We initially had to leave a message to receive service when we didn't get a call back by mid…read moremorning the next day we called again. A friendly young lady answered the call however she seemed a little, unsure about scheduling, etc. but in the end she was able to get us scheduled for a team to come out and take a look at our septic system that we were having issues with. Service was scheduled for a technician to come within a 2 to 3 hour period with a 2 to 3 hour window. Stephan arrived promptly within the timeframe and began troubleshooting our issue alongside my husband. It was determined we would need a septic pump to be able to even get down to the area that needed to be troubleshooted aka the electrical area. Stephan began setting up to pump out septic while my husband worked to start digging up tops as they were pretty covered and they charge extra for this added labor now (understandable). Stephen worked endlessly to each of our three tanks to ensure each one was completely drained to begin with clean tanks. Meanwhile my husband was able to rewire/slice wiring repair as it seemingly shorted out. Stephan waited to ensure all was in working order in case he needed to perform additional repairs while onsite. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind in helping just by himself due to winter season. We were grateful for quick response, visit and services.
