He came out quickly and discussed scope of work and price. Agreed on bid. When he came for job he needed to adjust pricing. Agreed on new price, We paid in full as he did all the work except a thin border between two types of stone that he said he would come back and finish, He did not . The work he did was good, but need to get bid firm and detail work agreed upon. More my fault than his for not requiring all in writing. read more

Recently we hired Bueno Landscape to repair the pergola & rain gutters in our home. We had some difficulty communicating with Lupe since he does not answer calls or messages timely. Nor did he ever show up to check the progress & completion on the work. Fortunately, Anthony the worker he sent did a very good job and I was able to communicate the needs of the work with him. Lupe is awesome. He is efficient and came quickly to change out our sprinkler controller. He even took the time to run through and explain the new equipment with me. Scheduled an appointment on 4/19 @ 10AM for initial appointment, they sent text after 12PM, stating they could come now at 1PM. No communication they were running late. I was no longer available and agreed to rescheduled to Monday 4/21 to 8AM. Again now 9:30 AM, no showed and no communication. This company has no respect for the customers time. The technician was late for our first consult. The tech contacted me via Yelp to say he was going to be an hour late. I agreed to the new meeting time. When the tech didn't arrive at the new appointment time, I left to go to work. The tech contacted me several minutes after I left for work to tell me he was outside. I messaged this company via Yelp and they confirmed that they would do the work and we agreed on a price...but on the date of service, the company never showed. I'm sure they're busy but it's bad business to leave customers hanging without even a phone call. Bad business practices usually mean it's a bad business. Wouldn't hire again.... read more

We would like to highly recommend "Guadalupe" of Bueno Landscape Services. we have used him on several different occasions and couldn't be more pleased with his work ethic, friendliness and overall good nature. He first spent 2 days cleaning out the hundreds of oak suckers that popped thru our long since disintegrated liner. He raked the gravel from around the trees, replaced the liner and re-raked the gravel back in place. Without being asked to, he trimmed 2 saw toothed cactus' that were in bad need of someone's help! He again came to our rescue after the latest freeze and cleared away 2 trailers of brush alone. Our 19 year old sprinkler system needed replacement and he fixed that just last weekend. He can do it all including stone work if you're in the market.His prices are very reasonable for the quality of his work. read more
