The tech then ran through my entire softener to make sure it was operating correctly and left. No charge, although I'd have gladly paid for a service call. Sharp is a top-notch company. My dad recommended them to me after he had a great purchase and install experience. I won't go anywhere else for anything I can get from Sharp.

The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener we've had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. Same results, excellent work with no issues. They took particular care to make sure they cleaned up after themselves.
