And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. I installed a new AC unit, and Brett and one foot in the grave Roger, were required to lay a concrete slab for the unit and hook up for the electric. We just had an inspection done and they had failed to meet code in terms of both wiring and slab for unit. We have had to redo both projects to meet code, based on Texas code. We also contracted them for wood work for the duct entry to attic. The wooden entrance and reinforcing wooden structure, created for entrance to the attic has been in place for less than 6 months and has just fallen out of the roof. Brett overcharges, sub contracts his employees and never appear on site to manage these random sub contractors.. One of his employees walked off the job and we then referenced him further: a high end retailor shop in San Marcos who contracted Brett were more than enthusiastic to let us know they kicked him off the job on day two.
