I really don't know how/what to write in this review, but I must do so from the depths of my heart. I did the 1-1/2 hr hypnotherapy, not really knowing what to expect but went into deep thought a week prior to even finding this place. I was confused, angry, hurt, heartbroken, grieving - it was a lot. Trying anything to find myself spiritually was my mindset. Reset my soul somehow. Anything. This time with Sheri hit everything that I struggled with. It was so nice to speak to someone who was present and provide guidance. After a lengthy conversation, then hypnosis (?) part began. I am a Reiki Master and even masters & leaders need to seek out healing sessions from other professionals. I've had multiple sessions from Shari so I'll write about my very first experience with her because I still remember it like yesterday. My appointment was set at her private residence. Upon arrival she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. We discussed things that are happening in my life and things that I needed assistance with in terms of energy and blockages. We discussed things that I would like to manifest and draw into my life. The environment was very relaxing and cozy. We did a little prayer together asking our guides and ancestors to assist us in this session. During the healing, I was so relaxed that I started having visions and seeing angels in what felt like a dreamlike state. Then ArchAngel Michael appeared vividly in the middle of the session and messages were flowing through. As, the session was over, I needed to sip some water and just take a breather. As I departed, I went about my day and went to work. Later in the day (after a few hours) I felt so drained and lethargic. I could barely move. I sat in my office chair staring at space lol. I went home and rested all night. The next day that I woke up, I felt like an entirely new person. I was rejuvenated and ready to conquer my goals! Shari is mobile and can come to you. Came to Hawai'i to see my friends and family and felt the need to get a healing while on island. I reached out to Manawa Energy and she was so kind a responsive. I went to her for the healing but she also offers at-home and distance reiki healing which is so convenient! The whole session lasted about 75-90 min. She has you meditate to ground yourself before the healing and plays calming Hz music and utilizes aromatherapy to assist with opening oneself for the healing. I felt some tingles around my body when the session started and fell asleep. When I woke up I felt very calm and open.
