They give you a binder that they use to communicate her vitals, and how much she ate and drank that day, and any other issues that occurred, which is very helpful. Likewise, I can use the binder to let them know anything to look out for. They have always done their best to accommodate us when I need to bring her for extra days. Everyone is very friendly and they are fluent in English and Japanese. Since mom is a nisei, it was nice to see something click inside her when the staff spoke to her in Japanese!
