Five stars for installing my whole home water filter; ZERO stars for needing another visit. Jase (Jeff's son) came out to install my whole home water filter. After he installed it, he showed me how to change the filters (I filmed him on my phone so I wouldn't forget how). When it came time to change the filters a few months later, I was unable to do so as he had explained. I called Jeff and he told me that there is an additional step that I needed to do. He told me how to do it but I was unable to access a screw that I needed to loosen. Jeff said he would come out and reinstall the filter so I could access the screw. Instead, Jase came out (after two missed appointments by Jeff) and changed the filter and showed me how to do it (again). It took less than ten minutes and he charged me $150 for a "service call". Our family wants to thank Jeff from Peak Plumbing for the great job he did for us when he installed our waterless tank. We were desperate, our 40 gal water heater was quickly dying. Jeff came to our house in the afternoon of Saturday, October 5th along with his two boys!! We discovered a leak in our washer run-off pipe behind our wall and called Peak Plumbing to schedule a repair. Jeff and team were very courteous and professional - they were on time and they did a great job rebuilding the run-off drain in about 45 minutes. They took the time to make sure there were no more leaks coming from the drain after the repair, cleaned up the work area, and did a great job answering my questions as well. BEWARE! The new owners are NOTHING like Jeff and the customer service is terrible. The new company sent out a repairman who was not only rude but also marred 2 of my porcelain sinks with his tools. I gave a bad review on SQUARE and was contacted by the owner Tammy. Tammy apologized and committed to providing a refund and sending another repairman who would complete the work that the first did not do. When the refund did not appear, I called again. Tammy said "The envelope with your refund and my letter must have been lost in the mail" and she told me that she would check with her bank and get back to me. That was several months ago. I have called numerous times and left multiple messages to follow up. I have never received a single returned call. With this type of service, this company won't be as successful as Jeff's company was! He was so amazing and all of his customers knew that. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!! read more
