I actually like the location. Upon entry, there is always a friendly employee waiting with some sort of sample. You then have to take the escalator down. I don't know if they have an elevator. This was the 3rd Sephora that i visited gor the day. Id been looking for my favorite Lancome face wash. But they didn't have it. The employees were friendly. Pretty busy. I'm sure its because its right in times square.

I ordered (order #639323004107) something from their website for the first (and LAST) time, the experience was unpleasant from start to finish, I had a problem with the shipping address, no one helped me. I left it at that. Then 1 of the items I ordered came incomplete, I PAID FOR 1 SET of 2 and only 1 item arrived (the box was open and looked battered). I write to them for help and they told me that they couldn't do anything to help me or give me a refund because I sent my order to a mailbox/P.O. box (because I'm an international customer). What a disappointment, I thought Sephora was better and not just thieves.

Dropped by the new (for me) Sephora in the Times Square area with stairs leading to the basement. I spent most of my time browsing & trying on the Dior products - my favorite ones !!!! The major reason for giving 2 stars is the attitude & behavior of the employee at the check out. I try to be neither subjective nor too generous unreasonably, but this time, I am giving 2 stars. This was during the Coronavirus, but before the state had issued the state of emergency nor the curfew of 3/16/2020. The employee at the checkout charged me for the 2 Dior lipsticks I had purchased, and did not bother to put them in the bag nor did she ask whether I wanted them bagged. She dumped the products in front of me. No greeting whatsoever. I did not want to make a fuss, but was on the verge of returning the 2 lipsticks right then. Will never be buying from this store.

This Sephora is pretty new. They relocated from across the way. I cannot remember if it says this is the largest Sephora in America or the world. Either way, it did not seem like the largest one I have been in. The store feels choppy. The layout is sort of boxy and made it hard for me to find what I was looking for. No employee greeted me as they do in their Florida stores relentlessly. I couldn't find anyone to ask a question since they were already working with a customer. They did seem to have some different products I had never seen before. It is fun to browse but seems like a headache to try and get assistance if you need it. I don't love this location but it is okay. It sure is convenient right on Broadway in Times Square.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. On Saturday, the tall, slim employee with curly hair who was supposed to be making my perfume did not appear to make it. I saw her take it from a shelf inside the room where she was standing. When you're spending almost $400 on a parfum, you expect attention to detail, friendliness, and an experience that makes the purchase feel worth every dollar. On Sunday, I encountered another employee with a ponytail who was rude. I made a few more purchases despite the unpleasant interaction, but her attitude made the experience disappointing. Her coworker, who has straight, dark hair and wears it down, was much nicer. She was there both Saturday and Sunday and was a pleasure to interact with. In contrast, I visited the West Village location, and the experience was so much better! Jose was awesome and made me feel much more welcome. I love Le Labo, but the customer service at this location needs improvement. The employees need better training on how to engage with customers and create the welcoming, personalized experience that customers expect from a luxury fragrance brand. Going forward, I'll be visiting the West Village store instead.
