Make yourself a priority! Beauty is the moment you discovery yourself and what makes you happy, here at Sephora they provide just about all. From head to toe I've gotten many items here and are all great. I just happened to have taken my personal time which I call my day off day out in Waikiki and in the heart of it is Sephora and of course they just kicked their "Savings Event" the one we all were waiting for as their Sephora line are 30% off and Rouge level get first access of 20% off the store which I've already shopped at other location why not see what they had here that were out of at the other. Yes there certainly was items I didn't see at the other locations too many actually hahah but I did manage to pick up a few items and noticed that with a Yelp check in you can receive 2 free deluxe samples woohoo!! I got two items for my hair one a deep overnight conditioner which I've never tried and am super excited to do so and the other is a repair and strengthening how perfect is that! The staff here is very help and quick to respond, the layout at this location is my favorite as it's super spacious and so easy to browse it's not all cramped where you can't shop without stepping aside for someone. It's the little things in life that makes a difference and you are in charge! Thank you!

Picked up some beauty products here. Joseph was very kind to take care of us and helped us find the beauty items we were looking for. Thank you.

I walked in a busy Saturday night, one of those block party nights teaming with tourists and a few local families. The store was NOT crowded at all, less than 10 shoppers total. The store greeter commented on my lipstick when I walked in then ignored me as I wandered aimlessly looking for a specific product. 1 star for staff, 2 stars for having the new Urban Decay Vice lip gloss.

    I bought these

I came here because I happened to stumble upon this location after my Yelp elite event. I needed more sunscreen and I saw something new by one size and decided to buy it. I got the Goop matte sunscreen and the one size lipstick. It's pretty matte and has a gloss on the other end. When I checked out, I spoke with Keoni and he was super funny and helpful. I liked his excitement. I checked in on Yelp and realized I got free major samples. He totally hooked me up with good samples. The store was neatly organized and I managed to find what I needed. I definitely love shopping for my makeup at Sephora and being rouge has its perks. They had a sale on certain items. They really didn't have much left on sale items.

MIMI at the register not only took my shopping experience to the next level, but she also made my day! She is really sweet and her smile was contagious. I think she should be a manager because she has passion, enthusiasm, and efficiency in her job! She is awesome! Thank you Mimi!

Today's visit was one of pure whim: I've been thinking of Lancôme Tresor fragrance, and had stopped in Macy's and took a spritz while walking around in Waikiki. I recall I had purchased a couple of rollerball EDPs from Sephora before and so decided to check out their selection. First thing I did, naturally, was check in to Yelp. I was excited to see I can redeem 2 deluxe samples just for checking in, and went to the cashier (who wasn't helping anyone at the moment). She called the manager, who explained they no longer are running this promotion, but graciously handed me a couple of samples anyway. He then directed me to the rollerball boutique, where I was instantly greeted by Mary. If you are shopping for fragrances at the Waikiki Sephora, look for Mary! She was very attentive and patient with me, and never once did I get the vibe that she's hoping I'd purchase something and thereby making the time she spent on me worth it. Granted, she was the only one I saw working in fragrances, and so she would greet shoppers wandering in and around where we were. Long story short, Mary pretty much spritzed at least 10 different fragrances to help me determine which one I like best! She took out the jar of coffee beans twice to clear both our palates. I also told her the fragrances I already have at home, because I don't want to buy the same types if I can help it. We determined that I like more of a light floral than citrus, and definitely not spicy, scent. I ended up with NEST Wisteria Blue EDP rollerball ($27), which I definitely would not have sampled on my own (since I've never heard of that brand, I think?) she also very graciously gave me samples (up to 3)- Skylar Capri (I'm intrigued by the no chemicals) and Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede (I love Jo Malone!). I was surprised to see Jo Malone rollerballs (but only the Peony and the Wood Sage & Sea Salt were available; you can get a travel duo combo too, $45) because last I went to Nordstrom at Ala Moana, they didn't have any. Also, I didn't have to go to the main checkout counter to pay! Mary whipped out a nifty gadget and I paid using my credit card. (Cash purchases at checkout counter only, sadly.) Five star service from Mary!!! She's awesome. :)

The Cosmetics Company Store - Where Makeup Lovers Time Travel…read moreThis little shop at Waikele is a total gem. It's definitely not your giant beauty warehouse, but that's the charm--you walk in and instantly feel like you're on a treasure hunt. They've got MAC, Clinique, Estée Lauder, Too Faced, and other big names, but here's the fun part: a lot of it is from last season or limited runs. Think of it as a beauty time machine--you might spot that palette you missed when it first launched or a lipstick shade you thought was gone forever. The store itself is small, bright, and super clean. The staff? Friendly and helpful without hovering. The vibe is relaxed--no chaotic aisles or pushy upsells--just shelves waiting for you to dig in. Parking is a breeze (thank you, Waikele), so you can take your time and explore. If you're a makeup or skincare lover, this is like finding the VIP section of a sale rack--less "what's trending" and more "hidden gems worth bragging about." You never quite know what you'll leave with, but you'll feel like you scored.

Never really gave The Cosmetics Company Store much thought as I don't wear much make up with such sensitive skin and have all the work go to waste once I start sweat and work makes it for an interesting effect as it starts to smear. With sensitive skin I'm always on the look for cleanser and skin care as it can be costly though doesn't have to be and with places like this makes it a possible experience. It seems like the carry brands like Clinique, Mac, Origin, Estēe Lauder which I don't really use but did get a bit curious to the selections they have. Walking in there is a fun section #beautihaul a fun hashtag that's so true where you pick a bag of your choice and select 6 samples all for $15! So great for yourself...travel...or that extra something for a gift. Delightful staff that greets you though I had no questions they didn't follow or bother me as I browsed. Will keep this place in mind for future beauty items. Thank you!

Asked where she got it and she got it as a gift for Christmas. As she looked at the bottom of the bottle it had the word: Koke'e. She also saved the top of the bottle which is the design of the brand. Went on the internet and found it: Malie! Visited their store at Ala Moana Center, 3rd Floor between Kay Jewelers and Sunglasses Hut. The sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and confirmed that Four Seasons does use their products. They have other scents such as Pineapple, plumeria, mango, etc. and have hair/body products too. Walked out with a reed diffuser and room spray. Very happy with my purchase, will be back for refill and to try different scents.

So many things I wanted like their facelift mask, but stuck to my plan and exercised discipline! First, this store is located on a very busy street. However, parking was not difficult! If you are visiting another shop like Tour de Jous in You Me Mart or Wal Mart, it's walking distance! When I entered, the sales woman greeted me and was very helpful when I asked her about the facelift mask and the sunscreen stick. She shared three different options of sunscreen sticks and informed me that one was on sale. So exciting ! I ended up buying the Green Tea cleansing wipes, the Sunscreen sticks and a pack of 5 Watergel masks to which I was awarded a free face mask I'll definitely be back soon.

Not sure if the younger girl who can speak Korean and English is the owner or owners daughter or…read moremanager or what but she is very rude and they always try to push sales. I've been coming here for a long time, enough times since they have been at this location, and only recently, like maybe since couple years ago? to present have I seen this girl. Anyway, I came here with my mom last week to buy some moisturizer, toner etc and right away, an older sales lady comes up to my mom and started showing her these bundles that are supposedly on sale that says they are worth $700 dollars? No way and for tony moly brand!? My mom just uses moisturizer and toners/emulsions so she doesn't need all the other stuff which was just cleanser and eye cream, and samples. That whole brand line, there is clear on that shelf that says BUY 1 GET 1 FREE promotion. So assuming what's on the shelf - it's for the whole same line on that shelf and it was only that tony moly line on that shelf. They were selling singles of the toner/emulsions bottles & creams and then a set that comes with both toner and moisturizer. You would think the set is also buy 1 get 1 right? So I asked the lady is this set but 1 get 1 also? And she said yes. I asked her multiple times and also my mom speaks fluent Korean and she asked the same thing to her and she said yes! Ok so we get that that was supposed to be valued at $139.99 but in the set it's $59.99 or $60 and a cream since it's buy 1 get 1 at $90. Mind you this brand and these products I found out after are discontinued and singles sell for about $30 if they are available. So their supposed value prices are marked wayy up making you think you are getting a deal so you can buy it. Anyway, the lady is ringing us up and charges us double or x2 for the set. We ask her again, isn't the set but 1 get 1 free? This time she doesn't answer. Both me and my mom when she speaks Korean. She hesitates and looks to the youger girl. Then the girl gives some excuse of an explanation saying INSIDE the set box you're already getting the buy 1 get 1 free deal when why is the set box priced as if you're buying two singles?? But I said oh but it clearly states buy 1 get 1 for everything on this shelf she gets mad and keeps saying no, in the set is already buy 1 get 1. Ok we were still going to buy it but she didn't want to admit their mistake and stood her ground blaming me for misunderstanding when they are confusing the cutomer. I suggested she could make it clearer but saying to put the set is not included and just the singles are buy 1 get 1, that's all she had to do was say okay yea I see how that can be misleading or something like that. Instead she got angry and said we can't buy and to leave. Fine by us but she would have still gotten our money, but not anymore. I didn't catch the price thing at the time but I'm letting you all know they trying to trick you into thinking it's a deal but you're still paying full price for it! I know for a fact they are also charging more in the actual price because I've seen the jar cream sell at less than $50 couple years ago and I just checked on popular verified shopping sites it's still less than the $90 they are charging. The jar cream getting the buy 1 get 1 deal here is the same as you paying for the value of 1 jar that's less than $50 else where but still it's not honest and doubling the price value of 1 jar to make the customer think you are getting a deal I don't like. Anyway so I think the young girl didn't want to admit their mistakes and didn't want us to catch the price mark up so she got mad and told us to just leave. Ok, my mom was till going to purchase it and you were rude to us! The young girl had a very dismissive attitude from the start when my mom was just asking questions about the product to her even in Korean. I've noticed why some Korean beauty stores don't really do well here and have all flopped and went out of business. This store also carries other Korean brands, not just Tony Moly.
