I only go here on Wed for the 99 cent fish tacos, which can't be beat. I keep coming back week after week.

The best Baja shrimp tacos around! We also love the fish tacos and the asada tacos! Very good prices for very good food! :) The ONE downside is they do not keep salsa at the "Salsa Bar". Just lemon slices and onion slices. They give you a couple red salsas with your food, but you have to ask for green salsa. They only give you a couple but both were so delicious! read more

I used to go to Taco Nazo in Pomona like every other day, but then they shut down and I was sad. Lo and behold, i discover that this is the same place, practically. fuck yes! I'm not vegetarian, but I have been getting their veggie burrito for years, and it KICKS ASS. They have the best hot sauce, and roasted peppers, which makes me want to do nude cart wills. Now, I've been to a lot of Taco Nazos (Senor Bajas) and this one is by far the best I have ever been to. I came here for the $1 fish taco Wednesday deal and ordered up 5 tacos for me. The tacos were GREAT! Full of flavor and the fish was perfectly fried. Hell, I even tasted pine nuts and I don't ever remember those being in the taco. The horchata too was similarly delicious and probably one of the best I have ever had at any restaurant. I stopped coming here sometime in March I think when they raised their Wed $1 fish tacos to $1.29 or something but I used to come every Wed and get five of their cheap fish tacos and they consistently satisfied my cravings. I should point out that I always take it to go. The one time I ate it there, the hot oil burned my tongue which I guess is my fault cuz it is fried fish after all haha but damn that was a painful meal. Been here quite a few times (ok more than a few). The fish tacos are awesome in my opinion, so are the fish burritos. Flavor and spice in every bite! Their milanesa tortas are pretty good almost like mom's home cooking. Milanese for those of you wondering (best way I can describe it) is breaded thinly sliced skirt steak placed in a bread roll with cheese, lettuce, avocado, tomato, and mayo. Don't knock 'till you try it. If you have a hankering for a shrimp burrito they don't skimp on the shrimp! Shredded beef tacos are delicious with crunchy or soft options, the meat is very tender and moist. I guess you could say I'm a regular. I usually get my food at the drive thru so I can't really comment on how the inside looks. One thing's for sure it is tiny in there so if you have a large group you may want to look elsewhere. There really isn't much eating space outside either. All this talk has made me hungry.....heading back now! LOL read more

I love shrimp tacos, but biting into a shrimp taco and seeing they don't de-vein the shrimp is kinda gross. Other than that, the prices are good, the food is good & my husband and I like this place. Def better than fast food drive thrus! Just a tiny little taco shop. Hubby likes the shrimp burrito, Carne asada, or fish tacos. They have a little garnish bar, the limes were a bit dry and hard to squeeze juice from (probably) sitting out a while. Radishes & carrots looked fresh but I didn't have any. We will eat here again. Not amazing like I tell my friends you have to go here, but if they ask if it's good I'd say yeah... its not bad. read more

One of the best Ensenada style fish tacos you can get in all of So Cal. Consistently great food. The battered fish crunchy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. They put just the right amount of cream and cabbage. You must put a lime slice and some Tapatio on each taco. The beans are home made and the rice is fresh. Used to come here often when I lived in the area. I recently visited once again and was impressed with more quality and good customer service. As with many other reviews, the place is small. About 20 people fit in the dinning area. Although they do have to tall tables with chairs on the exterior by a window. Good idea to come in on Wednesdays for 1 dollar fish tacos. Make sure to ask for the yellow chili peppers. Be warned some are pretty spicy at times. read more

I asked for a one fish and one shrimp taco to dine in and I got two fish tacos and they made it to go. When I asked for my drink (which came with the meal) it was tossed to me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. first-Cashier rang me up with wrong price, when I asked "wasn't it supposed to be $4 less?" She rolled her eyes and said "oh." She then brought me the wrong food. Also acted as if she didn't want me in the restaurant. Asked if the order was for here or to go and I said "for here" she then said "to go." And we went back in forth 3 times until she took my money. I love senor Baja but this location sucks the girls in there have little to no customer service and they hardly ever get my order right and the food is really bland and not so fresh and the grilled peppers never seem to have the lemon pepper seasoning on it . its not as clean as the other locations which sucks because this one is the closest one to where I live. Husband n I went there on Sunday at about 4pm. Placed our order n waited. I went to counter to ask for something when I noticed the attended grab a piece of paper the one used to wrap a burrito, she placed it on counter n stepped over to where I was and asked if I needed anything. While she was helping me that sheet of paper fell on ground. She continued to help me then turned around picked up sheet of paper and wrapped the burrito. I told my husband what had happen and he told me to ignore it, not to make a fuss about it. Also I ordered a shrimp cocktail, not enough of anything in it. I am currently attempting to eat my food and it's disgusting! I ordered a total of $40 dollars worth of trash food! Not sure if there's a new cook or what happened but it's horrible! We ordered a fish taco combo which normally they are breaded and have a white sauce on top only that this time they didn't bread the fish nor puT the white sauce, I asked for no tomato on my carne azada taco combo and they didn't put cilantro either which I love, the beans taste burnt, the tacos de papa hardly have any potatoes at all! And also burnt and flavorless, the radish look old, the yellow peppers are usually fresh and deliciously flavored, this time they are brown and look old and had no flavor. I am so disappointed at this place! I've been to this señor baja so many times and always enjoyed the food until today! I will not be returning, and it sucks that we are trashing 40$ worth of food! The only thing that really stands out here are the fish tacos. Besides that everything else is pretty bland and the space is tiny.

Food was good but my drive thru experience was horrible! We waited 10 minutes for the lady to take our order. Food came out fast but our drinks took 20 minutes, the lady was getting a delivery and took care of that before us then took another 5 minutes to get us our last drink...so after a good 35 minutes we headed out...Not to mention our kids meal was wrong but was not going back.. read more

Place sucks. Ordered a Burrito with Carne Asada meat. They must use the cheapest cut, like ungraded flanked steak. Also, there was a bone chip and had I not been eating carefully, I would have probably broke a tooth. Toward the end of the burrito there was a huge chunk of fat that I simply had to spit out. Avoid this place at all costs. This ranks super low on most burrito digs blogs. i look at the first few reviews and cant fathom out why when i went there twice this place sucked big time , first time was halloween asked for shrimp tacos they said they didnt do regular ones only baja ones, so i left, looked on drive thru menu they were listed on there , went back a week ago gave them benefit of doubt, well i ordered beef tacos which were real NASTY no green sauce they ran out what mexican restaurant runs out of green sauce ,well this one does no shredded cheese on tacos just miniscule bit of some powdered crap which i dont know what it was looked looked like parmesan cheese , tacos were meant to be hard shelled there were big patches on them that were still soft and untouched by the oil looked like tortillas had stuck together in fryer so they didnt fry properly taste had lot to be desired , ordered shrimp tacos there which this time they had them no problem when i got them there was no white house sauce on them and very little dressing on them very poorly made , i will never go back to this place customer service and food SUCK BIG TIME i have been to many senor bajas in general area and have always had good food and enjoyed it no complaints but THIS PLACE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY PLEASE FIND ANOTHER ONE YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO ENJOY THIER FOOD BETTER.very very dissapointed both times WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS ONE STAR IS WAY TO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE came back to edit my review was just reading down all rest of reviews and i wished i had read them b4 going to this place dont let the good ones decieve you theres a lot more on there that says how bad this place is and how rude the staff are , so please dont just take my word on this place read the others to . read more
