Stacy is your one stop shop for all your self care needs! She does facials with reflexology and lymphatic drainage, she does lashes, as well as wellness/reiki healing. Her facials are fabulous! I feel rejuvenated after. Last week I injured my shoulder and was experiencing pain and stiffness. I decided to try the wellness/healing session. It was super relaxing, I fell asleep for a bit. All I can say is Wow! That was a great experience! First of all, what I pick up on was the massage table was warm with a warmer. I have an appointment with Stacy once a month for a reiki session, facial reflexology, or craniosacral therapy. Type of work she does on me is dependent on how I feel. This has been going on for about 7 years. This past month, my sciatica was bothering me, so Stacy performed her craniosacral therapy on me. I had two full sessions of Cranial Sacral Therapy with Stacy when I visited Honolulu earlier this year. I've known Stacy for a while and when I was going through chemo, she suggested I come in for Healing Touch Energy Work and Facial Reflexology (to help with the pain). Stacy does a terrific job of explaining the process and one can't help but relax with her. She is empathic, intuitive, and knowledgeable. In our healing touch sessions I would come in with pain usually at a level 8-9 and after our session, the pain would decrease to a 5-6. I noticed that the rest of the day and the next few days the pain stayed or went below 5-6 and I felt more centered. I had one facial reflexology and I loved it. Hi, this is Walter.  I have been meditating 30 plus years and have practiced remote [distant] energy healing for 25 years. I have experienced lifelong physical and mental ongoing opportunities to heal.  Bottom line, I'm a bit of a mess and an ongoing work in progress when it comes to my mind & body. And, I have taken a holistic spiritual approach whenever possible. For the past 20 years, I have worked as a highly specialized and skilled remote industrial technician.  I have comfort, choices, and options when it comes to body work, and I'm very selective and choosy on multiple levels.
