I just made an appointment today because my doctor referred me to this place, but the front desk girl was very unwelcoming and sort of rude. When people go to a place front people should be polite and welcoming. I work for a healthcare so I know how it should be. I made my appointment but due to the girls behavior I am a bit skeptical about this place. The management should pay attention to this. read more

I've been to several physical therapy places over the years and even though I was hesitant to make the 30 minute drive, I am so glad I made the decision to come here. This is by far is the best place I've gone. The office staff is welcoming and Austin's evaluation and treatment is right on point. This is for scheduling and follow up on my continuing approval for physical therapy. I waited for an appt for 9 weeks because lack of follow up. I have my approval in hand without restrictions where I can go. I was dismissed over the phone with promises of call back several times with an excuse that they didn't have the approval letter. I had to make several follow up phone calls to Select without any of the promised calls back, until last week. Once I had WC call me and they in turn had One-call assist me then they got assistance to get and appointment and I got an appt 3!!! weeks later. So that is a total of 9 weeks with an approval and no barely receiving a follow through. I would not recommend this provider because of the lack of follow up. The PTs are great but thats it. read more

If you have any back problems please don't hesitate to call these guys. 5/5 experience they will WORK you and you'll feel it the next day but it's so worth it in the end. I been in several therapy centers since my automobile accident after my surgery I was really concerned about the lack of attention and one on one care from other therapy centers, but Select Physical therapy definitely made me change my mind. The care, the attention and the personalized therapy was beyond my expectations, you are not one more client you become their priority while you are having the therapy. First time going through this experience and wow I can't say enough about this office. The staff seriously cares about the patients. They make you feel welcome and take in consideration your needs. I wish everyone had the experience I had because I feel like they really made the difference in my healing process. I worked with Rachel and Patty the most. I've went to Select many times with my ankle injury and everytime the office staff and therapists were caring and compassionate to my injury and treatment. Today I had the unfortunate experience of having a new therapist, Rachel York. That's what I was told her name was. I've seen 5 different doctors for my ankle injury and all stated there was permanent damage with nerve damage and entrapment. To say that Rachel's bedside manner is lacking is putting it mildly. She went on to tell me how most of it was in my head. I understand how nerve damage works, but to have a PT down play an injury that has interrupted my life and made me have to loose my job I loved was heart breaking. I left the office in tears. I then called Karen Olson and she stated she would help and get to the bottom of this. We'll let's just say no calls from her. First time ever having to have PT and I must say, this staff is more than amazing. Patty, Karen and Rachel are fantastic therapist who always answer your questions, give you different exercises and really now how to motivate you. The assistants ( even the students) are friendly, kind and extremely professional. The front end staff is on top of their game and will accommodate you as best as they can. The entire office is well organized. I do not have a single complaint about that place and would highly recommend their services to anyone who is serious about feeling and getting better. Following my second knee replacement, I knew I had to return to physical therapy in a location that I trusted, one that had my best interest in mind. That location is Select Physical Therapy. Although their name had changed from the prior physical therapy completed over three years ago, the staff was the same helpful crew who helped me previously. About a month ago I shattered 2 vertebrae and fractured 4 ribs in a car accident. My neurologist recommended this place to get back on track to heal all my muscles and get my mobility back. Ive only had one session with Dr. Eric and he was very helpful, professional, and gentle. Everyone says physical therapy should be called 'Physical Torture', so I was terrified when I came in. I had bad neck issues leading to numbness in my entire arm, eventually branching to my back. Karen and her staff were incredible in getting me back to work and back to physical training pain-free, and also helping to prevent future issues. I went here for almost 6 months after having an ACL reconstruction and Meniscus tear during volleyball. They personalized my recovery based on what my goals were for the future. This is by far the best treatment I've ever received. After a horrible car accident, during which the driver drove of a hill and we spun downward while I was in the back with no seat belt, I had a fractured shoulder, messed up rib, and a dislocated hipbone along with other minor injuries. My pain reserved my ability to do every-day things such as bending, sitting, BREATHING, walking and getting dressed. However, under the care of two amazing physical therapists at this location, named Karen and Patty, I was able to heal extensively in 11 visits. Everyone here was very kind, upbeat and always entertained me while I did my stretches. If I ever needed to cancel my visit in the last minute they let me without any hesitation or penalty. Both Karen and Patty were always greatly empathetic to my physical pain, but took the initiative to comfort me whenever I came in emotionally distressed as well. My time here was extremely helpful to my recovery, but also to my long-term knowledge of the dos and donts applicable to maintaining a physically healthy life-style. I am so glad that I was granted the privilege of being treated by these wonderful, warm and fun women, but more so I am grateful for the privilege of simply spending time with them. I can go on for hours about how great this place is, but I am just going to say without any doubt, that if you are looking for a place to help you recover from a physical trauma you should definitely choose this one.
