I cannot stress the amazing work this team has done to not only create our custom build by scratch, but also to do so in a tight time constraint. I've never met a contractor who does that!! He worked very closely with our designer to make everything perfect. He was able to modify things quickly when necessary, and was a great problem solver. His pricing was fair, and he was able to adapt quickly to some changes we requested. The entire project was done in about 6 weeks!! I HIGHLY recommend him for your project. He's honest to a fault and exceedingly reliable.

BTW, they also did a great job on our house inspection ~5 years ago! Edit note: Not sure why Yelp is stating I'm from San Francsico. The work was done in Round Rock, Texas.

The screw ups where to many to mention here but the highlights are: Misaligned and crooked grout lines, Tiles not flush, exhaust fan not vented thru roof. And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. We scheduled a visit for him to see…read morethe room and discuss paint, etc. for a quote, the price seemed fair to me and we went from there. He showed up promptly and began work. The job took longer than estimated, but I did not mind that as I prefer a job well done over a job done quickly. That said, after being out for a few hours to let the paint dry, upon inspection I did note some spots on the walls and ceiling that had not been covered/were missed. Nothing major, but still slightly disappointing. It was also noted that there appeared to have been a slight paint spill which had been cleaned up, but still left paint visible on the carpet fibers. Despite these issues, the overall work was good and the old darker colors did not show through the new. I reached out to Michael regarding these issues and he was apologetic and understanding, taking my concerns seriously and offering other service to make up for it. All in all, I am relatively happy with the service provided and would be willing to give Michael another try in the future if I need painting done.
