    This Sephora makes my skin crawl. I have a lot more photos and alerted customer service, they said a manager would follow up. It's still bad where the associates do not offer samples or swatching. The testers are broken and always trash like used cotton balls on display shelves.

It's now the day after and my skin feels dull, unlike facials I've received at other businesses. If I had gotten the $80 microexfoliation add on maybe this would be different but I had a double cleanse, exfoliant, extractions and moisturizer that just didn't satisfy me. The extractions focused on my nose and were more painful than those I've experienced before. I had an active breakout on my cheek that I was surprised to have popped while congestion on my chin was left unaddressed. Red light therapy was gifted to me but I think if not I would've left with a very irritated and flushed face. While treatments/products were sitting on my face, I have a feeling my facialist was just sitting on her phone rather than giving a massage or anything. Overall this felt like a budget experience meriting a cost of maybe $70 tops for the less than 45 minutes I was in the chair. I'm giving this two stars rather than one only because they were able to accommodate me and a guest at the end of the day on short notice (called at noon and seen at 4), and I want to give the benefit on the doubt that service is better toward regular customers. Given this is a chain I would recommend patronizing a smaller salon with further trained estheticians.

    I got BOTCHED from a neglectful aesthetician…read more I went in for TruScuptID to target 3 areas of unwanted fat and received 3rd degree burns on my shoulder blade because the aesthetician, Lindsay, neglected to change the grounding pad for each targeted area. After the procedure, the aesthetician blamed the machine/equipments for malfunctions. I then went to see Dr. Sandhu, and she BLAMED ME for getting burned because I was SWEATING. Both times, I was being lied to about what went wrong and who was at fault. At the time of the appointment I didn't know what to expect from the whole procedure. It was only when I went to a different medical spa, that also had TruscupltID, was I told the truth about the whole incident. I told the nurse my whole experience with Neem Spa, and she told me exactly what happened: The aesthetician left the grounding pad on 1 area for too long. To reduce risk of burning she was suppose to change the location of the grounding pad for each targeted area. So she was suppose to change the location of grounding pad 3 times because I was treating 3 different areas(my stomach, flanks, and arms). Dr. Sandhu refused to give me a full refund and still denies any negligence on her staff's part of the procedure.

    I, like others, have also spent way too much money to not write a review. I do not spend money on…read moremyself ever. But I really wanted my hair to be gone. So I spent $3600 to get my bikini, legs, and underarms done (which I am still paying off). I went for 8 sessions which I'm sure now is a scam because i see almost no results. They said the hair could be 70-80% thinner. I can confidently say it thinned out by like 10%: I also want to point out that I never missed or rescheduled a single appointment. I showed up exactly when they told me to and followed their pre and post care instructions perfectly. I'm also very pale with dark hair. What they called "the perfect candidate." After bringing up my concerns about no results to everyone (nurses, and front desk staff), they said it was hormones. I am not on a hormonal birth control, I have no kids, and I got sterilized years ago. So I am not pregnant nor will I ever be. So saying it's "hormones" feels like a blanket statement that they tell people who complain. They also tried to blame me for missing appointments which really made me upset because like I said I never ever missed or rescheduled. I dealt with whatever appointments they gave me and rearranged my life around them for a year. What's even more insane is that when I was done with my final session and they asked how everything was, I told them it didn't work and I wasn't happy. That's when the sales pitches started. "Oh, well you can purchase more sessions for this price, and I TOTALLY recommend it because you have already done this much so you should really keep going." I said there is no way I'm spending more money. But she actually kept going. They were very pushy that I needed to buy more sessions... I get that she has to make sales but Jesus Christ. Really trying to get me with the sunken costs. Here I thought they'd work with me and try and help me out but they offered me nothing. $3600 gone with no results. UPDATE: I posted this review on Google as well, and someone commented that they would be reaching out in 24 hours to discuss. But obviously they never did.

I was absolutely blown away how patient and kind she was during the consultation: nothing like anything i've experienced in the past. We talked about my goals and while I originally was planning to get filler & Botox after the consultation, we decided to take it slow and just go for Botox this time. I am extremely happy with my results (masseter muscle Botox for jaw clenching) and wish I would have taken the plunge sooner. My grinding has reduced by probably 90% and my jaw pain has improved so much that I didn't even need to use a supportive bite block at the dentist during my last visit, which I typically need 10 minutes into my exam. I booked a second visit for chin filler and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. It looks so subtle and natural, balancing my side profile exactly where I wanted without losing my cleft chin, which I wanted to keep. Thank you again Christina for all your amazing work!
