They were responsive and a tech came out within a day or two. It turns out the water was due more to my drain hose and had nothing to do with the equipment. The tech then ran through my entire softener to make sure it was operating correctly and left. No charge, although I'd have gladly paid for a service call. Sharp is a top-notch company. My dad recommended them to me after he had a great purchase and install experience. I won't go anywhere else for anything I can get from Sharp.

The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener we've had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. Same results, excellent work with no issues. They took particular care to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. Have recommended them to over a dozen other people and every one raves about them. Not one complaint which is very unusual for a plumber. Would give Sharp Water Solutions six stars if we could.

My neighbor who used his service said the same thing. Other than the owner told him to buy the filters and install them himself. Pretty poor. He did a great job installing he's a good plumber but only wants upfront not customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company. I want someone who will help with the upkeep and of course, there's always charges for that which is expected.
