Patients range from young teenagers to octogenarians and everyone is treated respectfully and with equal importance. In getting to know patients, Gregg and his staff do an excellent job of incorporating humor into the recovery...afterall, "laughter is the best medicine." I have been to OPTI for treatment of several injuries, and each time Gregg and his staff have helped me achieve positive results. The staff provides individual attention to each and every patient, and even when not directly interacting with a patient, are always keeping a watchful eye to ensure assigned exercise are being performed correctly to avoid further injury. I have previously been to another PT business, and while it was helpful, the level of service, attentiveness, willingness to help reach my recovery goals, was not near as evident as the service provided at OPTI. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. I can't emphasize enough how much they helped me in my recovery process. Liam and Nina answered all my questions & addressed my concerns. After being consistent with my home excercises & pt sessions, I felt major progress in my knee pain within the first week. All the home excercises were helpful and explained thoroughly by Nina and Liam. One time, I accidentally went to my appt. 4 days early, and they squeezed me in that same day. During the 6 weeks, they were very patient and empathic. The front desk receptionist, Maribel, remembers every patients' names, greets them, and always wishes them a great day as they leave. Despite having alot to manage, she made sure I was always taken care of. It helped me keep motivated to heal during these tough times in the world.
