The few times I've been sugared here have been the most painful experiences. I've been getting sugared ( Brazilians) to be specific FOR YEARS so im no newby to the pain. The customer service with Sugarist Kathy was shocking. I don't understand how someone in this type of field could be so unwelcoming and careless. It felt like she did not want to be there. She did not bother to introduce herself kindly or interact with me in any kind of way. She seemed very annoyed. She didn't care to make me feel welcomed or comfortable in such an intimate service. During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian.
