When you're planning to spend time browsing, not having access to a restroom can really affect the experience, and it cut my visit shorter than I expected. Nice spacious shop that very nicely organized by categories that took me back to memories with my dad was very much a fanatic of hats and owned several though his favorites were fitted ones I remember shopping one for him with his favorite teams now seeing how it's come a long way that now you're able to personalize them and make it custom which is so cool and wished they had that option back then. All of their jewelry was stored in plastic containers where the employees were just digging through, without gloves (SO unsanitary), to find the jewelry that the customers wanted. I wanted titanium flat backs because I'm allergic to sterling silver and I don't heal well if it is pierced with steel. The girl who pierced me looked through all the containers before finding 3 gold colored titanium flat backs with silver colored titanium ball toppers. The piercing process started out okay, she cleaned off the area, although not very thoroughly, and marked where she was going to pierce and let me see before she started the process. I don't think they sterilized the jewelry before they pierced me either, even though different, ungloved, employees were digging around in the jewelry boxes just before. She opened a new needle and started on my lobes, these were pretty smooth. The biggest issue came when she started on my mid helix. Told me take a deep breath and she pushed the needle through, then went to guide the jewelry in, but could only get it HALFWAY. I heard her whisper "oh shoot" under her breath before proceeding to try multiple times to push the jewelry all the way through. She asked the other guy, Jay, for help and they both stood there pushing my ear around for a solid 3 minutes before the jewelry was fully through. It was a while before the piercing was done, I could feel the blood on my ear slipping around while he essentially tried to repierce it with the jewelry. Neither of them used a clamp, or even a tube to catch the needle as it went through to the other side, just used their hands which I could feel were slipping off my ear. To top it all off, my mom told me after that they used the same needle for all three of my piercings, super unsanitary! I've gotten thick cartilage piercings done before this (rook, nostril, helix) and I have NEVER had an experience like this. I will not be coming back here, not even for my jewelry changes. The only good thing I would say about this experience was that the lady at the front was polite and friendly, and the girl who pierced me was also nice, I just wish the process of the actual piercing was a bit cleaner and smoother. I hope nobody else has an experience like this, and I hope my piercings don't get infected.

They were the ones I dismissed as "Too Expensive"! OMG... they were ON SALE ... and... there was a Buy One, Get One 25% off promotion. The question was: red, open-toe style with red ribbon decoration, or blue, closed-toe, higher heel with standing up Hello Kitty??? It would be Irene's first pair of Crocs and - for me... my dream come true! We decided to go in together on the deal! Maybe we will wear our new Crocs at the next Yelp Event together!!! Here we are after a few shops with little luck I did glance at Crocs which I never gave it much thought since I don't own one and my princess feet didn't really like the feel of it when I tried on a pair years ago. Walking into the store the staff here are very helpful and friendly notifying us of the current promotion as well as where to find some of the clearance item I did browse around in awe of the layout and how they bougie up the simple and plain crocs with the jibbitz showing how with a little bit of imagination how it can be something you can make it your own. Noticing a bunch of Disney characters which are super cute including a Minnie crocs dressed up in polka dots and even a peppermint swirl on sale from obviously during the holidays but one thing that was really sassy was a shelf filled with Hello Kitty Crocs. One was red with a cute bow and the other blue with the cutest Hello Kitty standing and of course I had to try them on. Nadine later confessed she wanted a Hello Kitty not knowing it was the one I just tried showed it to her and she was so excited to see the exact one she was looking for and yes it was on sale, though there wasn't a tag that would say the additional BOGO 25% off the staff confirmed that it was part of the sale. Luckily there still was plenty of sizes available and Nadine nabbed the blue which I thought would be too high for my problematic ankle and decided to go with the red. They were so shiny and very expressive it didn't take me much convincing to welcome this as my very first pair. Thank you!
