I've had such a positive experience with Stacy. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in how she approaches each session. From the beginning, she took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which made the experience feel both calming and empowering. After just one session, I noticed a meaningful shift, especially in how manageable my PMS symptoms felt. The results were noticeable enough that I felt relief not just physically, but in my overall sense of comfort and balance. She's someone I've confidently referred others to because the care she offers is both skilled and intentional. You can tell she's deeply educated in her work and genuinely invested in helping people feel better. I'm so grateful to have found her. read more

Stacy is GREAT! I did 2 session of lymphatic drain with her and both times after the session I felt lighter and very energized for more than a week. I could tell that things were "draining and clearing" since I had more energy. I was tired after our 2nd session and rested for an hour and that evening i had quite a bit of energy. Today is day 2 and still feeling great! Thank you Stacy! read more

Stacy is your one stop shop for all your self care needs! She does facials with reflexology and lymphatic drainage, she does lashes, as well as wellness/reiki healing. Her facials are fabulous! I feel rejuvenated after. Last week I injured my shoulder and was experiencing pain and stiffness. I decided to try the wellness/healing session. It was super relaxing, I fell asleep for a bit. When the session was complete, my shoulder felt better and a lot less discomfort. That night I had solid sleep and the next morning I had full range of motion back again in my shoulder. Definitely recommend Stacy! I am a Reiki Master myself, but even healers need healing! read more

All I can say is Wow! That was a great experience! First of all, what I pick up on was the massage table was warm with a warmer. It's such small thing but I so appreciate it because it tells me that they are considerate of you. I had a manual lymphatic drainage with Stacy, and she was great! No tugging, pulling or stretching, she just laid her hands over you and softly smoothing over areas where she knew needed the adjustment. She just knew what areas needed the support. After my session, I asked her - are you supposed to feel this good? My body was so satisfied, I can't explain it but I felt so good, all over! read more

This review is about Stacys' Life Coaching hat, (she has many). Stacy got to the core, I mean to THE CORE of a major problem I've developed in my life in like 2 & 2. If you are the kind of person who wants/NEEDS direct dialogue, Stacy is your person. If ya want to wuss around Forgetaboutit! She's NOT for you! Ok, so how she helped me, it's all about the analogies. She was spot on pointing out my failings in a way that made me WANT TO LOOK AT IT. Was I shocked and scared??! YES! However it only took a moment or two to realize this woman has read me like a BOOK in such a short time and... ding ding ding, she cares! I will forever be grateful. If you got crap stirring around and about in your life that needs resolution and you are willing to hear rock solid solutions... NO HOLDS BAR, hire Stacy!! She's your gal. Her rates are affordable and she and YOU are worth it. read more

I'd like to recommend Stacy for her reiki work. She was warm, personal and compassionate as she greeted me at her office. Over the course of the session we continued with meaningful conversation/feedback as she worked. I could feel my energy shifting and by the end I felt serene, centered, and present. These effects have been lasting and my pain levels have been lower, my spasms have decreased, and my thinking has been clearer. My motivation for going was to reduce the effects of a recent severe concussion as well as pain I suffer due to a rare nervous disorder. I'm happy to share that Stacy was very effective in addressing my issues with her reiki and she has returned to me a better quality of life. read more

I have an appointment with Stacy once a month for a reiki session, facial reflexology, or craniosacral therapy. Type of work she does on me is dependent on how I feel. This has been going on for about 7 years. This past month, my sciatica was bothering me, so Stacy performed her craniosacral therapy on me. It is so amazing how her touch and energy succumbs the painful and irritating tingling on the sciatica nerve from the right lower back to my toes. Each day after the session, the irritating symptoms have lessened to where I can sleep on my back again. Life is good! I'm writing this 4 weeks after the craniosacral therapy and my sciatica is no longer bothering me. I love my monthly sessions with Stacy and look forward to them. I truly believe it helps me feel the best that I can to enjoy each day. Stacy is sensational! See her monthly; you won't regret it! Frances T retired read more

I had two full sessions of Cranial Sacral Therapy with Stacy when I visited Honolulu earlier this year. The business is conveniently located in the Kaimuki Shopping Center with plenty of parking space. Stacy is personable, intuitive and generous. I am not new to Cranial Sacral Therapy but the positive changes to my body and mind after the sessions with Stacy has been profound and long lasting. I would definitely go visit her again when I am on the island the next time. read more

I've known Stacy for a while and when I was going through chemo, she suggested I come in for Healing Touch Energy Work and Facial Reflexology (to help with the pain). Stacy does a terrific job of explaining the process and one can't help but relax with her. She is empathic, intuitive, and knowledgeable. In our healing touch sessions I would come in with pain usually at a level 8-9 and after our session, the pain would decrease to a 5-6. I noticed that the rest of the day and the next few days the pain stayed or went below 5-6 and I felt more centered. I had one facial reflexology and I loved it. I'm an LMT and I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this treatment was- I felt amazing afterward. I can't sing her praises loudly enough. She is the real deal. read more

I received (ongoing) life coaching from Stacy, as well as energy work (Reiki). It is hard to separate the two disciplines with her approach. There is a natural flow with her work that uniquely integrates both. I am personally sensitive by nature and find her touch soothing. Personal dilemmas and life crisis' are brought to the forefront through physical touch or one-on-one self contemplation. Either way, they will be dealt with one way or another. I appreciate this type of focal work. Pono read more

My sessions with Stacy are consistently rewarding for me, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I feel seen, understood and supported throughout our work. Prior to my most recent session, I had been struggling with severe tinnitus and sinus pressure for over a week. I also had a constant whooping noise in my ear that went away within 15 minutes of Stacy working on me, and has since never returned. I left our session with reduced pain and pressure, feeling relaxed and having a brighter outlook on my physical health journey. In a world where there is no one-size-fits-all model, I feel that Stacy holds a safe environment for individuals from all walks of life to find comfort and healing. The incorporation of sound healing, life coaching, body and energy work always leaves me feeling renewed on a holistic level. Thank you Stacy! read more

Stacy and I went to visit a friend one day. My back was killing me, and I laid down on the rug for some relief. Stacy came over and said, "Let me try some energy work". A few minutes later, she said, "OK, see how it feels". I got up, and, TA DA! I was fine. I'm a nurse, but there are many interesting and alternative treatments outside the realm of traditional Western medicine. This is just wonderful, and Stacy is a kind and professional practitioner. read more

Update: It's now been a least a year since I wrote this, and it still holds true, my hips are smoother and much more functional and I have been able to walk up to 7k steps a day and have now lost 60plus pounds. I am extremely grateful for Stacy's consistent, calm, professional, and friendly approach. If you have any kind of opportunities with your body, I highly recommend seeking out an appointment with Stacy. Her results, speak for themselves. I remain extremely grateful, and mobile. Walter C. Hi, this is Walter.  I have been meditating 30 plus years and have practiced remote [distant] energy healing for 25 years. I have experienced lifelong physical and mental ongoing opportunities to heal.  Bottom line, I'm a bit of a mess and an ongoing work in progress when it comes to my mind & body. And, I have taken a holistic spiritual approach whenever possible. For the past 20 years, I have worked as a highly specialized and skilled remote industrial technician.  I have comfort, choices, and options when it comes to body work, and I'm very selective and choosy on multiple levels. From time to time my arthritic hips (a condition from a childhood disease) causes considerable discomfort.   I use multiple holistic methods to work through the condition until they are easily functional again and less noticeable for pain levels. Once before, I went to a local hands on craniosacral professional in Florida @ $300 a session.  It worked. It took about 4 to 5 sessions spread out over a couple months. I was extremely grateful for the relief, and it was at least 4 to 5 years before the hip symptoms resurfaced again. Recently my hips have been giving me issues again. I asked Stacy for a session of remote [Distant] craniosacral work. After years of meditation, I'm highly sensitive to energy in all areas of my body. This is one of the many gifts from interacting with lifelong physical pain as well as a spiritual approach to learning from it. Immediately after she began, from where she was in Hawaii, at the agreed upon time, while I'm on my couch in Florida, I sensed energy shifting in my body as if I'm on the table at the local Florida person I usually seek energy work from.  Throughout the session, I sensed energy and clearing each time Stacy worked on a different area. Two days later as I write this, I'm sitting with ease, chuckling at how much I got done yesterday.  And, I didn't pay any attention to my hips until Stacy checked in to see how I was doing.  Today, I'm off to get a new pressure washer to get some much needed cleaning done on my lanai. Without a doubt Stacy has raw, focused, non-drama talent, skill, and results.  I'm extremely grateful and I'm looking forward to investing in future craniosacral work with her. Thank you Stacy! I am blessed to have crossed paths with Stacy. My first visit was for Facial Reflexology to try and find relief for my sinus pressure without taking any over the counter or Doctor prescribed meds. Our first session was quite successful and I continue to see her. Also Stacy's Energy Work has helped me in keeping myself centered, relaxed and focused. I highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to work on themselves and/or have the desire to truly improve the quality of their lives read more

I was very fortunate to have been able to receive Life Coaching from Stacy when I had a particularly difficult situation that I needed to handle differently than I had been doing. Stacy is a compassionate, intelligent and honest listener. She was able to help me "unpack" exactly what I was doing and what I needed to do. I remain ever grateful. I also received Reiki and other energy work from her and I always felt much better after receiving these which is why I returned for more. Stacy is knowledgeable, kind, and gifted in all her work. read more

I was fortunate to experience Stacy's treatments during my visits to Honolulu checking on my mom after she suffered a stroke and her subsequent convalescence in multiple care homes after that. As a long distance caregiver I was very much emotionally as well as physically exhausted and experiencing a high level of stress at the time. After Stacy's treatments I felt like I was more grounded and had benefitted from a full night of uninterrupted sleep, which needless to say didn't happen very much during those challenging years. Stacy is a true professional and cares deeply about others, and it is reflected in all aspects of her work. read more

Jackie Branch [Kaneohe, Hawaii ~ I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Stacy for being the Voice of Reason during our Life Coaching Sessions. This past year has been all about redefining who I am and where I see my future going. We all wish we had a crystal ball to show us the way.  I discovered during my sessions with Stacy that I have been the one holding myself back from doing all the things I only talk about doing. I always find myself questioning my choices & Stacy made it clear that if I am Happy with what I choose to do then that is all that matters. Well, the days following my last session I decided to take the bull by the horn attitude so to speak & start making my dreams a reality & the feeling is incredible. I have a clearer picture of the person I am today versus the person I was yesterday & it's a really good feeling. It's a work in progress.  Stacy, thank you for your friendship & I am so proud of all your accomplishments that only make me want to work harder at achieving my goals as you have. read more
