We had them come out to our 10 acres in Willis, TX yesterday. Upon inspection from John and he asked about additional tanks. We said we don't know of any other tanks, as we have three with risers. Sara grabbed a shovel and went to digging and found we had an additional tank that we didn't know existed, which by the way was full. Why this was never mentioned to us in over ten years of inspection and maintenance was mind blowing. This had been the issue we'd been having with odor, broken aerators etc They were professional, kind, informational, and hard working. They pumped and cleaned all three tanks. Answered all our questions. Later that day, I went online looking for chlorine tablets and was trying to find an economical solution to tablets when I came across liquid chlorination. I read website after website and determined that installing a liquid bleach dispenser would save hundreds of dollars per year. This morning I called and Roger answered, I told him I had questions regarding a liquid bleach dispenser and he said they install them, but gladly answered all my questions regarding the ones I saw online. What a GREAT team they have. Honest, hardworking and kind people are who you want, installing, maintaining and coming onto your private property. We will not be using any other company going forward. The installer had to stand in the driveway and read the manual directions for the system, and STILL didn't get it right. One of the guys from another team had to come out to show him what he was doing wrong. He was very disrespectful of my property, broke a sentimental concrete ornament and left trash everywhere. Trash included broken pipes, cups, paper and cigarette butts. They left an open trench on the side of my house after they said everything was complete. This was a nightmare. They didn't waste any time adding charges for debris removal.
