They serve a traditional Mexican open buffet at certain times. The waiting line is expected, but don't feel discouraged because it moves fast. The decor is vibrant enriched with colorful murals. The staff are very welcoming and genuinely warm. The restaurant has cozy and inviting ambience. Outdoor and indoor seating are available. I placed an online order for pickup. It was fast and convenient since I had friends coming for dinner. I ordered the following: - Burrito Panchon 5/5 Stuffed with carnita, beans and rice, served with cream, beans and guacamole. Huge portion! You can choose your protein. - Fajitas Cielo Mar Y Tierra 5/5 Marinated beef, shrimp, chicken. It served with sauteed bell peppers tomatoes and onions, rice, guacamole, beans and pico de gallo. It was smoky, savory and flavorful. - Vegetarian Enchiladas 5/5 Corn tortillas stuffed with bell pepper, corn, onion, carrot, cilantro, squash, and topped with a combination of cream and jack cheese. I confronted Jorge about letting those other groups in ahead of everyone else. His response was that he knew them personally and that they were friends of the restaurant owners. That explanation only made the situation worse. My wife had just finished a 14-hour hospital shift, and we came here hoping to enjoy the game together. Instead, we spent three hours waiting only to be treated as though our time didn't matter. What was most shocking was Jorge's attitude. He literally told me, "They won't do anything to me if you post this. I'm friends with the owner." If that's the mindset of management, it's no surprise customers are treated this way.
