Called to schedule a crew to come out for some repairs and to find a burried valve box. Cero and his crew (3 guys) were efficient and easy to work with. They gave some nice suggestions and helped with some minor improvements to our drip zone for better soil saturation. read more

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish! My sprinkler system has not been working properly for a couple years. My grass had mostly died off and I couldn't keep up, but was afraid of what it may cost to get it repaired and didn't feel I had the budget for it. I finally decided just to call someone and find out. I looked for some good reviews online. There were quite a few companies but I decided to give Living Proof Sprinkler a call. I called on a weekend when they were closed and I left a voicemail. I received a call back right away on Monday morning. The woman on the phone was polite and helpful and said they could send someone out same day, but it worked better for me to wait until the next day I would be working from home. They did need to cancel because of freezing weather, but notified me early and rescheduled to another day I chose, which was today 2/14/2025. They scheduled to come out between 8am-8:30. Their technician, Ciro, arrived on time and did an inspection. He then let me know what the problems were (self-inflicted buying the wrong heads), and made some suggestions for heads that needed to be moved to get the lawn fully watered. He quoted me a price, which was very reasonable, and actually went to work immediately. Once he finished, he showed me his work, answered my questions, and even answered a few questions I had related to my lawn that were not directly to do with the sprinklers. I was thankful and expressed appreciation for getting the job done thoroughly and quickly, and he let me know that this company was one of several he had worked for, and that they tried to work quickly and the pricing for customers was low compared to other companies he worked at. I certainly appreciated that information, but I then asked him if he liked working for his employer and if he felt they compensated him fairly. Budget is top of mind for me, but I really prefer to support companies who treat their employees well and don't make cuts that affect their workers' pay. It's a tough balance I know. He expressed that he really liked working for Living Proof, and that he felt he was compensated fairly and was happy where he was. Responsive, fast, quality service, providing jobs and treating employees fairly with compensation? On top of that being a family-owned business rather than a corporate conglomerate? That is a magic combination for me. I will be sticking with this company for all future sprinkler needs and I feel confident in recommending them now to my family and friends- and you all on the internet. read more

Living Proof deserves 5 star recognition for outstanding and prompt service at reasonable rates. I recently had a significant leak in my irrigation system that ran beneath tree limbs and was able to schedule the work within days of the problem. The gentlemen who showed up were able quickly diagnose and reroute around the issue in under 2 hours. I call that professionalism at its very best! read more

They were efficient, affordable and friendly. I will definitely call them for my sprinkler needs in the future.

Living Proof Sprinkler Co. is responsive , reliable and does high quality work at a great price. This company is an exemplary model of what you'd expect from a business that gets 5 stars on most reviews and a company id highly recommend. After a few failed calls Living Proof Sprinkler Co. was the only company that gave me prices over the phone and didn't charge by the hour . Living Proof Sprinkler Co. is up front with the cost of their repairs and sprinkler parts and happy to explain the cost of anything you will be replacing or fixing as far as your sprinklers. They charge a $89 dollar fee to show up which I was hesitant to agree with but upon further research most people charge that much per hour and usually knock out the work in less time depending on the difficulty . For instance my job only consisted of repairing two sprinklers that had been mowed over by accident and I also needed my lines unclogged . The rep from Living Proof Sprinkler Co. arrived nice and early around 7:50 - 8:00 am as promised . He was ready to work extremely polite and knowledgeable. All the work I needed was complete within 30 minutes . After I was shown a demo of everything working properly I was told I'd be receiving an invoice in my email so I could pay online which is convenient . In the end it was worth the money in my opinion ( $144.00) to be exact for such a quick response . Im very happy with the quality service I received and will be using them for my future sprinkler needs . read more

Had called Living Proof for a repair and they were quick to come out and take care of our issue. Repair failed but they were very quick to send a second team out right away based in MY availability, not when they could, which is nice and says a lot about how they care about the quality of their work. Second team came out when they said they would. They were patient, as I was working and on a business call. The guy explained everything to me and showed me the replaced parts, reprogrammed my system correctly and showed me what they did and tested the system while I was there. Very positive experience overall. Very Highly recommend Living Proof for all sprinkler system repairs. Excellent job!!! read more

I called to request a quote to fix a valve and reroute a sprinkler line. I spoke to the rep who asked for pictures in order to provide a quote. Sent her the pictures never heard back. I wonder if the reviews are bought. Not a good experience. read more

My interaction with Living Proof was good at first. They showed up to check out my backyard and to provide me with a quote. Then nothing. They did not send a quote so I called three times looking for it and still nothing. They have not returned my calls and seem to be ignoring me now. Companies need to understand business is great for them now, but when things start to calm down people will remember poor service like this. read more

Living Proof was responsive, professional, and got a very broken sprinkler system working again. If it hadn't been for their quick response and professionalism, we would have lost our newly-sodded front lawn. read more

This company is fantastic. They are super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. During this super hot summer I know they are super busy but twice now they have gone above and beyond to squeeze me in when we had an issue that was time sensitive. I would highly recommend. read more

These guys are living proof some professionals are out there. I had problem with one of my zone, the water pressure was low. I called the and told them I need to locate the valve and nothing more. They told me, there is $98 service charge for coming out. I said fine. Eddie came from this company - I told him what I want, he said he needs to talk to manager and if it's OK. Normally they run systems check and fix leaks. But to locate valve may be extra. I told him I don't want anything else, if they cannot do I am fine. He talked to shop and said yes he can do for the service charge. Not only he found the valve that was giving me trouble, he showed me how to change pressure etc. then he went on to find all the valves in the lawn. This is wonderful for me. One of the other contractor broke a valve since he did not know there was a valve when he was digging. Now I know my valve locations I can be carful while digging around the yard. Thanks Eddie. read more

After waiting for my Home Warranty to find a Contractor, over three weeks. I looked up lawn sprinkler service companies. I was able to schedule online For a Saturday- yay. I then received a call verifying my information, and clarifying the issue; which was some some sort of leak off the main. This was determined after the city came out and looked at it. We confirmed Saturday at 08:00 AM. Isaiah (sp?) arrived a few minutes after 08:00. I was able to tell him what happened, he got to work. It is a bit after 09:00, he fixed/replaced the valve, checked they system for any other leaks or issues, replaced the dirt dug up, and I paid. And he reminded me to close my garage door before leaving. I still have a whole morning and day to enjoy. This is a company I recommend for Professionalism, Great Customer Service, Efficiency, and Even with a Smile. Thank you. read more

Great service, friendly specialist named Phillip came by this morning and got my system running, fine tuned the scheduling including the water times that were way off and patched up a leak, then did a full system check and made sure the heads we cleaned out and facing the optimal direction. We needed someone to make adjustments to our irrigation as a result of a landscaping project and based on all of the good reviews we decided to give Living Proof a call to get an estimate. They were a no-show for our first appointment and so we rescheduled. This time someone came and did a walk through and said that they would send us a quote for the work. We waited a few days for the quote but when nothing arrived we contacted them and were told that it would be sent by the end of the day. That was several weeks ago and still nothing. We've since gone with a different company (which we were very happy with). read more

My neighbor complained about a small swamp between our homes and my wife was not happy that her new flowers were not getting enough water (one zone was not spraying well). My suggestion of wetlands plants (duckweed, monkshood) did not go over well. I was planning to dig up the yard looking for the problem, but it was getting hot outside and I was binge-watching a series on Netflix. So I gave Living Proof Sprinkler a call. They were quick to answer my call for help. The technician was obviously experienced. Wasting no time, he immediately found the underground broken connection. One tiny hole about 8ft away from where I was going to start digging. His guess was right on the money. He quickly fixed the problem thus saving me a lot of mess and allowing me to continue binge watching. read more

My irrigation system (installed by a different company) stopped working entirely. I was able to get an appointment in a week. The folks that came out to fix it were very thorough, and determined that there had been a lightning strike which took out the solenoids and controller. The cost was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They installed new solenoids and a new controller. Everyone I've been in contact with, from the person who took my calls and scheduled the maintenance, to the folks who came out to repair, were all very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this service. read more

As a new home owner, I had no idea how complicated sprinkler systems are! When I discovered a flooded valve box in the backyard, it was time to get help. I called Living Proof Sprinkler Company at 5:30PM on a Thursday, and Phillip came an hour later to turn the water off, and, upon finding a very broken valve, fixed it on the spot! All of this while I wasn't even home to let him in. The next day, when I discovered a leak at a different zone, I gave him a call and he walked me through how to turn off the water outside, so the leak would stop until he is able to come over and replace the second broken valve. Such great customer service. I will recommend Living Proof Sprinkler Co. to all of my friends and continue to use their services in the future! read more

I've called Living Proof on a few separate occasions and I'm always so impressed by how quick and professional they are. I'm grateful to have a go-to sprinkler company that I can rely on when I need a big job done or when something unexpected comes up. Phil and his team always do what they can to fit me in, they take the time to explain to me the details of what is going on, and when they can't do the job they refer me to a reliable company that can. Don't hesitate to use Living Proof for all your sprinkler needs! read more

The staff are fantastic! Very friendly, professional, patient, and Phillip explained all the repairs with me over the phone. We had a master valve connecting our property to the city, which started leaking after the freeze. Living Proof was able to squeeze us in within a couple of weeks. Also, they don't charge to come out for an estimate, how amazing is that?! As I explained the issue, Phillip gave me a quote I felt was reasonable and he mentioned possible issues thus I could get a general range of what the cost would be. I was able to setup an appointment with their office staff. They also offer weekend appointments, though its mostly for commercial properties and my hope is they offer more weekend appointments for residential properties. I would definitely hire them again for future repairs! read more

I've installed irrigation systems in my home yards before, but they had two valves above ground and no additional in-inground valves. Not so with our current house. My husband and I found a sprinkler valve box full of water in the front yard. Took hours to dig/cut/swear out, because tree roots had been growing in it for over a year! (We aren't frequent sprinkler system users here, clearly.) I know when to do labor myself -- like dig it out -- and when to call the pros -- like, this is a bigger job and I need to both get it fixed and learn to do it right for next time myself. I checked yelp for both star ratings and geographic location - I wanted someone in the proximity so I'd be paying for more time in the yard vs. travel time. Living Proof was the first company to have a human being answer AND they were within ten miles. Phillip and Horatio showed up in 30 minutes. Phillip took one look and priced it on the spot, X for the valve, Y for the wire nuts, Z for the labor. When I provided my own waterproof wire nuts, they smiled, and I saved $12 bucks! (Why on earth do I personally have so many waterproof wire nuts, anyway?!) And, indeed, we saved $$ by digging out the problem spot. They answered my questions, got done quickly, and said they'd check the rest of the system to make sure everything worked properly - I'd paid for an hour and they'd only used 30 minutes. But they do the system check anyway. Smart business, bc usually there are other problems right? They were SO THOROUGH, and a team. Calling out to each other, finding/fixing/tweaking heads and valves in our 11-station yard. (The previous owners were a little sprinkler-head-happy.) Phillip also advised me on the best controller settings for summer vs. winter, taking into account the need to keep my slap uniformly moist to prevent issues (as much as one can in the Texas extremes.) Have you seen the show "The Good Doctor"? Where the lead character remembers every textbook and reassembles symptoms and issues in his brain from memory with complete recall, then diagnoses them and fixes them? That's how Phillip was with my huge frickin' system. And patient as I updated the watering diagram I'd made when I first moved into my house. SO. Long story long, if you have an issue, want it fixed quickly and professionally, with added bonus of people being thorough and pleasant, and reasonably priced, well then, call these guys. read more

Living Proof Sprinkler Company did a great job on our sprinkler install. Phillip (the owner) was involved from start to finish and his crew was knowledgeable and conscienceless. I would highly recommend. read more

I am so glad that I called Living Proof sprinkler company. Initially I was calling about having a sprinkler head replaced after it got bent and wasn't functioning properly. Not only did they replace the broken sprinkler head but they went through the entire system checking each zone and each sprinkler head to make sure they were all functioning correctly and then checked the system controller to set my water timing to the appropriate amount of time for each zone. With the scorching heat and water restrictions in place for most areas I was concerned about losing my lawn all together. I've struggled to get it growing after my home builders landscapers did such a poor job at installing new sod; plus snowpocalypse and an infestation of army worms all within the first year. I've spent alot of time and money just trying to get the yard built back up and the grass to grow in but hadn't quite mastered the proper use of my irrigation system( Hunter Pro C). I now feel confident that I have a good watering schedule that will ultimately improve my lawn and keep everything fairly healthy during this sumer heat and drought. Living proof sprinkler company was very thorough reasonably priced extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Thankyou for doing such a great job. read more

Shopping for a new sprinkler company after 10 years of doing business with Living Proof. Excellent customer service!!!! We were always taken care of promptly by Living Proof! We look forward to working with you at our next house!

Decided to try Living Proof after seeing many positive reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor. Instead of showing up at the 11AM appointment, they showed up at 730AM due to a scheduling error in their office (-1 star). But they got the problem diagnosed quickly and repaired in about 1 hour (tree roots busted pipe). Initially, I thought their price seemed high compared to similar work I'd had done in the past. But when I looked up the previous job, it turned out to be 10 years ago, so I guess a 33% price increase isn't out of line in these times of Bidenomics! read more

Living proof service is amazing. The technician called ahead of time and showed up on time as stated. This company is amazing. I recently put in a pool and if you have done something like that, you know that everything is going to get torn up around the house... sprinkler heads, pipe, yard, etc. I called up Living Proof and had them come out and take a look. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. I had them zeroscape what was remaining in my backyard, which was about 24 yards of River Rock that they brought in. I also had them add about 10 bushes for a privacy fence, then repair all the remaining sprinkler system... they found broken pipe, heads, valves... you name it, they were able to find it and fix it quickly. Lastly, I had them lay out almost 3 pallets of new sod. Everything looks awesome and has exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent, and the job was perfect. Thanks for everything!!! read more

The best first impression for home services I've ever had, which makes leaving a realistic sounding review difficult. So I'll stick to the main points. 1. Established local family owned business 2. More than fair pricing. 3. Professional and courteous. 4. Fast! Repaired two broken pipes and two heads in 30 minutes the same day I asked for service. 5. Comprehensive: Helped me program my sprinkler (hard as translating the Dead Sea scrolls for me) and checked my entire system. 6. Cleaned up their work area and was able to process credit cards remotely. Overall awesome experience, glad to have a trusted sprinkler pro. I also got a reasonable quote to add more to our system in the future without high pressure sales. read more

Steve and Horacio came to fix our sprinkler leak and they were really efficient in changing the valve that was causing the leak - they were done within an hour. Steve is super smart (educated in nuclear science) and was discussing about commodity markets and trading in precious metals. Keep it up you all! Philip, sorry to tell Steve that he is in the wrong profession. :) read more

Reasonably priced. Responded to my call for service fast and performed the work fast as well. Very helpful in programming my controller too.

Very happy with Philips thorough work with my yard. He installed our new sprinkler head unit, found a part that we couldn't find, fixed all of our heads that were broken and even adjusted the zones and combined some to get the proper pressure going to those two zones. This is the type of completeness I expect when I hire someone to work on my sprinkler system. If you have a sprinkler problem, give them a call. It brings a smile to my face to write a 5-star review for Living Proof Sprinkler, and I only wish I could award the company 10 stars. The owner, Phillip, was at my home this past Tuesday responding to a dire situation --our front yard had essentially turned into a marsh. Upon arrival and further inspection, Phillip discovered a leak at the T coming off of the plumbing main line going to the irrigation backflow device. (A PVC compression fitting had been installed on the copper service line that was cracked, and the compression fitting was leaking more than 1gpm constantly.) Ultimately, Phillip advised my husband and me to consult a plumber as this was an urgent plumbing matter, beyond the scope of his licensed irrigation expertise. Not only did Phillip refer us to an outstanding plumbing company, but he also conference-called them with us to underscore the urgency and ensure someone would come out the same day to fix the leak. We are incredibly grateful to Phillip for his wisdom, candor, integrity, professionalism, and thorough customer service. He truly went above and beyond for us, and earned our loyalty and future business. It is without hesitation that I recommend Living Proof Sprinkler and offer my highest praise for their unparalleled, exceptional service. Thank you. read more
