I had certain emotions I wanted to work on and because it felt like it was coming from a deeper place, so I decided to work with Tiff on past life regression. It felt like the most natural and non invasive way to work on emotions and even thought whatever comes up may not all come from past life, throughout the session I understood more of myself, my history, and I cleared out so much of my emotions that I wanted to let go and be free and become lighter. I started seeing Tiff back in September of last year. A friend had recommended her to my partner and I after her and her partner went to a couples session together. They were both pleased and excited enough to encourage my partner and I to go to see her. When I heard the name Tiff, for some odd reason I had a feeling I knew who this Tiff was. We show up to our first couples session, and boom! It was exactly who I thought it was going to be!
