I just walked in and asked if they have Anastasia clear brow gel. The employee pointed to a section and said it's somewhere over there. She couldn't even walk over to show me. So I walked over and searched and searched that area but nothing. There were so many employees and not one came over to ask if I needed help. I walked to the register and asked for help and this woman pointed and said its over there. I told her I looked but can't seem to find it. I know they sometimes have extras locked below so thats why I inquired at the register. Unbelievable that she said I can't help you because I am at the register but go look for so and so and she will help you. Useless people with no sense of how to practice good customer service. This individual at the register should have called someone for me at the least since she was not ringing anyone. I just walked out and went to JC Penney Sephora and asked the girl where I could find the same product. This stellar employee said it's on the far left corner next to the wall. Visited this location recently to purchase a few gifts. To start i must mention that I am not a makeup fanatic and keep mine to a minimum. I had a couple of brands in mind when I entered the store. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and offered assistance to which I gratefully accepted! I notified the consultant (Summer) of what I was looking for and she immediately took me isle to isle on the hunt for my items. Here's where the customer service was really delivered. Because I was unsure about what products to choose from, Summer was patient with me as we went back and forth through the store multiple times. She offered recommendations, helped me look up the receivers account to get an idea of what they liked, and even went as far as to do some swatches based off of photographs of the person receiving the gifts. I ended up buying several items that included those I was in search for as well as the recommended items. Summer (the consultant) was incredible and made the overall experience wonderful. Everything she suggested ended up being a hit including the lip stain she had chosen based off of the photographs. I've always hated shopping for beauty products but Summer made it fun, fascinating, and easy. I highly recommend this location as well as asking for Summer if you're like me and get overwhelmed the second you step foot in a Sephora! read more

i will drive out of my way to come to this location instead of the sephora in victorias garden, which is way closer to me. the workers here are always soo helpful. ive had workers go into the back looking for nail files for me, because they didnt have any on the sales floor. everytime ive been here, i end up spending way more then what i had orginially intended, but what these employees recommend are definitely worth trying. i had never heard of tokidoki or tarina tarantino before an employee introduced me to these brands. and now i am soo obsessed with toki doki and tarina. i love them. i usually would just stick to smashbox and too faced, but the employees here have expanded my horizon.. i love this store.. read more

I'm a big Sephora shopper, which is why I had to write a review for this store. I was in there Saturday evening and unfortunately this is the worst one I've been to. I didn't get greeted as I walked into the store, and when I needed help I had to search for somebody to help me. The girls that helped me were both so fake, and didn't know what they were talking about. I didn't get their names but one was a chubby little thing with her hair in a bun and the other was a little taller with waved hair and a pointy nose. I really like this place. I go here when I'm NOT going to buy MAC, and Im not talking about the computers. They have all the great brands you would be looking for. They have MAKE UP FOREVER, NARS, URBAN DECAY, KAT VON D's LINE, TWO FACED, ETC. They also carry perfumes and cologne from major brands like ED HARDY, GUESS, GIORGIO ARMANI, DKNY, KIM KARDASHIAN, ETC. If you need brushes for your make up, they got it. They even got a place for you to try airbrushed make up, which they also sell. This was the worst customer service I've ever had at a Sephora store I received a gift card for Christmas with a $75 value when I went to pay for my purchase the sales clerk told me she could not read the numbers because they were worn out she also told me she could not scan it she told me to call the Sephora customer service after being on the phone for over 20 minutes customer service told me try another store so I went to the JCPenney Sephora location and Judith the sales clerk had no problem scanning my gift card and she was very helpful and very nice read more

I LOVE this store!!! And not just "sephora" (because I LOVE them too) but I mean THIS store! The staff is amazing! They are so friendly, and helpful. The store is always clean and maintained well. They have a great selection of everything! The staff is really knowledgeable and always help or ask if you need help. If you sign up for the Beauty insider card you'll earn points when you shop and can earn really great gifts/samples. This is a busy sephora the girls are great the staff is very helpful and yes people complain of the staff as I see in reviews but its because its always busy so dont expect to have a girl trying to help you when theres a girl to like 10 people at a time be patient and if you dont want to wait read the product description ;) overall this is a clean well kept store. I'm usually disappointed with every store in the Montclair Plaza because of how small and unorganized they are but I actually like this Sephora. The employees are really friendly and helpful compared to most Sephoras I have been to. They actually try to help you out here and don't mind giving out as much free samples as you need/want. This Sephora is pretty organized as well and it's easy to find what you need. The only thing I don't like is that they always run out of my shade since its popular so sometimes I have to come back and check again if they have it in stock but at least they offer me samples for the mean time. Customer service is horrible here. I needed to get my foundation matched so they told me to wait at the counter for the next available employee. I spent 30 minutes at the counter with several employees walking by me to help any and every customer other than me. The store was nearly empty at some point and it was humiliating and really discouraged me from over going back to this location. I ended up buying a foundation I thought matched my face the closest and got out of there. I'm not the best at makeup and I'm sure they noticed but I'm trying to learn and I feel like they discriminate and ignore people that don't look a certain way. read more

Probably the best sephora I have been to, and I've been to many... But that's beside the point here. It was pretty empty when I came in, moderate size so not huge but not small either. They have a lot of people working so I felt very well catered to and I believe that I had Joseph helping me today. It was an awesome experience. He was super nice, attentive to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect products! No pushiness or conceit. Loved this Sephora, the girls are actually really nice, unlike other Sephoras I've been to. It's nice and big too!

They have very well trained workers who are knowledgeable in makeup and can help you at a moments notice. I came into to buy a concealer and powder for my acne prone/ sensitive skin, and the workers did so well to accommodate me and color match my skin. She also helped my mom find the perfect concealer for her needs. We were very happy with the service and will come back here in the near future. read more

Unfortunately I had a horrible allergic reaction to it that put me in the emergency room! I had thrown the box and receipts away so I pretty much assumed I was out 70 bucks.
