Working with Tiff Shim over the past 3 months has truly been life-changing. When I first started coaching with Tiff, I was carrying a lot of mental blocks and deeply rooted negative beliefs about myself which affected my relationships. I didn't realize how much they were holding me back--until I started breaking through them one by one. And let me tell you: the breakthroughs I've had with Tiff have been mind-blowing. Tiff brings a rare combination of compassion, patience, flexibility, and intelligence to her work. She has a gentle but firm way of holding you accountable while making you feel completely supported and understood. I never once felt judged--only seen, heard, and challenged in the best way possible. She uses a variety of tools and techniques that really helped me process and reframe difficult past experiences. I've been able to shift my perspective, heal parts of myself I didn't even know needed healing, and start creating a new reality based on truth and self-worth rather than fear and old patterns. I came to Tiff looking for a coach, but I feel like I gained a powerful ally--and now, someone I can truly call a friend. If you're feeling stuck or weighed down by limiting beliefs, working with Tiff might just be the catalyst for the transformation you didn't know was possible. It definitely was for me. read more

After working with Tiff, I have noticed that I am more self aware, which makes me more aware of the beauty of life that surrounds us. Super appreciative for the unlocking and healing that Tiff helped me with. I was trying to do things on my own and then with some other approaches. I felt really stuck in the problems and was overwhelmed. Then I came across Tiff's page as I started to see what might work better for me. I havent done this kind of work before so I was kinda hesitant. Im very satisfied that I did because the way Tiff could see what might help was incredible. I did two sessions and can't wait for more. and now I have some tools that I can use too. Thank you so much Tiff! read more

I met Tiff when I was going through a really tough time in my life. I was referred to her by a friend who had recently gone through a really challenging time in her life. I knew Tiff was going to be amazing because when my friend referred her to me, she, herself looked happy, peaceful, and healed even through that challenging moment in her life. I bought a package and have no regrets, except that I need to buy more! Tiff makes you feel seen, heard, and comfortable during her sessions. She is authentic. Sometimes you need a little push. In the process of a divorce, my confidence depleted and feeling like just a shell of myself. I usually just try to deal w things myself but this had me desperate for guidance from someone other than a friend or family member. I found Tiff on Yelp and I am SO glad that I decided to connect w her. Through our 5 sessions, she has reacquainted me w all the feelings that I would just push down and box up. Tears. I didn't think I had any left but it showed up. I also gained some helpful tools that I will use as I continue the healing process going forward. I just want to say, Tiff, w your guidance I feel "lighter" and like there really IS hope after all. I'm on a new path to bigger and better things! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! read more

I had certain emotions I wanted to work on and because it felt like it was coming from a deeper place, so I decided to work with Tiff on past life regression. It felt like the most natural and non invasive way to work on emotions and even thought whatever comes up may not all come from past life, throughout the session I understood more of myself, my history, and I cleared out so much of my emotions that I wanted to let go and be free and become lighter. And days after the session, I feel like I'm in a better flow. I have more positive emotions and creativity is flowing. I feel less blockages in my body. And all the synchronicities during and after the session felt so amazing. I'm really happy that I decided to do this and I know that Tiff has some much more to offer, so I hope I get to work with her again. read more

I reached out to Tiff without really understanding or knowing what we were going to heal. This not knowing was the most welcomed surprise and biggest shift in perspective of my life. I have seen Tiff for her Theta Healing, Pranic Healing, HypnoBreathwork, and past life regression. The clarity that I have gained and more importantly relief of which I did not know was even possible has paved the way for the life I live now. I have an awareness of my being, my purpose, and I have connected to my internal compass. This compass of intuition has enabled me to embody the most fulfilling experiences, relationships and owning my self worth. read more

Tiff has helped me move forward after my breakup over a year ago. Sorry for my late review, Tiff. My experience with Tiff was amazing. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. I'm glad I went to her for help and advice and healing moving forward. After my session with Tiff. I felt the weight lifted off my shoulders. Before my session, I was in a dark place, and I felt emotionally drained. I felt lost. Honestly, she helped me make the first step in addressing the concerns and what to do to start the healing process. I am so grateful I went to see her. I would recommend Tiff. I can say I'm in a better place in my life after my breakup because of her. Mahalo Tiff. :) read more

I started seeing Tiff back in September of last year. A friend had recommended her to my partner and I after her and her partner went to a couples session together. They were both pleased and excited enough to encourage my partner and I to go to see her. When I heard the name Tiff, for some odd reason I had a feeling I knew who this Tiff was. We show up to our first couples session, and boom! It was exactly who I thought it was going to be! Such a trip that was to begin with and then of course the sessions/work that followed were not shy from "an experience" either. I was a little nervous, just because I've never done spiritual work in the past, but I went in feeling surprisingly open and with a sense of wanting to receive her gift to get a better and clearer understanding of my higher self. But the main reason I decided to go in this route was to have another method to help heal some heavy things that I had been processing and navigating through at that time. Therapy was great, but I knew that having a spiritual and more grounding experience along with it would only benefit me in the long run. Plus - from the get, Tiff was nothing but good vibes! And her work space... *zen Tiff has been very pleasant to work with, she's very knowledgeable and knows what to target and/or focus on prior to each session, which can be extremely helpful for someone who gets overwhelmed right before a session. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is simply wanting to take a different approach to self-healing or wanting to connect on a deeper level with themselves and the world around them, someone who may feel stuck or trapped or having a difficult time trying to cut ties or attachments to old beliefs, people, traumas, etc. As long as you continue to choose yourself first with intention and openness, you will not be disappointed! read more

My session with Tiffiny was very positive and transformational. She is personable, engaging, and professional at the same time. Her empathetic, caring, and non-judgmental approach helped me open up and develop a trusting relationship very quickly. The way she attentively listened with an open heart and curiosity during the interview made me feel safe to share my story as if I were talking to an old friend. She is a gifted and wise counselor. Her deep and spiritual insight helped me see things from new perspectives. She generously took the time to thoroughly understand me and effectively guided me during the hypnosis, and I gained much clarity and understanding after the session. Thank you, Tiffiny! read more
