I found her by accident, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She's helped me to evolve into a better version of me on every level. Mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. She has guided me to tune into my inner voice, and also my higher self. Since working with Brandi, I have started my own auto-detailing business, moved on from bad habits and break the chain of repeating past failures. I have found new value in everything in life, as everything matters! If your trying to lose weight or get a better routine, Brandi has the tools and insight to get to the core of why you make the choices you do. Instead of pointing out just one diet, she went over everything from general health tips, to specific habits based on my biological being, physiological behavior, and my emotional stability. I've suffered from caving into my cravings of comfort foods that reminds me of my childhood, not knowing that healing these cravings on a emotional level would more than satisfy these cravings (without the calories). There is so so so much more that Brandi has helped me with, there's just not enough space/time to write it all! She tackles issues from all angles, and helps to create tailor made opportunities to correct these issues specifically to your lifestyle. No two people are going to have the same coaching as everyone is walking different paths in life, thru different forests. Brandi has been the guiding light thru my dark forest, and I'm more than thankful that she has used her gifts to help me grow!! With COVID having affected and changed so many lives in more ways than one since March 2020 (well…read moreover a year now as of this writing), psychologists and therapists have been in such high demand! I came across DalyBeth and Positive Health Hawaii after searching around for places that had openings and/or were accepting new patients, which as expected was super hard to come by and especially within a short time. Having been living alone and hardly able to see the closest friends for the last year now along with dealing with lots of tension within another organization that I'm working for on a part-time basis, I've been trying to seek help with my mental health and depression that has literally taken its toll on my life, I am very thankful for DalyBeth! She has been willing to listen to my situation and stories and has made plenty of helpful suggestions on helping myself relieve stress from my life. Now although I haven't gotten to some of them quite yet and admittedly may not be comfortable doing certain ones just yet, I've taken lots of notes and been trying to put her advice to great use. I'll definitely be consulting with DalyBeth periodically and again very soon, and hopefully I'll get to meet her in-person. Right now, lots of these psychologists and therapists are doing telehealth sessions or through online sources like ZOOM (not a fan of virtual events, quite frankly).

Before my slump, I was a regular weekly league bowler averaging 195. During my recent season long slump, my average dropped to about 169. I was playing the lanes wrong, i was doubting my abilities, and overall I was a grouch and not a fun person to be around. My thinking was so negative. I was contemplating quitting the sport. I needed to do something different. After taking the first session, I had a totally new outlook, a new perspective. I wanted to be part of that 1% select minority that we talked about. After taking your 5 sessions, I know I want to be a part of the 1% and I know that I won't be in a prolonged slump ever again. In the 4 weekly sessions that I bowled after I started to work with you, I bowled a 200+ game in every week. Before this, I could not remember the last 200 game I shot at league. I was shooting 120s, 130s, 160s, many weeks, all 3 games below average. I was dwelling on bad execution and bad performance. I couldn't even make my spares, which I usually excel at, due to dwelling on my mistakes on my first ball of the frames. Now, I'm able to roll my first shots well and if they happen to not strike, I can adjust the next time I'm on that lane. If the first ball doesn't strike, I can focus on the second ball for my spare shot and started to make all of my spares again. On my fourth night, on the Tuesday after my last session on Monday, I shot over 200 again and this time, my partner and I won a doubles pot worth over $400 each. You guaranteed me that I would win tuition money back and I did. This is not the biggest pot in our weekly league bowling, but the reward came so quickly. Immediately after taking your sessions, I started to bowl like myself again. I shoot 200s regularly and now I have the confidence as I'm winning money again! Becoming an money making machine! Thank you for all of your help, Coach Darryl. I'm telling all of my friends, that they too should be calling you up if they wanna improve their scores and their performance. You're the best!
