Before calling Tingey we had tried to work with half a dozen other companies who would either not call us back, or would come out and charge us for their opinions but not finish the work. Jared was always so prompt, professional, and informative when I worked with him to get our plumbing fixed. Not only did he call me back when he said he would, he would also follow up quickly if any of the times changed for the team to come out (which they only did once by 30 minutes). Jordan spent a whole day at our house fixing our septic issue and during these crazy times of COVID he made sure to wear a mask, gloves, and sanitize everything thoroughly. He went above and beyond by noticing issues with our water heater as well as helped to diagnose other issues he came upon that were not even connected to the original problem without charge. I can't thank Tingey enough for helping us out in a time when we really needed it and being so prompt. Tyler originally came last week and gave me an estimate on options, describing the pros and cons of each. He was very knowledgeable and I really felt like he was honest and forthright. We ended up with two toilets, two grab bars, and repairing a broken water controller in the tub. I though it just needed to be screwed back on and asked for help with that, but it turned out a part was broken (my dad had fallen and hit it), so Tyler gave me instructions and I ran to Home Depot while they were working on the toilets. Tyler ran into a snag with one of the toilets. We've been aware from right after moving in that the builders here cut a lot of corners, and they also did that with the toilet installment. So Tyler had to work around the weird jerry-rigging done by the lousy builders, resulting in extra work and extra time. He explained the issue and showed me how he was dealing with it. In the meantime, Skyler worked on the broken water controller, discovering more damage than expected. They didn't even charge me for that word, saying since it didn't take them any more time, since Skyler worked on it while Tyler took care of the weird toilet issues. They consulted with me all along the way about how and where to install the grab bars, checking to make sure they were absolutely solid, having me look over everything and give my ok. Everything looks great. I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise of these men. Our home is a safer place, and I am so thankful. They were able to come do the job quickly (two days after I accepted the estimate). These guys will have my business in the future.

The copper lining of my outdoor spigot must have had some water in it over the winter, subsequently froze, and caused a major crack in the pipe. This spigot just so happens to be the only one available for my swamp cooler to connect to. Being without any sort of AC for any period of time during the Utah summer is a bad time, so I am glad Hot and Soft were able to finish this up quick. Shoe covers, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. All I could ever ask for when it comes to anyone in the trades, but especially someone repairing stuff on my home. Their prices are fair, and the repair itself was done in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this team and any of their techs. Will be using them in the future as well.

Not sure who to call or where to turn, I remembered the commercial I would hear every morning on the radio on my way to work. One day, I made sure to take the number down. Called, made the appointment and Mike came by. First good thing, he was on time and professional. After walking through the home and discussing the issues, we came to an agreement and signed. We didn't do this immediately as other projects kept getting in the way. After 6 months, we finally had them do the work. The pipe crew showed up and their Lead Coop was young, yet knowledgeable. He explained everything and to work they went. He kept me updated throughout the day and when issues arose, he called to discuss before moving on. They completed ahead of schedule and then we waited on the drywall crew to patch things back. They also showed up on time, did the work they needed and cleaned up afterwards. We overlooked a couple of cuts, so they immediately rescheduled them to return to complete. Getting to know this company and being comfortable with them, we on the spot requested additional work from them and they took care of everything. Mike followed up to make sure things went great and when we had concerns, he addressed it with the plumbing team. We get a better flow of water now, not worried that our main valve is going to blow and we can actually have more than one shower going at a time without losing pressure. Lesson to be learned here is read the fine print up front BEFORE signing a contract with these people and make them tell you what the warranty really is instead of being blindsided when the leaks start. There is a reason why the plumbing companies don't work with them anymore. large company that sends salesmen out to sell work with a lifetime warranty that they don't uphold...sure the small print explains the fine details, like they don't cover much beyond the pex but they sell it like you are covered no matter what forever. We paid a lot of money to have a local plumber (subcontractor) come in and do the work and out of the three plumbers I have had to deal with over this issue that wasn't covered under the "lifetime" warranty but was part of the whole job, all three say they used to work with this company and do not anymore because of shady crap like this. They sold misinformation and I suggest calling a real local well qualified plumber who will do the work and not sell you a pipe dream and if you get one of these salesman..don't listen to what they say but read the fine print..the two are very different stories.
