I came because I was nearby and looking for a new car. This was an impulse stop though. Ford…read morehadn't really hit my radar. Drove one of thier smaller suvs. It was a very nice car. I really liked the sales team. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom is large, but there isn't a clear "reception area" so you may wander a little at first. the followup from the sales team and the internet team is good without being annoying.

I've had a myriad of problems with my vehicle -all of which were not correctly rectified by the service department. From Control arms to sensors they never knew what they were doing. They ordered things incorrectly, parts got lost, incorrect parts ordered, delay, delay, delay, after delay. Glenroy in the service department really doesn't understand what's going on. I spoke with the owner Peter Delacy many times and though he tried his best -his dealership is run by incompetence. When I finally got my car back, they did not charge me, which was wonderful. However, not three hours after I drove off the lot, my AC condenser broke. Coincidence - I think not. The AC condenser was not the problem. I brought the car in for. I took it to my AC guy- he said that it looked like my AC condenser was tampered with. Now I don't know whether the service department here at this dealership did that- because they ate so much money fixing my vehicle?? You know I can't tell. But I will never set foot in that dealership again and I don't think you should either. Be aware, and BEWARE.

I cannot recommend Transit Auto Detail in Elma, NY highly enough. While driving from New York City…read moreto Canada to visit my family, my car suddenly lurched about 45 minutes from the border, forcing me to pull over. I honestly thought I was going to be stranded overnight waiting for repairs. From the moment the flatbed driver arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. When my vehicle arrived at the shop, the entire team was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car repaired in just 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to their outstanding service, I was able to continue my trip and make it home to see my family the very same day. Their honesty, expertise, and commitment to helping customers are truly exceptional. If you're ever in need of trustworthy, fast, and compassionate automotive service, Transit Auto Detail is the place to go. Thank you to everyone on your team for turning what could have been a travel nightmare into such a positive experience. I am incredibly grateful!

I brought my 2022 to Neighborhood Car Care - Elma after noticing a bulge in one of my tires. Since…read morethe vehicle was already there, I also authorized an oil change and left my vehicle overnight to await the inspection. After inspecting my vehicle, I was presented with an estimate of approximately $4,500 in repairs, not including the cost of replacing all four tires. The estimate didn't seem right to me, so I declined the repairs and went up to pick up my car. I watched the technicians pull my vehicle out of the garage following the oil change, paid my bill, and drove about 30 miles directly to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. I'm incredibly glad I did. After a thorough inspection, my mechanic determined that the extensive repairs recommended by Neighborhood Car Care - Elma were not needed. The only repair my vehicle actually needed was a new set of tires because of the damaged sidewall. Even more concerning, he found blowback oil from an improperly installed oil filter upon lifting the car to do an inspection when I arrived. He explained that the oil filter and O-ring had not been installed correctly during the oil change that had just been completed. He corrected the issue, and I was fortunate he caught it when he did. Left uncorrected, it could have resulted in a catastrophic engine failure. I called Neighborhood Car Care - Elma immediately and explained what my mechanic had found. They apologized and stated they would refund the cost of the oil change. Between the approximately $4,500 repair estimate (before tires) for repairs that my mechanic determined were unnecessary and an improperly installed oil filter on a routine oil change, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed. A routine oil change should be just that--routine. Based on my experience, I believe it's better to steer clear.

I'd never spend this much on such coolant or these parts but hands were tied and had to tow to the nearest shop I knew...However I'll be towing anywhere but here from here on out. Icing on the cake would be the scratches on my hood discovered when picking up my car. This is how you run business?

I didn't even need them today, but I'll take a quick turnaround. I come back before closing and call on my way (no answer, which is common from my experience) to see if they are staying open as they close at 5pm and it's about 20 minutes til closing. I get there quick with about 10 minutes to spare and the wheels are in the same spot I left them outside. I walk up to them and they didn't do them. Not a huge deal but the owner or manager whatever he is, is outside on the phone. He sees me standing there and waves me off as in "beat it" and barks out "I'll get to them when I get to them, we're busy we'll do em when we do em". I'm confused so I approach him and calmly say "ok I just came back because I knew you were closing and you said an hour to an hour and half." I have zero attitude, I'm not mad, irritated, or annoyed. I'm just trying to have a quick conversation before I head out because that was weird and aggressive. He waves me off again and repeats "I'll get to them when I get to them I'm busy they're not done yet I'll do em when I got time" and he keeps waving me off as if to say "get the hell outta here". His tone was aggressive, this wasn't normal behavior nor was it necessary whatsoever. I said alright I'll just take them now then, because I'm not a real fan of getting yelled at by the disgruntled tire man when I'm being nothing but polite and would have been completely understanding to him not being able to do them if he didn't start barking at me for no reason. His reply was "whatever, good!" and the last thing I said was "this one's on you." Because you sir are the only reason that whole thing went south, not me. I'm the most reasonable person I don't think I've ever left a negative review of a business in my entire life but I was is disbelief at the attitude from this guy the moment he saw me standing there. I'm not one of your kids or employees you just bark at because you're in a bad mood so you decide to take it out on me. It's safe to say I'll never return to this place again and I've literally been going here for as long as I can remember. What a weird unwarranted interaction from this man and whatever is going on in your life to cause you to speak to people so dismissive and aggressively for no reason at all, well I hope it gets better. And while I'm at it, I never complained about the last wheel I brought that your guys damaged so badly I had to bring it elsewhere to get dismounted, repair the rim, and mounted again. But now I'll add that one here as well. Very unprofessionally run business is all I can say.
