Quick and honest straightforward response. This was a very enlightening experience. Not only was Austin a great listener and easy to talk to, he guided me through some very uncomfortable experiences and helped me work through and let go of some really old negative emotions. Amazingly, I feel calmer and more grounded. Thank you!! read more

Writing this review using my wife's account. Let me just say I didn't think that it would have an impact on me, but boy was I wrong. I've been sitting on this review and trying to figure out how to describe my experience with Austin. In a nutshell, indescribable would be easy to say, but also the immediate feeling right after the session. I can breathe a bit better if not easier, weight on my shoulders feels lighter. And overall feels like I am freed by the 'mental shackles' that has had its hold on me for a long time. Like a veil has been lifted and I am now more at peace with myself, zen like state which is something I thought I had but this is completely different. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity and I am forever truly grateful for meeting and crossing paths with Austin! read more

Had to take a few days to process the change I felt after a session here with Austin. To say that you couldnt benefit from some sort of therapy or talk-story session would be at a disservice to yourself. I stumbled upon Bringing Balance Back via word-of-mouth. Booking an appointment was easy and the entire session was done through Zoom. I learned a lot about myself and my past. I learned about why I feel the way I feel. Afterwards I felt so much lighter. Mentally I feel better about everything. I would recommend this place for anyone with any kind of stress, trauma, pilikia. Come here! Austin is amazing! read more

Austin is very intuitive, and just a short orientation call brought up issues I thought I had buried. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to bring balance back in their soul. I do not want to open up my Pandora Box. Emi influenced me to pursue talking to Austin since her Yelp recommendations are spot on. read more

I had a session with Austin over Zoom and it was amazing! Austin was so great at helping me identify and sort through personal challenges, and now I feel better equipped to deal with the stress of the day to day. I feel like a weight has been lifted, I couldn't recommend him enough! read more

I had one session with Austin. The purpose was not very clear for the session because I thought I am a happy person with a healthy life. Why I wanted to see Austin? Because I don't know how to deal with anxious people around me. The findings were surprising. Austin asked me to think about any unhappy memories from childhood. I couldn't remember any. I told him that I intentionally forgot all the things that were unhappy and only kept the good memories. The reality is that my body actually carried all the bad memories without my consciousness. Austin helped me to process some of the unknown tensions in my body. The miracle is that even though I can't feel much difference about myself, people around me sensed my change after the session. The dynamic change in my life is so real. I feel like there is so much in my body that I am not aware of. I hope to learn more about how to connect my mind with my body so I won't just free my mind from the unhappy memory but unintentionally burden my body with all the negativity. Thank you Austin for open a door for me to discover the unknown. read more

Working with Austin was amazing. He is incredibly in tuned to my higher self. I told him nothing about my past, and he could pinpoint moments in my life I had been struggling with that even I had forgotten until he mentioned the age of the trauma and we started talking about other things that triggered my memory. His techniques are spot on to help release tension and connection to a false sense of being. He said very little during the session, basically guided me through the techniques, and I was able to make connections in my psyche and ego that I didn't even realize were linked that were playing out in mine and my daughter's life when really it was trauma I had experienced as a little girl. I had projected whole experiences on to my 10 year old. I was mind blown. Thank you for helping me start to release the person that I was but don't have to embody now. read more

For years, my daughter had been encouraging me to find a therapist to help improve our relationship. While I knew I had been stuck in repeating patterns for over 50 years, my most urgent concern was the sudden back and hip pain I developed. In a short span, I lost my dog, mother, cat and boss, which led me to closing the office and retiring in 3 months. After being a caregiver for so long, I realized I needed to focus on caring for myself. In the past year, I tried nearly everything--physical therapy, private Pilates, an osteopath, alternative healing, massage, red light therapy, chiropractic care, water aerobics, self-help classes, past life therapy, astrology, spiritual classes, and even prescribed anti-inflammatory meds. I had just finished three expensive one-on-one sessions with a healer who kept trying to get me to be angry at my past. It didn't resonate with me at all--I didn't even attend my last session. To appease my daughter, I searched for a therapist and found Bringing Balance Back. I didn't think it would fit my daughter's idea of "talk therapy," and I was worried about the cost. But after reading reviews that mentioned results in just one or two sessions, I decided to give it a try. I was able to connect and zoom with Austin that same day, and from the very first session, I felt comfortable talking with him. I was able to process feelings as they surfaced naturally, without struggle. It felt easy. Austin even mentioned that by simply having the session, my relationship with my daughter might improve. The very next day, my daughter called and shared things going on in her life. She continued calling me almost daily until I left for Japan. Even my son started spending more time with me. My pain has nearly disappeared, and I'm embracing new experiences without guilt. I feel lighter, more open, and I'm even excited to tackle my clutter--something I had been dreading. I now remember how to process things and integrate Austin's suggestions into my daily life. I am so grateful for this unique life changing experience. Thank you, Austin! read more

I am a highly qualified nurse and newly certified Nurse Practitioner. I was struggling with finding a job. I graduated in August 2021 and became certified in November 2021. I applied for hundreds of jobs and had many interviews, only to have the door slammed in my face. I am also in the Air Force Reserves and I was feeling stuck in my position with no opportunity for promotion. I started the Life Reset program with Austin in November. At first, I was very skeptical. Not only because I am a medical professional, but also because my sessions were remote. How could this work? Last week was my final session with Austin, this is what happened in 3 months: - I was promoted in my military job to an Officer AND got transferred from California to Hawaii where I live. - I was promoted from ER nurse to Hospital Supervisor. - I was offered several jobs that I had applied for months earlier. - Today I accepted a job offer as a Nurse Practitioner at the largest Hospital group in Hawaii after 1 year and 2 months of searching. - My body has been changing for the better, losing weight, decreased aches and pains, skin issues cleared up, increased mental clarity, positive moods, and my chronic fatigue has disappeared. Thank you Austin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've done two sessions so far with Austin and am completely blown away by everything he's been able to do with me so far! My friend referred him to me awhile back and I really didn't understand what she meant when she said "he's a healer." I waited over two years to finally see him and I'm so happy I did! Personal development and doing "the work" is my obsession and over the years I've done many types of therapy. Talk therapy, hypnotherapy, regression therapy, reiki, meditation, you name it and I have most likely done it or researched it! Austin's method by far has garnered the BEST results in the shortest amount of time! Austin uses a mixture of intuition and somatic healing to help you remove energetic blocks from your system. I know this sounds super woooo woo but I am a true believer that most physical and mental disease stems from unhealed emotional trauma. During my intro session I told Austin that I had a tightness in my chest which had actually sent me to the emergency room because I was having difficulty breathing. There was nothing medically wrong with me but I was still experiencing that tightness. He helped me to remove the block in my chest and understand the emotions which were creating it. After our session I was finally able to breathe again and it felt amazing! A few weeks later I went back for a full session and asked Austin to remove my MONEY BLOCKS. I am working on launching back into my entrepreneurial pursuits once my baby is pre-school ready and want my mindset to be in alignment with my goals. During my session Austin had me close my eyes and energetically peeled off the layers of my childhood trauma. I've always known that I've had blocks related to my family and things that were said to me when I was a child, but it was amazing to visualize and release everything. My favorite part of Austin's sessions are when he has you visualize your future successful self and locks that energy into you so that you can move forward with more confidence. Everyone experiences different things after their session and the rest of the day I was exhausted. I slept so deeply that night and woke up energized. Since my session I've had so much clarity about how I want to move forward and my negative voice of doubt has been replaced with the self-assured voice of my future most successful self. She's unstoppable and doesn't put up with any nonsense. I've always had an above average confidence level, but now I'm at 10X and I know this will only produce bigger and better results for my future. As an unexpected yet positive consequence, I've even gotten into a few arguments with my husband since my session but it's been great for our relationship because I'm communicating from my highest self. Even though conflict has been difficult for me in the past because of how I was raised, using my authentic voice is no longer a problem for me but rather something that I view as absolutely necessary for my life. I am so excited to have Austin work on everyone I love because honestly, I want everyone to feel as free and in energetic alignment as I do! If you are on the fence because of the cost, ask yourself: What is the price of my bliss? His work can move things out of you in 90 minutes which have been sitting there for decades, and that can only help to increase your wealth, health and overall abundance! P.S. All his sessions are on Zoom but it's great! read more

As a trauma survivor, I am very selective about the healers I choose to work with. In my experience, I have found that not all people have the skills to work with trauma and know how to help their clients feel safe. In my first interaction with Austin, I was surprised by how safe and comfortable he made me feel. His warm and kind nature made it easier for me to go deeper into healing. I felt that he really understood where I was coming from and that he truly cares about his clients' well-being. His approach is very gentle, intuitive, and professional. I feel like Austin is truly someone I can go to when I am in need of healing support. I often recommend him and his work to my colleagues and friends, because I am confident that he can really help them experience release and relief. Austin has a true gift for healing. As a fellow healer, I am so grateful to know him and to have the opportunity to work with him. If you're thinking about booking a session with him, just DO IT! Thank you Austin for all the amazing work you do in the world! read more

I've had knee pain off and on for the last 2 years. No matter what I tried I couldn't seem to clear it. Within the first session Austin was able to help me find the root cause and heal it. My favorite part about seeing Austin is not only how knowledgable he is, but how simple he makes the process & how he holds the space and patience for the healing to happen. If you're experiencing any pain, discomfort or trauma, etc..don't hesitate, book him now because I can promise you the only regret you'll have is not booking him sooner. read more

I have been struggling with depression and anxiety since I was nineteen . I have been medicated on and off and dealt with this for long time . I was having very bad thoughts and was struggling with sleep and just feeling horrible. I didn't want to go back to therapy or medication and I was reading Austin's Yelp review past midnight so I scheduled a consultation call immediately . He called me right away at 9 am the next day and scheduled me to do a session with him . I was having major sever anxiety and really bad thoughts that day and thinking going back to medication . From having a bad thoughts to feeling better took 75 min . Even with meds sometimes sleeping is hard it doesn't work , that night I slept . My loss of appetite was very bad but since the next day after a good rest I was able to eat . After the session I felt tired from all the release and I had some thoughts coming back and anxiety but Austin checked in with me and we practiced through breathing . And I was able to get through my day . Able to sleep , go back to sleep . The biggest thing I noticed is that I have ptsd and I am not good with surprises even though people are not trying to scare me . When I'm in a room and someone walks in I jump , I'm aware that people are not trying to scare me . But I'm hyper sensitive with these kind of stuff and get emotionally exhausted with these things . After going through one session with Austin I noticed that I'm not jumpy anymore . I think the way I feel that " I am safe " and the nervous system trying to calm down is why I'm not hyper alert anymore . I am able to fall asleep too and fall back asleep . I don't know how to explain but it works . And I want to tell you without medication ... that is the best thing . Just one session and I was able to do this . It has been life changing. My husband is always very worried about me and he calls me all the time . After the session with Austin he knew immediately that I am back to being myself because my voice was significantly different. People like me gets pushed to get on medication a lot , or go to therapy and talk about the problem. Does it really help you ? For me it's not sustainable and it doesn't work much , that's why I was in a bad cycle . But with just one session with Austin I felt better and with real results to sleep better and eat better and feel balanced and feeling safe . How I felt back then I think I was exhausting myself , it was something that I created myself and making myself sick . And I feel like I was able to snap out of it or peeling away these old armors that was too heavy weighing on my shoulders for a long time . I truly want to tell people who are struggling like me to give it a try . You do the work but Austin will guide you through . It is worth to try . I will not go back to medication or therapy , I will continue working with Austin , I know that I can get better . There is hope . read more

I wanted to give myself a few days to process the experience that I had after doing one of Austin's sessions. Prior to our session, I first met Austin in person where we connected on inner child work and the positive results that can come out of healing it. (Inner child and limiting beliefs were all familiar terms for me as I was in my own journey of learning and trying to heal them on my own, DIY style). To put it simple, I associated inner child and limiting belief healing similarly to modern therapy, but with a more holistic approach. I believe we all have an inner child that is connected to a past memory or experience that we've had as an infant or child, which subconsciously we attached to, resulting in us having certain limiting beliefs about life and ourselves. (i.e. we don't deserve love, we aren't good enough for that person, job, or thing, etc.) So anyway, by the time I met Austin, I had figured out what I thought my limiting belief was, but I had no clue how to heal and get rid of it. To be honest, I've done other holistic things just out of curiosity and in those experiences, I may have been thinking too much in my mind because it didn't work for me. So needless to say, there was a part of me that wondered if this would be just like those experiences. My session with Austin was all done over Zoom. He starts off by taking the time to explain what an inner child is, how it affects us, and how healing it can allow us to show up as more of our authentic selves. Then we went on to visit many of my past memories that I didn't realize I was so emotionally and physically attached to. I was pretty surprised at how many memories were actually coming up for me, but looking back on it, I'm pretty certain it's because Austin made sure that I felt comfortable, calm, and relaxed throughout the whole session, which allowed those past experiences to come up and reveal itself. He helped me to acknowledge it and then release it, which also took some time but Austin was patient with me throughout the entire thing. Post-session: For the rest of the day and the following few days after, I felt pretty physically tired, mentally exhausted, and just overall drained. (I can't blame my body, we just went through a number of intense past memories all in a span of an hour!) I looked it up and I think it can be similar to something called "therapy hangover" where the body feels fatigue and emotionally drained as a result of the session. Austin checked-in with me a few days later to see how I was feeling and assured me that the body will do what it needs to heal after the session. It took about 1-2 days for me to get my energy level back to normal, but the cool thing is, now when I revisit that limiting belief that I had going into the session, I acknowledge the belief but have a hard time resonating with it and feeling like it's MY belief. All I gotta say is if you are interested in inner child healing or even just showing up as a more authentic version of yourself, you have to go see Austin! read more

Sometimes you need that little extra push, to become your best self. Austin brings an excellent approach to personal development, dispelling self limiting beliefs and unrooting deep seeded trauma buried in your psyche. He takes the troubling past and guides you to a brighter future. While empowering yourself to peel away the dead weight of the past, which limit your ascension. In a few sessions my business has come to fruition and my love life has completely changed for the better. At the start the sessions might seem mundane, or it could have been my skepticism. I have come to realize that HE IS NOT A SHRINK, having you lie on a chaise and talk about your problems. The approach is much more spiritual and esoteric. read more

I met Austin about 2 years ago and I t didn't understand how and what he does so being very Skeptical... I asked my 24 year old son to talk to him, my son suffered from a shoulder pain from wrestling and a constant ache in his back, after about 3 questions and 10 minutes later, deep breathes, my sons pain went from a 8 to a 3. There was even a question about what happened when he was 18, and then the pain went away. No more back pain. I couldn't explain it but, I booked more sessions and sent many many people his way. This meeting was over a zoom call and lasted no more than 20 min. I have many more testimonies and I will be sure to post them. read more

I recently had a session with Austin and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. I have been struggling with pretty severe anxiety, which led to weight loss and insomnia. I went in with an open mind and I'm so happy I did. A lot of people seem to have pretty instant results from the reviews I read on Yelp, but everyone is different. My experience is that my healing happened over a few days and is still taking place. After my session with Austin, I felt energized and went for a walk. That evening, I had a really difficult time sleeping. My session had brought up some feelings and memories that I didn't even realize I had. In short, there was a lot of crying for a day or two after. Austin made sure to check on me and guided me on how to work through all these feelings. On day 3, I felt amazing. I had gotten the best sleep in months and finally got my appetite back to something that felt normal again. My biggest takeaway was the connection between my mind and body. I still have some aches come up in my body, but I know I now have to tools to figure out what is really going on. Thank you so much Austin! read more

Austin came highly recommended from friends. Like them, I will have a similar recommendation: it's hard to explain what he does but it is amazing. I'm a caregiver, who has a lifestyle of chronic stress and lack of sleep. So much so that I have an Oura ring to help me monitor my sleep and recovery and do my best to optimize them both whenever I am able. In one 20 minute session with Austin, we identified that my nervous system needed the most work (no shock to me). He proceeded to do his treatment - I guess if falls under chiropractic although there was no cracking involved. It almost seems like not much is happening but I felt lighter, more relaxed. By the time it was over and I got off the table, I had to sit down a bit to get my bearings. Later I went home and had the best nap ever! Woke up the next morning to the best scores for sleep and recovery I have ever had on my Oura ring. I purposely didn't take the normal sleep aid I take just to see what kind of impact this treatment had, and it's amazing. I'm definitely going back! read more

On a daily basis I meet so many ppl who are hurting/angry and prior to working with Austin, I would get caught up and sucked into their stories and find some way to relate to their pain. I didn't realize the toll it took on my energy and mental/emotional health and now I am able to hear them and not be so affected by their stories and even their energy because of what Austin has taught me. It's really so simple and I want everyone to experience it. Now days, it can be tough to find people willing to help with issues that others can't find answers to.  Let alone, even taking the time to sit down and listen to those issues with you.  Austin is one of those few people who do and was very welcoming and understanding from the start.  Rather than trying to tell me what was wrong based off of predetermined notions, he implemented the approach of listening and adapting to ensure that the methods he was utilizing weren't causing more aggravation.  The breathing techniques and visualization he has taught me have been incredibly powerful.  For a while I was experiencing this persistent stuck/lump in my throat type of feeling that was adding a burdensome amount of stress.  No matter what I tried to alleviate it, it would persist frequently.  However, within a week of Austin's techniques, I began to notice improvements.  Some might be thinking, breathing, isn't that what we do all the time?  You'd be surprised to find how effective something we often overlook everyday, can bring about a sense of calmness to oneself and an improved frame of mind.  The positive energy and belief that he has not only in his work to genuinely help, but also in you as a person, speaks for itself and can be felt from the moment you walk in.   Highly recommend giving Austin a call for any issues you may be going through.   Like the old adage, you'll never know until you try. read more
