Maria (KIA Professional Service Representative) kept us informed on the status of our repairs as they were being completed. Maria mirrors Kia's image as being professional, knowledgeable and courteous... no wonder TT Kia is #1 in all WNY! Family owned and you do feel like your part of the family! 2. Rick the head mechanic has serviced all our previous and current TT Kia vehicles. Never have we had to return as a repeat for service. Rick is hard working and has plenty of years as an employee which tells me he likes his job! 3. The facility is beautiful. All updated customer waiting area if you choose not to have a courtesy ride home. The garage would pass a military inspection. Very organized and clean. 4. Danelle our sales woman is truly another asset to TT. All our purchases were accomplished by this number one sales person! They offered to put them on for me as well, though I didn't need them to as I was buying for someone else with a different vehicle. Big store, and didn't feel like I was being rushed out of there. Keep in mind it's been mid 20's and windy all day making it harder. Just could not get the plug lined up and threaded properly. It's hard to see the plug hole due to the low location and lack of a direct eye line. When I got home I tried for 20 minutes but also could not get it lined up and started. Enter Pat and Jack Pat: the plugs doesn't go in perpendicular on that engine it's a slightly canted towards the firewall. Jack: try reverse until you feel a slight click as it seats then reverse socket wrench and tighten it down. Maybe this is all common knowledge for auto buffs but I didn't know and also I watched several YouTube videos which were useless. With these two tips I got it in the first attempt as soon as we got back home. I've always had great experiences at auto zone stores. To top it off they give a 10% veteran discount. Much appreciated all around guys. I drove him to a competitor auto parts store to ask for tips getting the new plug in without cross threading. No help. Stopped into this autozone and asked the same questions.

I didn't hear anything - or receive a return call for three days. After having my partner stop in and ask what was going on, we were told they had found that they needed my second key fob to "finish their diagnostics". They apparently knew this for 2 or 3 days, but no one ever called to tell me. This was on a Saturday. So, if we hadn't stopped in it would have been Monday until we heard anything - if then. When we arrived there, the gate was open and my car was sitting unlocked. Anyone could have gone in and taken or destroyed anything they wanted - seeing as no one questioned us when we drove right into the gate and up to the car. Upon entering the dealership, the first thing I was told was that no one knew what was going on. They called someone and I was told I needed a new key fob. (almost $400) Then they said I needed to replace the relay (for the antitheft system) They said that's why I needed a new key. Not true. They Could have replaced the relay ($119) and reprogramed the current keys to communicate with it. I was told this (after the fact) by 3 other mechanics and looked it up online as well. I called every single day from the second day the car was there, but no one ever returned any calls. So, what could I do? They had my car and, so far, a bill for $200 so - Once I gave the ok to order the (unnecessary) key and install the relay, I didn't hear anything for 2 more days. Even though I was told I'd get a call "later that day". When I Did finally get hold of someone, 2 days later, she told me the car had been done the day I was waiting for the return call. By now it was later on a Saturday, So I had to wait until Monday to get my car. It's not running as smoothly as it used to (seems to want to die every time I slow down) But I no longer trust DeLacy Ford. I feel they charged me for a key I didn't need. I also feel their lack of communication, poor service and (to put it kindly) less than completely truthful behavior calls the trustworthiness of this dealership in serious doubt. Quite a turn-around from their previous service.

After three weeks and over $800.00 later....... We were told it was the battery!!!!!!! These guys just want to get you in, Jack up the bill and collect big time. Spent all summer with starting issue, with their new battery that didn't solve the issue. Forget trying to get the manager to call you back, he takes no responsibility for his lousy service dept. Not a happy customer at all but then again they don't care, they have my money. Talk about taking advantage of senior citizens.......
