They helped us plan our landscaping project with diagrams and plans. They gave us ample plant selections to choose from along with their expert recommendations. Their entire team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They worked long hours, and even made sure to completely clean up the job site at the end of every day! My neighbors even commented how impressed they were with their work and the cleanliness of the area at the end of each work day. Ultimately the work speaks for itself, but they were able to manage xeriscaping, providing plant and trees, installing all new landscaping, amazing stone work, awesome woodworking for a custom lattice system for vining, a drainage audit and complete reconstruction using underground piping and catch basins, review and retrofit of existing irrigation system, planning and installing a custom landscape lighting system including adding new exterior electrical outlets. They handled everything from start to finish without telling me I needed to hire an electrician, or a sprinkler system guy, or anything third party, and the project came out amazing!!! I highly recommend working with Love For Lawns if you're considering any upgrades to your landscaping project, (big or small)! They took my crazy ideas and turned them into a reality in a better way than I could've imagined! It was the best experience I could ask for from a landscaping company and then some!!!

This is an update to my June 11, 2026, Review…read more I am in the process of filing a Small Claims against Love For Lawns for not honoring its express 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. I provided them with a Final Notice of Request for Repair by Certified Mail with Return Receipt, dated June 3rd, 2026. They refused to accept it; therefore, it was returned back to me. As I have been preparing all the necessary documents to file my claim, I discovered that they filed for bankruptcy on 12/29/2025! This explains why they ignored my many requests for warranty repair. I still intend to file my Small Claims, even if I am not able to get reimbursed for the repairs that are required. I will get satisfaction simply from being listed as another one of their creditors. So, if anyone has been in contact with them, or are planning to, for any type of service...BEWARE!

I know nothing about landscaping or plants and I asked for something low maintenance that also looks nice. That's exactly what was delivered. We had 2 dead trees removed, 1 replanted, 4 large butchered shrubs removed, 4 replaced, 6 flowering shrubs planted, and limestone border around the flowerbed and tree. Of the many quotes I received, Blue Knight was the easiest to communicate with, and the price was great. Ray took my vague ask and his team delivered beautiful landscaping that upped the curb appeal of my home. The job took approximately 6 hours and every single shard of old mulch, stone debris, and displaced dirt was cleaned up. The crew even trimmed the small boxwoods we chose to keep which I'm thankful for- I forgot to ask for that and now they look "new", too. Five Stars to these guys, we highly recommend!

I've found that if you want a job done, you will have to call 5 contractors and 2 will get back with you. Of these 2, only 1 will actually come out to do the quote. And once you've started with this contractor, you will be lucky to have good communication and on time work completed. This is not the case with Gene Williams and his crew. From the moment I contacted Gene for a chip seal road to the completion of the work, Gene was always available, provided feedback whenever needed and did not bid some outlandish cost for the job. On the day of the job he showed up prepared to work and completed the work as agreed upon in our contract. He also went above and beyond the contract by raising a gate's height for me and making sure drainage was addressed. At no time did Gene say no whenever I asked him to do some small chore that I asked him to do in conjunction with the job. If you're searching for a paving company you will find that they all have pretty similar pricing due to the cost of tar, oil, and other materials. Some will even underbid for the job. I can tell you that I spoke with 3-4 local businesses that do chip seal and after all was said and done, went with Asphalt Paving and Maintenance for one reason. Gene Williams.

In the process, they ruined the ceiling of my outside patio by using nails that punctured the whole ceiling leaving pock marks all over the surface. To fix the issue caused by Silver Creek roofers, Colten Husband, owner of Silver Creek, had his crew install INTERIOR paneling on my OUTSIDE patio ceiling to cover the nail holes. Interior materials are clearly intended for INSIDE and not OUTSIDE use especially in severe climates like Texas. Naturally, the materials started falling apart quickly after installation. We asked Colten to fix the issue several times and he refused. We have had three contractors come to review the work and all of the gasped at the poor work Silver Creek did to our patio including using interior materials on an outdoor patio as well as the poor installation.
