They set up quickly and went right to work, taking each screen outside and thoroughly scrubbing them in their special screen washer. They put on protection over their shoes, each time they worked inside. They cleaned both sides of the glass, very, very well. The windows are streak and dirt free, excellent work. They cleaned the sills inside and out and wiped both inside and outside window sills. Ian and Joe are Five Star, and I would be perfectly fine to leave them alone in my home. I've been dealing with KC Stoves for two years now…read more... My first interaction was when I had them come out to service a pellet stove that I purchased second hand. I thought that it was going to have to be scrapped at worst or several hundred to repair at best. They got it fixed up and running perfectly again in less than two hours for a very VERY reasonable fee. This season, I had them come out and install a second pellet stove for us in the downstairs of the house. (Where the 40 year old wood burning insert was) Same great service AND price. Our house is toasty warm and cheap to heat now thanks to Kevin and his team. If you need a new stove or service on an existing one.... CALL KC Stoves !!! You won't regret it. Rob W. The worst experience ever. Believe the bad reviews. The sales process was easy but once the unit…read morewas installed it had nothing but problems. The problems were multiple - faulty install, faulty unit. KC left us cold. Literally. Dodged calls. Ultimately they neither repaired nor replaced the unit even though it was brand new and under warranty. We paid many thousands of dollars for a beautiful unit that simply never worked. Their unwillingness to make things right is astounding. I expect more from a local business. We're disgusted with KC and how they handled the situation. We're going to have to pay thousands more to purchase a new unit from another company. If I could leave zero stars I would. One star feels like I'm giving them credit where credit isn't deserved. *** Reply to Keith *** We are probably listed under my husband's name in your client database. Thanks.

Rick came to provide the estimate in a timely manner after I called him and he scheduled the work…read morewhen the painting conditions would be optimal. He recommended that some of the rotted siding and trim be replaced prior to pressure washing and painting to ensure there would be no issues in the future and the finished job would hold up long term. I followed his recommendation and my garage and shed both look great. It took me a while to finalize the paint color but Rick was very patient and let me decide on just the right color. In fact, he was also willing to provide his input which I appreciated. During the time Rick was working at my home he was professional and courteous and was sure to paint only when conditions were favorable. In fact, some other painting work was done on my home during the same time period and the contractor responsible for that job did not take into account weather conditions and the paint he applied bubbled and peeled only a short time after it was applied. As a result the work has to be completely re-done. The painting Rick did still looks great almost a year later and is a testament to his experience and expertise regarding proper painting conditions. There were no hidden costs or surprises and the price I paid was what Rick had estimated at the beginning of the job. It rained quite a bit during the time Rick was working and in order to keep the job as close to on schedule as possible he worked on Saturdays as needed which I appreciated. Rick was responsive and in constant communication during the job so I always knew the status of the project and whether he would be working on any particular day due to weather, etc. Overall, Rick did a wonderful job on my garage and shed at a reasonable price. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire him for work at my home in the future.

Booking with Reliable Movers was a breeze from start to finish. Having moved around several times,…read moreincluding a recent cross-country move, I've had plenty of adventures with movers and this was the exact opposite of an adventure. We were given a quote and details regarding minimum timeframes and prorated amounts, and were able to book a move with relatively short notice. They reached out to confirm as well the day before our move, and on moving day the friendliest crew ever showed up at my door. Angel, Eric, and Will were professional, polite, and funny as well. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and were able to handle some unwieldy furniture with ease. When processing the payment the day of the move, the owner let us know we'd come in under the initial quoted amount as well - a pleasant surprise! While I'm hoping not to move again for a long while, if I had to I'd book with Reliable Movers again in a heartbeat.

The night before the move the owner contacted us by phone stating they wouldn't be there until around noon due to a delay with a move that day. Given the recent snow storm we had, I could understand the delay. The owner assured me they would be done on time. When they arrived on the day of the move, the owner stated they couldn't do the move because our driveway was too steep. At no time did anyone from Reliable Movers ask about our driveway or access to our house. We were told this only hours before we had to be out of our house for closing. I was able to offer a solution and get them up our driveway. The team worked diligently to move our belongings quickly. However, upon unpacking the truck at our new house we discovered damage to several pieces of furniture and a new TV. The owner admitted he didn't bring enough moving blankets to adequately protect all items. Additionally their truck was not adequate to fit all of our belongings requiring us to quickly arrange for overnight storage. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this business.

We have an issue and I wondered if wide gutters in one area might resolve it. I asked Joe and let him figure it out. He was fabulous and great 8 years ago and that applies today. I'm so happy we found him. He does his own gutters and gutter guards. We have some water that drips in one area of the back just because the gutters get clogged with tree pods (and it's obvious) and tree leaves and water seeps out. Joe recommended trying gutter guards just for the area where we have a small problem. He didn't recommend gutter guards for any other place (he said it's not worth the cost) and the back gets pods from our massive tree and our neighbors' same tree but has more pods and they're big so it's a double whammy. That makes it different. He's our favorite guy who comes regularly and I look forward to seeing his smiley face ever year.
