Me and my family had the worst experience in our entire life! Miss Holly the loose lollipop was very racist towards us when we were only coming in to purchase cologne for our father. Second trip to this location: Went in because I needed help with a more everyday eyes look. I was helped to a makeover area where several eye color options were brought to me. I wish I remembered her name because she was patience with me by doing one eye, then I did the other. We talked about brushes and techniques to making the application easy. I purchased Smashbox colors, a primer and a fineliner that makes the application easy for me to apply (and doesn't feel like I'm going to poke my eye like the regular size.) I would not have picked them on my own as I didn't know the one I was given was the best primer and top rated liner and eyeshadows. I feel comfortable with the price point (and I am one to put it back if I feel something is not worth the price.) She also took time to recognize others with me as they sat and watched. We all felt that we were getting the necessary attention. I was also impressed by not having togo to the checkout line as she had a point-of-sale pad to handle the transaction at the makeup mirror. I'm not an expert on makeup so would recommend this location for someone who needs a little help. read more

For the people complaining about Sephora having company policies that they do not bend for any state, you are lowering their rating over something that has nothing to do with the quality of the store and employees, as well as makeup selection. I'm against masks and I put it on without complaint because I'm an adult who respects that other people don't agree with my views. This is really towards the lady who left one star over a policy that the individual store cannot change. Brendan was genuine and I could tell he knew what he was doing with recommendations that work for my skin tone and type. I was heading home from dinner and the traffic was terrible so I decided to swing by Sephora for more foundation. I googled this one and it was close. In a shopping center with plenty of garage parking but nothing really super close to the place. As soon as I entered, many people were saying hello and willing to help me. I was looking for a few other things in addition to the foundation so a gentlemen (Guiermo) I think...sorry poor spelling, agreed to do a "make over" of sorts for me. He used the Cover FX Foundation which had nicer coverage than my former Dior BB creme. My issue is that I have such pale skin I am difficult to color match. Anyways...ended up buying a eye shadow palette, hair oil, foundation and a few other small things. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I kind of felt like they were showing me the most expensive options for things that I was interested in. A $50 bronzer, $90 face oil, etc. I would have gladly purchased more things if they were more affordable. Great customer service and very friendly staff. I would just maybe give a more affordable option or ask budgets for people who are shopping. I understand the need to make the sale but I would have spent more if I had other options that were closer to what I was hoping to pay. read more

Do not go here if you like enforcement just to buy makeup. I was wearing a mask and they gave me an ultimatum just to shop at their store. Wear their mask or don't shop there. I really needed a specific product and hadn't decided on what replacement product I wanted since what I came for was out of stock and I simply felt harassed. The employee almost would not leave and it got really awkward As if she wanted me to make a decision right then and there. Btw the fact that there was literally no one in their store should have been a red flag. Also the mask mandate in Texas ends March 10th but oh I was told by them that they are not lifting their mask mandate even so. I don't know how this store has the highest ratings. Cleanliness of the store was there but I'm telling you it's a red flag when it looks like ghost town. They weren't like this in the past. I'm done with Sephora for now. Was just about to go into Sephora and buy a bunch of product. But before I began shopping I asked if I could use their restroom. "Don't have one, but you can go to Starbucks," she said. Wow seriously? So you ladies wear diapers, pads, pee into your tampons?! My sister owns a medspa where she buys a bunch of product from here. Terrible custom makeover. They did not match my skin and put me at 3 shades darker than I was. The blush she put on me practically looked purple. There was no blending. Literally I had harsh lines across my face and my face was 3 visibly different colors. Never get your makeup done here. read more

This is by far my favorite Sephora location! It is located within Legacy West, and the staff at this location are by far the nicest and most welcoming of any staff I've ever encountered at any other Sephora. It's never super crowded whenever I go, which I actually appreciate, and I always feel very welcomed and free to browse at my own leisure. I went into the Legacy West location of Sephora with a friend because the nearby Credo was already closed. I'm so glad that we did! Hollie was incredible and helped us out. She was so great that we went back two days later and each of us made significant purchases. Hollie, Dollie, and Larisha were absolutely amazing. This is the best makeup experience I have ever had. They were kind and truly listened to our questions, patiently showed us techniques and gave us tips, and engaged in genuine conversation. These amazing women are not only great makeup artists and professionals, but the kind of people you meet and just want to be bffs with. Thanks for great customer service! The people at this location are so helpful and nice! I just ran out of foundation and wanted to try something new. I was greeted with smiling faces and Mac helped me find exactly what I needed. She also took the time to learn more about my skin needs and helped me find some new products. I didn't feel like she was being pushy or trying to upsell me. I chose to go to this location over 2 others that were closer based on poor reviews of those others. I was not disappointed. We had lots of offers of assistance (almost every time we stepped into a different aisle) and everyone was very nice.
