They backed down after we threatened to get a lawyer involved. Save yourself grief. Do not hire this company. The fact that they would consider NOT firing someone who purposefully put on a blindfold so she could sleep on duty speaks volumes.

They give you a binder that they use to communicate her vitals, and how much she ate and drank that day, and any other issues that occurred, which is very helpful. Likewise, I can use the binder to let them know anything to look out for. They have always done their best to accommodate us when I need to bring her for extra days. Everyone is very friendly and they are fluent in English and Japanese. Since mom is a nisei, it was nice to see something click inside her when the staff spoke to her in Japanese! I requested a new PT and she did nothing about this. It's a good thing Ryan was able to see him with his private practice instead. He also works for bayada but takes patients from bayada for his own private practice. I don't understand how this company is still in business in hawaii.
