick and the server who brought my ice cream out to my table was friendly. The single scoop was a generous portion and it came with oreos which was a nice surprise. The flavor was right on point, not too sweet, but you can still taste the pandan in each bite. I'll have to come back next time to try their other desserts!
Came back today courtesy of management to try something different. Asked for rec on what would be less foamy and more of a dark roast, so got the Vietnamese coffee hot with condensed milk. It can be summed up as what I would call an espresso. There was a votiv of something next to it which I can only say is the same thing that could have been poured all in the same cup upon serving. All in all better than my last experience, and also had their crème brûlée. I would say these two were solid, would not order the breaded things I had last time and stick to just the coffee and crème brûlée.
Sundays call for brunch aaannnddd coffee dates. I've had this spot saved for a while and finally got the chance to check it out. Parking: Free parking lot. There's a small/medium parking lot. Finding a spot can be easy. Ambiance/Environment: The interior is very cute. They have a decent amount of indoor seating. There's a small den with a booth-ish seating. There are regular-height tables and chairs and shorter tables and chairs. It's a studious environment but also a nice spot to hangout. Service: The cashier that assisted me was simply efficient. Throughput was quick after ordering. We only waited about 12 min for everything. Drinks & dessert: The menu can be overwhelming. They offer small bites, desserts, milk teas, coffee, fruit teas, teas, yogurt, blended drinks, etc. Although the photos of the drinks look appealing, the presentation doesn't match. I was told they no longer offer drinks in a glass even if you're dining in. All drinks are in to-go cups. I got the Truffle Coffee, Vietnamese Black Coffee (with no sugar), and Egg Cream Toast. If you prefer your drinks strong and bitter, then the Vietnamese Black Coffee will be perfect for you. The bear on top is absolutely cute. Make sure you drink this properly - always let Vietnamese coffee sit and don't slurp it in two gulps. Hence why there's a lot of ice. The Truffle Coffee tasted exactly as it sounds .. I thought the flavors were okay, but I believe truffle should only stay with savory dishes lol. The egg cream itself was thick and creamy. I was expecting some fancy french toast along side with it, but it's literally just toasted white bread. Pricing: More on the expensive side for coffee in OC. I'd come back to try their other drinks bc they all sound appealing. I wouldn't get the egg cream toast again.

Came here with my dad for some coffee after lunch on his recommendation. Now my dad is very hard to please when it comes to food and drink - particularly Vietnamese coffee. He spoke very highly of this place which is all but a guaranty of quality. Sure enough, I was very satisfied with the coffee, it's on the stronger side which is perfect to me. I had iced while he had the hot. We were helped by Alisha who was very friendly. Very cozy, classic coffee shop vibe. Pay with cash / zelle / venmo for 5% off! Also free wifi so come here and enjoy some good coffee and desserts to relax or do some work.
September is an adorable cafe with plenty of seating and sweet/savory food options for studying or catching up with friends! The desserts are both made in house, and I'm normally picky about desserts but theirs are light, airy, and not too sweet which I loved. The individual decor on the drinks were the perfect cherry on top. we got their matcha cherry blossom (not too floral), tiramisu coffee (coffee base + cream top) and mango yakult (so refreshing/slightly carbonated). For foods we chose finger foods like the precut cream cheese garlic croissant and bread sticks (ham, cheese, pork belly!) with a crispy exterior. Favorites were the desserts!! I loved the berry choco mousse and passion cheesecake. We also got the oreo and tiramisu bunny since there's a buy 3 get 1 free promo! overall the price is amazing considering everythings made in house, and the staff are so sweet and attentive.
when I say every corner in this place is aesthetic I am not lying. Me and my fiance decided to stop by on a lil lunch date. Service was very nice and friendly, and there was lots of seating room inside. Menu was big with very aesthetically pleasing drinks. We got a biscoff latte and an iced matcha. The drinks came with these cute bear shaped ice cubes on top. we got a sampler platter w/ beef spaghetti, quail eggs, shrimp udon, bulgogi salad & garlic cheese bread & these cute hamster cheesecakes/mousse. Overall I definitely recommend this spot out for a date/study session.
Wow, the two drinks I got were so delicious that I wrote a review right away. I originally just ordered the Tornado Biscoff Latte to go, but they accidentally gave me a watermelon lychee tea too. My husband let them know it was a mistake, but they let us keep it. The Biscoff latte is strong, just how I like my coffee -- not too sweet -- and you can really taste the Biscoff in it. Every sip had yummy chunks of Biscoff. The watermelon lychee tea was also so refreshing and delicious. I would probably ask for it less sweet next time, but the flavor is perfect and captures the fruit flavors beautifully. The service was great, and the ambience is beautiful. There are great photo ops -- some ladies were even taking pictures with the décor.
An adorable cafe nestled in the heart of Westminster! The interior is absolutely adorable! Lots of plants, natural wood, and trendy furniture. There's also plenty of seating for coffee dates and lounging! In the mood for something fresh, I got their Barbie Yakult! Tart, light, and refreshing, this drink ticked off all of my boxes. Also, they have the cutest teddy bear ice molds- 10/10 for presentation!
September Coffee Shop is literally my GO TO spot rn the interior is SO cute and aesthetic, every corner is nice. the seats are comfy and perfect for studying I always get so much done here the vibe is chill but not dead quiet, just right. also the workers are super nice and will adjust drinks however you want which I LOVE overall just a really good place to sit, study, and relax. 10/10 recommend

The jasmine milk tea has a really refreshing and light floral aroma. The jasmine flavor isn't overpowering--it blends smoothly with the creamy milk, creating a balanced and soothing drink. FOOD/DRINKS: The desserts and drinks here are AMAZING!!! The presentation is always so beautiful as well! We've been here a few times and everything we've tried is so good! SERVICE: The staff is always very friendly and helpful and nice! They are so sweet! AMBIANCE: Small place, but very clean and nice! Love the decor. This is a cute place for drinks and desserts with nice music in the background. They had a variety of drinks to choose from. There was plenty of seating. Restroom was also clean. * Coconut Ice Cream (1 scoop) 5/5 - The coconut ice cream was sweet and yummy. There were even some coconut chunks in the tasty treat. * Barbie Yakult 4/5 - This contained raspberry/strawberry sauce, sprite, yakult, and a raspberry bear. The bear on top was so cute. The drink was sweet and tangy, maybe a bit sour and bubbly for my taste. I'd like a tea version of this instead of sprite. I did like that it had real strawberry pieces in the drink. read more
Cute spot with modern decor and tables alongside windows to enjoy your drinks, desserts, and food. I've never seen the full ice cream tray dessert offered anywhere and it kind of reminds me of Home Alone where Kevin orders room service and gets three scoops of ice cream, except this is that time 10. Came here on a Monday afternoon and its pretty quiet; a great place to study or just relax. The cashier was super nice and patient when I was looking through the menu. I tried one of the new menu items, the strawberry croffle. They make it fresh so it did take a while to come out but the wait is worth it, it was pretty tasty! This cozy little Asian coffee shop is everything I love in a café: warm vibes, super friendly staff, and so many drink options that it's almost impossible to choose (but in the best way). Whether you're in the mood for something classic or something more adventurous, they've got you covered. For my first visit, I opted for their Ube Latte and Ube Cream Toast out of curiosity--and let me tell you, September did ube justice. As someone who always seeks out ube-flavored drinks and snacks outside of Filipino restaurants, just to see if others can really get it right... they nailed it. I was genuinely impressed. They also have a tempting selection of snacks and desserts, and the space itself is the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile--whether you're reading, catching up with a friend, or just enjoying your drink in peace. I was initially gonna go to MaJuicy but parking there was a total jungle, so I came across this place and got the Coffee float. It's definitely delicious, so decadent and rich and creamy with ice cream. Definitely a great tree for a sunny day. read more
Super cute place. Fruit drinks were beautifully made tasted refreshing and delish. Make sure to ask the front for a free polaroid photo. They will give you one to take home and hang one on their window as an addition to their decor. We were too full to try anything else but they also serve food. This place is super cute!!! We came here by chance after dim sum at seafood cove 2 thru yelp. Parking lot is small but do able. The indoor has the cutest decor for photo ops, literally multiple backgrounds to take cute pics. We only came for the dessert and got the hot pot sundae thing. It comes with a hot pot chocolate melting thing in the middle to dip ice cream, bananas and strawberries, mochi Ice cream and little graham cookie things. It was alot of food for $30 and u get to pick 4 Ice creams, we got the pandan, coconut, mango and strawberry and it was all very creamy and delicious! Next time I'd love to try the coffees or other pastries. Everyone serving us was also super friendly and efficient. They even offered all of us ice water bc the sugar rush. If you're looking for a dessert spot that hits the perfect balance of "too cute to eat" and "actually delicious," this is it. I visited September in Westminster and was blown away by the presentation and the flavors. The Drinks Matcha with the Green Bear: This is a must-order! The matcha is high quality, creamy and smooth without being overly bitter. The highlight is the adorable frozen green matcha bear sitting right on top. It's the perfect touch that keeps your drink cold without watering it down. Oreo Shake: For something more indulgent, the Oreo shake is a winner. It's thick, perfectly blended, and topped with a generous amount of whipped cream. It's a chocolate lover's dream and pairs surprisingly well with their lighter desserts. The Treats Signature Cakes: We tried a box of their character cakes (the little hamsters and bunny), and they were the highlight of the night. They are incredibly soft and light. Each one has a distinct, delicate flavor that isn't too sweet, which is exactly what you want in a high-end dessert. The service was absolutely amazing as well! read more

Cute cafe with some tables you can work or study from, which is rare to find these days. Music is not too loud so you can concentrate on your work, but not too quiet where you feel like you're sitting in silence. I went with a friend for a coffee and yap session and we were able to have our conversation without straining to hear each other, but still had pleasant background noise. Drinks are just fine. Not bad, not amazing. I got a strawberry coffee (forget the actual name of the drink but there's only one). It tasted more like a strawberry milk tea, but not an artificial strawberry flavor at all. My friend got a plain black coffee. Overall, I'd come back to hang out with the girlies, but it's nothing special. read more

This is a personal favorite of mine always when hanging out with my friends around Little Saigon in OC. It's a super artsy and aesthetic spot which offers a peaceful ambiance. Their drinks are really tasty for the most part and they look awesome! I LOVE the matcha and houjicha lattes from here. The workers are also so nice and attentive always. Loved how they also offered us some free snacks too with our drinks though I had to decline since I was too full. Do not at all hesitate to stop by here for a great artsy drink and relaxing time with friends, a date, and/or to maybe get some work done. read more

I've seen this spot on social media so I was happy to stop by with some friends! The shop itself is located in a small plaza in Westminster so parking is a little tough but there's a bunch of other plazas you can park at a short walk away. It's a super cute spot with a lot of seating if you wanted to stay to do work. I got the iced matcha and my friend got the mango smoothie. They ask if you want to dine in or takeout, and I guess takeout is an additional fee. The cups are also cuter if you dine in lol. The drinks come with the cutest bears ice cubes! The matcha is honestly fine, it's more of a dessert than a caffeine fix. The mango smoothie was also super good, but again it's more of a dessert than a fruit smoothie. Nothing special about the options from other places, but not bad! I'd visit again if I'm in the area. read more

i've don't write reviews often, but wow, this place really blew it out of the park-- in terms of honestly-- just disbelief. First off, after reading a few of the one star review after my visit, I can confidently say that the Biscoff latte I got definitely gave me food poisoning. What started as an uncomfortable lump in my throat ended up being exiled as I threw up and forced every bit of that latte and everything else I ate out of my body. For a cafe with a track record of food poisoning, I'm shocked that it still keeps its high rating on Yelp, let alone still being open. Secondly, do they use half and half as their milk? It felt like I was guzzling down just fatty, creamy, thickness between the sweet relief of the Biscoff. I've truly never seen a cafe use such a thick milk as their base before and I hope to never experience such again. However, I will give credit to the fact that whatever coffee they use tastes pretty good, and so is the overall ambiance and presentation of the cafe. Long story short: If you're looking for a place that's Instagram worthy, come here! Just make sure you throw out the drinks after you're done taking pictures unless you want to fight for your life for the following day. read more

We had seen this place before and finally decided to stop by to try their drinks. We ordered the Pandan Bac Xiu, and we also asked if they could make a strawberry matcha (not even sure if it was on the menu). Both drinks were honestly so good and super fresh. They have so many drink options that we didn't even know what to pick. I seriously want to come back and try everything on the menu. We also ordered a small dessert on the side and that was really good too. Also, the place itself was beautiful. The interior was uniquely designed and it was genuinely such a nice and relaxing spot to sit in. Overall, everything was amazing. Definitely a 10/10. read more

Came with a friend after dinner. Parking is easy since it's in a plaza. Place is super cute for pictures and spacious with a long row of tables on the side. We ordered the mango jasmine macchiato and matcha strawberry mouse cake. Both were okay, nothing too crazy to comment on. They were pricey, which makes sense considering how pretty they look. I believe the drink was around $7 + $1 for the bear on top. The matcha cake was around $8 yet it was quite small. I would recommend this place if you care more about aesthetics. read more

Stepping into this coffee shop was like entering a dream world. The decor is adorable and there are numerous cozy nooks, and plenty of room for seating. With an extensive menu featuring everything from specialty lattes to fruity teas and craft cocktails, there's something for everyone. This place is a must-visit. We came in on a Sunday morning, we arrived just as they opened and had the place to ourselves. This coffee shop has won my heart, the vibe is unforgettable! The interior is spectacular, you feel like you're in some modern era Joshua Tree looking house, the kind you waste $300/night on at an airbnb for glamping. At least here you can enjoy good coffee and treats for way less. I opted for a tornado latte which kind of has biscotti mixed into it so you're drinking crushed biscotti with coffee and what not. Felt weird texture wise but taste wasn't all too bad. I'd probably go for a traditional latte next time. The sweets were moderate at best. Some pistachio cake things, some cute bunny mousses, some other sugary delights. I'd be lying if I said they were life changing. Honestly the vibes were more memorable than the desserts and coffee but hey, worth a stop if you happen to be in the area with nowhere else to go! read more

We are a peanut free cafe. However we do have almond, so almond was processed in the same facility as peanut.
Good place for studying? Any plugs?
There's a lot of seating that would be great for studying but there are not many outlets.
