After a weekend of trying hopeless workarounds on my own (i.e. breaking more than I was fixing) I found Aidan on Yelp and sent him a desperate email detailing our situation. Aidan, replied that Sunday night and the next day he came by to take a look had an estimate to us within 24 hours. Upon accepting the estimate he was here the next day working on the door. His timeliness was greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and high skill level is obvious in his work. I was very impressed ! He kept a tidy work area and overall delivered on every commitment he made to us. I would highly recommend Aidan, you are sure to get a quality result and have a very professional experience.

We hired AMG Decks and Arbors to replace a poorly constructed two level deck built by another…read morecompany. That was the smartest choice I have made when hiring anyone. His attention to detail and knowledge of deck building is superior. All the joints are tight, the screws (no nails) evenly spaced and everything is plumb and level. These may seem like little details but it all adds to a beautiful finished product. As a home inspector I see many decks with undersized posts, poor support and inferior products which are used to saving on material costs. Aidan's construction techniques are rock solid which is important since the upper level is 17 feet high. I am pretty sure this deck will outlast me. Aidan also recommended some features I had not considered such as a rain catchment system so we can now sit on the lower deck during and enjoy the rain. He also installed a stainless steel cable rail which allows an unobstructed view of the back yard and green belt. You may be able to find a cheaper deck builder who will slap up some boards onto the back of your house but I pretty sure you will not find who builds a better deck.

We love our Half Bath to Full Bath complete remodel done by IV Remodeling!…read more Our project was a bit complicated due to a COMPLETE Bathroom Transformation, which entailed relocation of Laundry Room to Garage to enlarge bathroom space, removal of wall and door to extend Half Bath to Full Bath, relocation of vanity & toilet for a rain shower install, raised ceiling, and a complete install of floor & wall tile. IV Remodeling was the only company out of 10 companies contacted that gave us a very detailed point by point estimate. The owner, project manager, and the crew was very friendly, helpful and experienced with all aspects of the install. The entire team was always there for any questions we had during the entire remodeling process. The project came out exactly how we wanted it and we love it Very Much! We really appreciate everything the team done for us and of course we highly recommend IV Remodeling and will use them for future projects! Thank You IV Remodeling! 5 Star Service we are very happy with. Theron & Noah Jenkins

Few days later sent me an email advising they "recommend" having their design consultant, come out and do her design thing. It would cost $100 and if we liked the estimate it would go towards the cost. I don't need it and didn't ask for it. I guess that's there way of charging for an "estimate" Melissa also said the owner is a designer. If that's so, his expertise should be part of the process automatically. You know, the cost of doing business. I read in a previous review that their estimate was done contactless with photos sent by the customer. Looks like that's NOT their process any longer. I'm guessing they have enough work and don't need any new stuff??

Super nice guy and will respect your house, no mess whatsoever. I've had him seal bathrooms and kitchens, repair and replace drywall from said water leaking bathroom, replace faulty plumbing hardware and finish the job on my floors where the initial installer failed. He's very concerned about the end result and how it looks and none of his work has been short of beautiful. Absolutely recommended, I work from home and just left my door unlocked and my credit card on the table. I'd trust him in my house if I were away, no question. He went over every bit of his work in extreme detail starting from major fixes to observations. Very detail oriented. The best. Even gave me a chunk of the drywall he removed when installing an access panel so I could match the paint later. For the single star Karen, grow up.
